There is widespread discussion of Corporate Social Responsibilities as CSR in Business and industry a lot of article and popularity on this

topic but still business are failing I had tried to add There is widespread economic recession along with political crisis in different parts of the world. The job are getting more contractual or temporary in nature, the common man are getting desperate with rising price. Uncertainty, suddenness and chaos are widespread, there a sense of insecurity in important systems political, economic and natural environment. The economically strong nation almighty such as Japan was threatened by the natures furore. In spite of all sort of efforts American economy is retarding, most of the part of Europe is ill affected with economic slowdown and debt crisis. In such situation employees and employers are under pressure for survival, stability and existence. No one has clear solution of present days dilemmas of ethics versus survival. With rising interest rate, petrol price and firms input the evolving market in India has also suffered. Though India and China are complacent of the growth prospect, but underlying problems are enormous in term of disparity, malnutrition, employee satisfaction, scams, environmental crisis, etc. Here the word Spirituality is not used with sense of nay religious dogmas but in term of values and ethics or policies or principles. Corporate has been showing enormous interest in CSR ( corporate Social Responsibilities), but corporate needs to be more wise and responsible to alleviate stress, pressure and tension among employees and to correct the problems of society by infusing good habits and values. Poverty is not just because of the lack of money but as a result of harmful habits such as addiction, indolence and frustration among the poor people. To correct the life style and to infuse enthusiasm to work hard to earn more is need of time. People have abilities but they have misused or unused out of frustration or derailment in the life. CSpR (Corporate Spiritual Responsibilities) more important then CSR ( Corporate social responsibilities) Abstract : In present days of crisis it seems above the corporate social responsibilities the corporate need to save themselves and their employees for that they need another dimension of responsibilities is the Corporate Spiritual Responsibilities. Objective : Define Spirituality To find out different form of corporate spiritual Responsibilities Corporate spiritual responsibilities and current psychological crisis Method : Conceptual study, study through observation and Survey method by interviewing Corporate employers, employees and spiritual practitioners. Corporate Spiritual responsibilities Introduction: World is passing through the bad phase of economy or industries are passing through the worst phase within them the employees and the people dependent on the health of industry are passing through bad phase of life., there is no such immediate solution in the near future, what should be the role of management to deal with psychological crisis

of employees. Industry need to shoulder different responsibilities to relieve agony and anxiety of its stakeholders. Psychological Recession: The term psychological recession borrowed from the article on "The psychological recession" by Judith M Bardwick, 2009. To manage with the psychological recession means recession in employees motivation, confidence and contentment which is more deeper than the exact financial recession and economic recession in present world. Psychological recession is increasing with multiplying effect due to concern, fear, confusion and repeated brooding of news of past business failures. Exposure to medias and discussion with friends and relatives, then after analysis of them has aggravated the mental condition of the general mass and in particular among urban educated population. People has multiplied the harmful effect in the mind and in life through repeated exposure to business news medias and waste thoughts. The way their thinking pattern has been changed similarly their manner and lifestyle also getting changed affecting the ultimate productivity, profitability and creativity of organisations. At present the employees should have better commitment, conviction, dedication, and creativity these virtues should be much more than earlier to sustain in the crisis, which are essential.
