Andrew Mai Director Andrew is responsible for corporate advisory and client management of New Era Viet & Co He is also acting as the Deputy General Director of a big local Financial Investment Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City. With previous executive positions in several real estate and financial institutions, Andrew possesses in-depth knowledge about Vietnamese markets and client dynamics. He also has an extremely tight relationships with the local authorities thanks to his time working at the State Bank of Vietnam (Vietnam central bank). Selection of the key projects that Andrew has been involved are listed below: Monitoring overseas consultants in credit projects directed by the State Bank of Vietnam, which involved in manufacturing, consumer products, real estate and social housing sectors; Preparing the establishment of the Mortgage Refinancing Agency (MRA) under the International Credit Project Management Unit of the State Bank of Viet Nam; Developing a 120 ha town planning project in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City; Developing a 1 ha complex building in Distric 2, Ho Chi Minh City; Advising buy side of several M&A transactions in Vietnam; Advising financial solutions to big corporations in Ho Chi Minh City; Andrew holds MBA from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan.

Nhat Nguyen - Director Nhat is responsible for consulting services and corporate advisory of New Era Viet & Co. Nhat has international exposure and diverse experiences in financial advisory, management consulting, IT project development for semiconductor industry and engineering field. He has worked in Singapore for four years for world-leading semiconductor companies, where he managed several IT development projects and served as an in-house IT consultant to provide solutions for manufacturing activities. After coming back to Vietnam, Nhat joined a North American strategic management consulting company and involved in several assignments to help international companies develop market entry strategy and successfully break into the local market. He also worked extensively in market research and engagements with top executive levels of client companies to tackle their business problems. Selection of the projects that Nhat has been involved in are listed below: Advising a leading Vietnamese company in agri-related industry in preparation for capital raising and listing on the local stock exchange; Assisted top executives of a Canadian plastics manufacturer in establishing a US$ 5 million manufacturing plant in SE Asia: location scanning, negotiation with local authorities, head hunting local executives; Developed and executed market entry for a North American educational institution, assisted them to establish a partnership with a leading local institution; Built the financial model and worked on the business plan for a health care resort start-up project; Nhat develops decent interest in business strategy and finance. He is currently pursuing the Chartered of Financial Analyst program. He also holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering with First Class Honors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Phuong Ton - Director Phuong is responsible for advisory and investment practices of New Era Viet & Co. Throughout her career, Phuong has been involved in a number of operational aspects. At Unilever Vietnam, she was part of the team responsible for the establishment of the Corporate Risk Management Department, taking lead on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as facilitating top management on various strategy setting and implementation activities. Prior to Unilever, she was the first local operations finance employee of Intel Products Vietnam, being in charge of two assignments to set up the management budgeting and reporting framework on both expense and capital sides, and to partner with industrial engineering to introduce and implement a new factory layout concept for Vietnam site. Phuong has also worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young Hanoi where she was involved in audit assignments for three state-owned banks, a credit scoring system set-up project for one of these banks as well as an operational efficiency assessment project for another under the funding of the World Bank. In her latest employment with Vietnam Investments Group, a boutique private equity firm targeting small to medium enterprises in expansion phase, Phuong has had exposure to consultancy, pre-investment as well as post-investment deal monitoring. She was lead analyst in a listing consulting project for one of the leading financial services companies and a core member in a strategy consulting project for a fishery and food services company. On the investment side, apart from deal appraisal activities, she also assumed post-investment deal coordinator role for a leisure and services company.

Phuong holds a Bachelor's Degree (Distinction) in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney under the sponsorship of the Australian Government and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.

Stanley Nguyen Knowledge leader Stanley is currently a Senior Associate at Deals Advisory of a leading Big Four Accounting firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to reallocating back in Vietnam, he spent more than two years working as a Senior Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance based in Singapore. He has experience in providing financial due diligence as well as other financial advisory services in relation to project finance, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), financial modeling, financial model review, investment feasibility studies and deal structuring in infrastructure field. He has gained extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, social infrastructure, utilities, ICT in different jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Chau Luu Bich Market Analyst

Chau is currently a Market Analyst at New Era Viet & Co. Fluent in English, Chinese (in both Cantonese and Mandarin) and Vietnamese as well as growing up in the Vietnam- Chineses family, Chaus bi-cultural heritage and experience allows her a unique vantage point in connecting with our clients, both domestic and international as well.

Prior to working at New Era Viet & Co., she spent more than two years studying in Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology from which providing her professional knowledge about financial, economic and commercial fields. She has experience in providing advisory services. She has gained the consultant experience from the RMIT Student Learning Advisor Mentor including managed and organized and consultant time for first-year students and any aspects of coursework as well.

Chau graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, who completed her degree with distinction in Commerce and Accountancy majors.
