Job Description
E&I Construction Engineer do the following :

Manage contractors and craft personnel on multiple projects. Champion HSSE policies and use of HSSE tools and best practices Proactively anticipates and resolves problems encountered in the field to eliminate costly re-work or testing . Coordinate between construction contractor and Engineering to resolve field discrepancies in design packages Maintain progress on construction schedule. Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are understood are being met. Assist in the planning and level loading of all construction contractors. Review & approve Construction and Functional Check Out estimates. Attend Pre Job Kick-off meetings. Completes weekly progress reports Tracks, Resolves and Approves RFIs utilizing Client Software system. Participates in Mechanical Completion Walkthrough. Participates in System Handover Walkthrough. Provide constructive feedback to the design team during the select, define and execute phases of project. Provide Constructability Input during reviews. Participate in post project review and coordinate turn over activities.

From August 2010 to August 2011 worked at Asuit Aswan compression station project with United company for engineering Managed by ENPPI company at Dahshour, implementing the following : Computer skills : Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access). Good knowledge of computer software maintenance. Good knowledge of HTML, Internet, Web search & Networks workshop. Language Proficiency: Arabic mother tongue. English very good in (reading, Speaking& writing). Personal Skills: Ability to work in teamwork. Have perfect way to communicate with others. Open mind & good listener. Hard worker & fast learner. Have a good medical knowledge from my pervious work. Study P & I D ( piping and instruments diagram ) Follow up the contractors instruments installation activity according to hook up drawing and P & I D. Attend calibration activity of all kinds of instruments ( pressure indicators, pressure transmitters, pressure deferential transmitters ..etc.) Follow up the contractors activity of cables laying Follow up the contractors activity during cable pulling and testing Follow up termination activities according wiring diagram. Follow up installation of MK VI panels (GE turbine control systems) in the control room. Follow up termination of MKVI panels Follow up the contractors activity of fire alarm. Follow up the suppliers activity of loop check . Installation of substation and control room ( DCS system). Commissioning at startup phase.
