SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION

Dear Shipper,

Please be advised that as of Feb 2009, the TSA is requiring all Forwarders to have a written Consent to Search from the shipper on file prior to offering any cargo to an Air Carrier. While we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience to our customers and industry partners, we are committed to the safety of the traveling public and will diligently carry out all of our responsibilities in order to ensure the security of the transportation supply chain. In order to avoid any interruption of service to our mutual customers, JAS Forwarding (USA) Inc. proactively request that you copy the below (pg.2) required verbiage onto your Company Letterhead, complete it in full, and return it to your local JAS location by mail, fax or E-mail. If you chose to provide us with your own Consent to Search document, please make sure it contains/covers all required information contained in our document below. We realize you may draft your own shipper consent internally, but it is imperative that this Consent to Search contain the complete information and verbiage found in the below document. Having the below documentation on file will cover all shipments tendered by you, thus eliminating the risk of delay and/or refusal of any shipments. As per 49 CFR parts 15 and 1520, the details of any screening processes applied to your cargo, the criteria used to make such determination, as well as any advance routing details may not be disclosed. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact the undersigned at your earliest convenience. We look forward to your cooperation. Sincerely,

<Insert Name/Your Contact Email or Info/Fax> JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc.
