1. If you experience disconnecting connection please look on CBN TP-LINK modem for the
light indicator. The ADSL and the Internet light indicator should be ON (green light). If the ADSL nor the Internet light is not ON please contact us at phone number 021-57994588 for further assistance. The ADSL light indicates the ADSL Line in your modem and the Internet light indicates the internet connection. 2. If both lights mentioned above is ON and you have a wireless router yet you still experience problem with your connection please make sure you try connect directly to the modem. The modem has 4 LAN port in its back, please plug your laptop/pc using ethernet cable to one of these ports and see the result. Normally, you will be able to connect to the internet. Please contact your router vendor for further assistance.

For CBN Directnet using ethernet cable:


1. Usually, our customers use additional (wireless) router. If you experience problem connecting to the internet and you are connected behind your (wireless) router, please try to connect your PC/laptop directly to the CBN ethernet cable. However, you need to configure your PC/laptop so it can dial to the internet. We include the settings in this Activation Report. Please follow it through. If you are able to connect to the internet normally using direct connection, please contact your router vendor for further assistance.
