Industrial Operations | Much more than a collection of manufacturing sites, our global industrial team focuses on customer service and seamless supply chain management for strategic products from early development throughout the product life cycle. Integrated capabilities provide global sourcing from active pharmaceutical ingredient through drug product, packaging and distribution. We manufacture 450 brands and 29,000 presentations in 68 sites. Unique product-focused organization contributes to success of strategic brands by networking IO sites and giving top priority to product needs. Components of Total Compensation


EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & PERQUISITES SHORT-TERM INCENTIVES

Retirement and welfare benefits offer protection after retirement or in sickness, accident, death or disability in line with best practices in each country. This also holds for company cars, time off and other perquisites.
LONG-TERM INCENTIVES A top-tier package of salary, benefits and incentives helps make a day-to-day job into a long-term career for Aventis associates.

Our Annual Incentive Plan provides cash awards that are among the highest in the pharmaceutical industry. Our intention is to use short-term incentives to drive and reward better-than-industry performance.
BASE SALARY

Stock options are offered to Aventis management around the world. A global discretionary stock option pool is available for other high-performing individuals.

Salary ranges are locally developed to be competitive in each country. The application of ranges to what each indivual is paid reflects the persons performance, skill, competency level and experience.
