Subtle soundwaves energy

This is a term given to various gentle kinds of energy which can be detected in a laboratory, as well as by "sensitives", and is one which is difficult to explain easily [often terms like "aura" and "chakra" are involved in the description of subtle energy]. Subtle energy, unlike gravity, bright lights and/or sound waves, and hot surfaces, is best described as the difference between still air on a summer day and the very first hint of a stirring of the air, before one could say that there is a breeze or wind. It is like what one feels about three feet above the ground over grass, compared with three feet above pavement. One can learn how to detect and describe the differences, but they are quietly subtle. Many times, it is like approaching a person in total darkness and detected when that person is only a few feet away by a barely perceptible change in the air, in heat and perhaps in smell which signals that one is close to another. Such energy is definitely not dramatic or forceful in the normal sense of the word. That would be like expecting the feel of a butterfly brushing against one to feel like a slap on the face. If the perception is a hint of a touch or presence, perhaps one so light and indistinct as to make one even question its presence, then such an energy is of the strength described as "subtle".

The human ear is an exceedingly complex organ. To make matters even more difficult, the information from two ears is combined in a perplexing neural network, the human brain. Keep in mind that the following is only a brief overview; there are many subtle effects and poorly understood phenomena related to human hearing. When a sound wave tries to pass from air into liquid, only a small fraction of the sound is transmitted through the interface, while the remainder of the energy is reflected. This is because air has a low mechanical impedance (low acoustic pressure and high particle velocity resulting from low density and high compressibility), while liquid has a high mechanical impedance. .

Nerve cells transmit information by generating brief electrical pulses called action potentials. A nerve cell on the basilar membrane can encode audio information by producing an action potential in response to each cycle of the vibration. For example, a 200 hertz sound wave can be represented by a neuron producing 200 action potentials per second. However, this only works at frequencies below about 500 hertz, the maximum rate that neurons can produce action potentials. .

L. Ionescu, Subtle s oundwaves energy 2012www.dynamic-psychology.eu

The human ear overcomes this problem by allowing several nerve cells to take turns performing this single task. For example, a 3000 hertz tone might be represented by ten nerve cells alternately firing at 300 times per second. The difference between the loudest and faintest sounds that humans can hear is about 120 dB, a range of one-million in amplitude. Listeners can detect a change in loudness when the signal is altered by about 1 dB (a 12% change in amplitude). In other words, there are only about 120 levels of loudness that can be perceived from the faintest whisper to the loudest thunder.

The primary advantage of having two ears is the ability to identify the direction of the sound. Human listeners can detect the difference between two sound sources that are placed as little as three degrees apart, about the width of a person at 10 meters. This directional information is obtained in two separate ways. First, frequencies above about 1 kHz are strongly shadowed by the head. In other words, the ear nearest the sound receives a stronger signal than the ear on the opposite side of the head. The second clue to directionality is that the ear on the far side of the head hears the sound slightly later than the near ear, due to its greater distance from the source. Based on a typical head size (about 22 cm) and the speed of sound (about 340 meters per second), an angular discrimination of three degrees requires a timing precision of about 30 microseconds.

While human hearing can determine the direction a sound is from, it does poorly in identifying the distance to the sound source. This is because there are few clues available in a sound wave that can provide this information. Human hearing weakly perceives that high frequency sounds are nearby, while low frequency sounds are distant. This is because sound waves dissipate their higher frequencies as they propagate long distances. Echo content is another weak clue to distance, providing a perception of the room size. For example, sounds in a large auditorium will contain echoes at about 100 millisecond intervals, while 10 milliseconds is typical for a small office.

Science measures sound waves as cycles per second. That measurement of sound is called frequency. And, now modern physics, in fact, tells us that this dimension and others are actually composed of tiny strings that vibrate at different rates. From the electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom to the planets in distant galaxies revolving around stars, everything is in a state of vibration therefore, at least conceptually, everything is creating sound, whether we hear it or not. Resonance is the natural vibration of an object... the specific frequency at which it vibrates. Every object has a resonant frequency... whether we hear it audibly or not.

A sound spectrum is a representation of a sound usually a short sample of a sound in terms of the amount of vibration at each individual frequency. It is usually presented as a graph of either power or pressure as a function of frequency. The power or pressure is usually measured in decibels (Db) and the frequency is measured in vibrations per second (or hertz, abbreviation Hz) or thousands of vibrations per second (kilohertz, abbreviation kHz).

Our brains pulsate and vibrate, producing electromagnetic frequencies that can be measured, just like sound, in cycles per second (or Hz). In addition there are specific sound frequencies that influence our brain waves. Different brain wave activity has been correlated with a specific spectrum of frequencies, known as brainwave states, going from about 5 Hz to 20 Hz. There are also sounds below our threshold of hearing known as ELFs (extremely low frequencies). It has been demonstrated that specific sonic frequencies can actually affect our brain waves.

The technology to affect and change brain-wave frequencies is generically known as sonic entrainment. The basic principle for creating sonic entrainment is this: If you take one frequency and put it in one ear an then take another frequency and put it in the other, the predominant lobes of the brain will resonate to a new frequency which is the difference between the first two. An additional name for this phenomenon is a 'binaural beat frequency.

In the broadest definition, subtle energies are any of the energies associated with a sentient being that are subtler than gross physical energies. A narrower definition refers to subtle as a specific kind of energy between gross matter/energy and causal energy. Subtle energies (broad definition) have been described for millennia as energies in and around the body, either in the form of auras, chakras, meridians, or vital force, to name a few. Also, modern science has been studying these energetic phenomena with growing interest as there is mounting scientific evidence that supports at least some aspects of traditional approaches to energy medicine.

