Remove the crankshaft bolt (using a spanner on the cam gear as before). Refit the camshaft sensor, using a small amount of Loctite on the bolts. Refit the lower and upper timing covers.
Refit the FAN BELT tensioner, making sure the locating dowels are lined up (it's easy). Refit the crankshaft pulley and use a small amount of loctite on the bolt. Refit the fan belt. Refit the engine mount and remove the jack from under the sump. Refit the aircleaner housing and the inlet pipe. Make sure all tools are out of the way and start her up!!! Once you know she starts, turn her off and refit the plastic bits from underneath. Refit the wheel and jack her up, remove the jack stand and get her on the ground. Clean up everything and have a beer for a job well done

Now the tricky part. You will need an assistant here. The assistant sits in the car and selects 5th gear, clutch out and footbrake on as hard as they can. Get a suitable socket and undo the crankshaft pulley bolt (it wasn't too tight on mine). EDIT: I just remembered that I refitted the engine mount here to keep the engine still while I undid the bolt for the first time). Take the bolt right out and remove the crankshaft pulley (the assistant can rest now transmission into neutral). - put the
Undo the 1 bolt that holds the lower cover on and the unclip the 4 (I think) points where the cover is held onto the engine. Pic of the cover here: http://home.exetel.com.au/gaz914net/...over_Lower.jpg You should be able to see the bottom part of the timing belt and the tensioner. http://home.exetel.com.au/gaz914net/...ey_Before2.jpg
