1. Proposal Overview
It is a world based on computers at the moment, yet its impact is almost
premature and unnoticeable, so we often fail to understand the full potential of
the artificial intelligence.
With reference to the architecture, the computer has become a design
collaboration, visualising the spaces as problem solving strategy, which generates
designs for human understanding, has become a great tool and an inspiration to the
designers and architects. Specially in architecture the arrival of virtual reality
technology and various softwares allows artists to enhance designs. In most design
projects virtual reality is used in the later stage of the design.
The concept of virtual architecture has only recently come out with the ability
of computer imaging technology to accurately simulate three-dimensional
visualisations. This technique is invaluable to modern architects, as it allows them
to simulate most scenarios that they will encounter during the design,
construction, and finally the life of the structure they are trying to build. Virtual
reality allows architects to create their structures and test them without wasting
any of the resources necessary to complete the structure in reality.

Proposed ‘Architecture SIM Centre’

During the design process, cyberspace and virtual reality technologies offer the
architect great enhancements in visualization, and physical experience of virtual
rooms and spaces. All of this is achieved at a fraction of the cost and speed of
achieving such outcomes in physical space.
In this way, the ‘Architecture SIM Centre’ will offer architects and designers in
small firms the tools to compete economically with larger firms. ‘Architecture SIM
Centre’ levels the playing field between big firms and small firms by allowing
clients to experiences spaces as the designer develop designs. New multi-media
technologies will offer architects the ability to introduce cyberspace simulations
into designs with enhanced and more options for artistic quality. For example, this
will offer the architectural designers a better perception of space and the
opportunity to explore simulated buildings physically. Details are easier to see and
to explain to the clients.

3. Proposal Research
The research investigation to support the concept of the proposal mainly done on
three areas. That is a study on context, the people involved and the design.

1. Market Analysis

A documented investigation of the ‘Market’ can be done to find out and plan the
company activities particularly around decision inventory, purchase, work force
expansion/contraction, facilities, capital equipments, promotional activities, and
many other aspects of a company. A large number of market analysis techniques
are related to sales forecasting.
These include: sales forecasting, market research, and marketing strategy. Sales
forecasting and market analysis are complementary skills that any marketing
manager should possess.

2. Interviews, Focus groups, Surveys

Research on the people involved in the context gives an idea of the size and the
demand of the market. It also shows the user behaviour and their needs as well.
This research would include interviews, focus groups or surveys. The better way of
looking into this was to questioning a focus group or doing a survey.
A survey would include questionnaires which touches every aspects of the service.
And also defining the number of people and their needs in general helps the final
outcome to filled with the options and services which interest the most users.

3. Case studies

The study on design may include several case studies of some best practices, mood
boards and some iconic design from the history. On the other hand it gives an
inspiration to the proposal to be based on. By looking into the competitor profiles,
its preposition towards the interest of the users clearly give an idea of how the
final outcome should be and what the user in context expect from a new service or
a product.
