List of Pending works

CWPH LV switchgear room and cooling towers:

a) Cable termination to be done for unit -2 cooling towers motors on both sides. b) Illumination works is pending in pumps Area. c) Cooling tower front and thrust side grid earthing to be done. d) Transformer 2 alignment not done properly. e) LPBS earthing. f) LPBS erection pending for cooling towers fans (unit -2) 7&8. g) CT fan: 4 motor feeders was not inserting properly. h) While synchronization of incomer or bus coupler breaker PT selection via synchronous selector switch for the closing circuit is not available in the present scheme hence the breakers are getting synchronization completed feedback if the PT selection is made wrong also. I) self-tripping of synchronized breaker after the timer-2 interval if the timer-1 fails logic is not working. j) 250A, 6A & 4A fuses have to be provided k) Glass chlorination electrical work not completed l) Temporarily SFU given for EOT crane. m) ACLDB and DCLDB cable laying pending. n) AHU panel not erected o) MOV S & butterfly valves panel not charged and voltmeter were missing. p) Check synchronizing relay not yet tested. q) Exhaust fan cable laying pending. r) For ACW and RCW local push buttons and space heaters differential CT s not provided the cable tray . s) All cooling tower fans SUPRESSION COILS termination not done properly t) Spare feeder 37KW BIMETALLIC RANGE as 23-32A whereas 63-80A giving in BOM power contractor termination not done properly.

u) Battery charger 100A control fuse of 6A failed as it is tied with cooper wire V) Cw Booster pump power contactor module is mounted on channel.it is loosely held can be fixed on a mounting place. w) Lighting Feeder -250A, control fuse of 6A kept instead of 4A. x) CT sump blow down pump-22KW Rotating on-off handle Mechanism Damaged, reset pin is not working properly.

CWPH MV switchgear room and cooling towers :

a) MV panel incomer to bus PT B-phase fuse fails. b) Bus PT breaker not inserting properly. c) Spare feeder transformer -1MVA Relay not working d) Spare feeder transformer -2 MVA Relay not working e) Electrical Spring charge from in Spare breaker 2 MVA. F) RCWS 1, 2,3,4,5 cables not provided for local push buttons and space heaters and differential CT s. G) RCW-4 breaker racking and rack out not done. h) Grid earthling for cooling towers. I) Bus coupler was closing automatic. J) Transformer Tap changer was Foul. k) Transformer-2 not charged. l) Rcw-3 mechanical spring charge not working. m) Rcw-1 and cooling transformer -2 mechanical counter not working. n) Rcw-3 breaker plug closing coil pin no.4 loose contact. o) Rcw-4 Resistance was damaged. P) All MV panel compartments are found Rusted .Cleaning of All Panels ,Transformers are requied.

DM plant and fire water switchgear room: a) Illumination work is pending in fire hydrant house & C&I control room b) LPBS earthing. c) DM Plant transformers 1&2 Wheel locking. d) Power cable laying for electrical hoists. e) Rework of PVC pipes lying in DM plant motor rooms. f) Ammeter cable lying. g) Silica gel not provided in Transformer-2, NSPBD both 1 & 2. H) DM Transfer pump-2, Agitators pump-1 & 2 Motors not Erected. I) Fire hydrant and jockey oil pump glanding not provide. J) NSPBD 1&2 supports not provided. k) Transformers H.T. terminal box supports not provided.