Even today, when it is common knowledge that matter is made of energy (E=mc2), and medicine has become dependent on technological advances such as MRI (reading the bodys magnetic nature), EEG (reading the brains electrical nature), and sonograms (high frequency sound waves bounced off tissue densities), subtle energies are rarely brought up as a topic of discourse. Yet more and more research reveals that the body is not only made up of energy, but gives off and is surrounded by subtle fields that interact in ways unexplained by current scientific theories.

A discussion about research into subtle energies instantly runs into certain limitations. While it is evident that modern science has established that the physical body is in fact matter/energy and that there is validity to various aspects of subtle energies.

Sound Wave Energy recordings These findings are intended to assist in a greater understanding of the true make-up of the physical body. By understanding that we are more than what we see, we can address the areas where disease most frequently occurs... in the subtle, or etheric bodies. Science is beginning to prove what many have known intuitively for eons, that we are energetic beings.

Dr. Hans Jenny (1904-1972) swiss physician, artist, and natural scientist said: "The more one studies these things, the more one realizes that sound is the creative principle. It must be regarded as primordial. No single phenomenal category can be claimed as the aboriginal principle. We cannot say, in the beginning was number, or in the beginning was symmetry, etc. These are categorical properties which are implicit in what brings forth and what is brought forth. By using them in description we approach the heart of the matter. They are not themselves the creative power. This power is inherent in tone, in sound.

Dr. Peter Guy Manners, an english osteopath, and pioneer in using sound to heal, studied Dr. Jenny's Cymatics and created Cymatics therapy. Dr. Manners correlated different harmonic frequencies that are the healthy resonant frequencies of various parts of the body: "We participated in a sound wave study. The results were very promising. All our babies had many hours of exposure, sometimes 24 hours. We had broken bones heal an average of half the time. Our head trauma patients also responded well, responding/recovering a full week ahead of past cases.

The raccoons' survival rate increased substantially. We had one baby come to us, at two days of age, and who was released three weeks later. Three other raccoons came in, or became seriously ill, and they all recovered. The results, from the sound wave study on people, were just as amazing. We all had increased energy, and didn't get sick, or run down, during this impossibly busy time." The conclusion of the study is that: ...Every cell has its own frequency. When you offer, through technology, a harmonic opportunity to the cell it can choose that frequency and become established to its ideal resonance and become recharged to its normal energy state...When we apply this technology we are affecting the intelligence of each individual cell. Every cell is a hologram for the entire body. This area of cellular resonance is the fundamental aspect of vibrational technology and has been vastly overlooked.

Masaru Emoto author of "The Message from Water", certified and licensed Doctor of Alternative Medicine, president of I.H.M General Research Institute, I.H.M. Co., Ltd. and I.H.M. International HADO Membership, Japan, worked at an experiment. In this experiment samples of water were collected from different areas of the world. Water from each location was divided and placed into petri dishes. Various words were then written and taped to the samples. The samples were then frozen, and viewed through a microscope at magnifications of 200-500X. The pictures you see below represent a sample of the crystals viewed by the researchers. It dramatically demonstrates the effects of the word + intention on the water crystals. In 4-1/2 years approximately 10,000 pictures have been photographed. Since we are principally made of water, it's obvious that frequencies (ex: word + intention), would have dramatic effects on us as well.

Dr.Richard Gerber, states in his book "Vibrational Medicine,"that : -The difference between physical matter and etheric matter is only a difference of frequency. -Because of their differing inherent frequencies, physical and etheric matter can coexist in the same space, just as radio and TV waves can pass through the same space without interference. -The higher energy bodies are unseen only because the technologies, which render these energies visible to the naked eye, are still mostly in the developmental stages. The world of radio and x-ray astronomy was also an unseen universe until the appropriate technologies could be developed.

-The key principle behind magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the fact that the atoms are being stimulated by the transfer of energy of a specific frequency, and the energy is absorbed by the atom only if it is of a particular resonant frequency. It is a revolutionary application of the principle of resonance. With MRI scanners, physicians are using energetic resonance principles to image physical organs of the body in dis-ease states. -When viral and chemical environmental stressors are introduced into the human biological system, the place where they will cause the most damage will be partially determined by the weakest link in the physiologic/subtle energy chain.

-From an energetic standpoint, the human body, when weakened or shifted from equilibrium, oscillates at a different and less harmonious frequency than when healthy. This abnormal frequency reflects a general state of cellular energetic imbalance within the physical body. When a weakened individual is unable to shift their energetic mode to the needed frequency a certain amount of subtle energetic help may be needed. When supplied with a dose of the needed energetic frequency, it allows the cellular bioenergetic systems to resonate in the proper vibrational mode, thereby throwing off the toxicities of the illness.
Auric field, a set of energy bands that graduate in frequency and colour as they move outward from the body; Morphological fields transfer information from one generation to another; T and L fields compose the undetected aspects of the electromagnetic spectrum; Universal field consists of photons and unit of light and sound; Geofields act upon all living organisms, as do energies from outside the earth. 23

Subtle Energy Fields

L. Ionescu, Subtle s oundwaves energy 2012www.dynamic-psychology.eu

There are hundreds, if not thousands of subtle energy fields. The primary fields generated by the body include the auric field, the morphological and the T-and L-fields. In addition, we are affected by the earth`s geofields as well as by the greater Universal Light and Sound Field.
