That part of the supply chain process which: plans, implements and controls the effective and efficient forward and reverse flow of, goods and services and related (data) and information, between the origin and the point of consumption, in order to satisfy the needs of the customer !

*May be a combination of a case study and small essay type questions. Criteria to Pass this Course To pass this course a student must i. Submit all assessment tasks and ii. Achieve at least 50% in the final examination and iii. Achieve an overall mark of at least 50%. If a student fails to fulfil any of the above requirements and achieves an overall mark of less than 50%, the final marks will be recorded as it is. However, if a student fails to fulfil any of the above requirements and achieves an overall mark of 50% or more then 44% marks will be recorded as final marks for the course.
