Contact Report 221, Wednesday, December 30, 1987 Natural origin & Human origin Disasters : - Natural origin is everything that results from the natural course of the pla netary movements, so therefore the natural volcanic eruptions as well as the nat ural movements of the sea currents, geomagnetism, the Moon s influences, like a mong other things the low and high tides, the naturally occurring wind currents, and the natural weather conditions as well as forest fires and steppe fires, et c. 2. To these natural processes must be added the natural climate changes and glac ial changes, as well as the influences of the Moon, which causes both low and hi gh tides but also influences the Earth's magnetic fields. 3. The Sun also determines a part of the natural weather and climate happenings of the Earth, and also not in the least the purely cosmic influences as well as those of the galactic central sun and the so-called central black hole of the ga laxy, which is named Milky Way by the Earth people. 4. Thus, seven (7) determining natural factors are to be mentioned, through whic h all forms of natural weather, sequences of weather conditions, and climate fac tors are created. 5. Among the seven factors, the Earth movements are of particular importance, wh ich include the planetary conditions, such as the formation of the interior of t he Earth as well as its surface, like the land, seas, lakes, rivers and streams, like the mountains and valleys, forests, rain forests, fields, prairies, desert s, open lands, concrete supporting structures through roads and buildings and, o f course, the heights and depths under and over the sea. 6. Also very important are the environmental elements, such as the temperature, air pressure, wind directions and wind speeds, the various precipitations, cloud cover, and the duration of sunshine. 7. The actual local climate results from the diverse interaction of all elements and factors as well as from the geographical latitude of each respective tract of land and from the latitude-dependent radiation intensity, to which is also ad ded in each case the typical and different atmospheric circulation that prevails over the seas, large lakes, streams, deserts, steppes, forests, open lands, and over the rain forests and continents as well as mountains and plains. 8. Even the Earth s magnetism plays an important role, which must not be forgotten . 9. Now, if one makes a total for all influences, etc. of 100 percent, which must be arranged, as said, into seven main factors of cause, then these can be divid ed in their influences, in terms of a percentage, approximately equally, so for every factor of cause, there arises an approximately 14.3 percent impact on the overall climate of the Earth. 10. But now, if the influences are still added, which arise from the irrational, destructive, and irresponsible machinations in terms of the influencing of the climate, the changing of nature, and the environmental degradation via the Earth person, then it must be mentioned that 50 percent of all coming natural disaste rs no longer have to be attributed to purely natural origin but rather to the gu ilt and burden of the Earth person. 11. Through sheer irrationality as well as through greed for profit, irresponsib

ility, and willfulness, as well as arrogance and self-glorification, the Earth p erson already started some time ago to change and violate the naturalness of the planet Earth. 12. With asphalt and concrete, entire lands are built over with roads and buildi ngs and are destroyed, vital seas are brought to drying out, the stock of fish b ecomes eradicated, the resources of the Earth are exploited senselessly and for pure profit and luxury, and air pollution and environmental degradation occur, w hich surpass everything in irresponsible willfulness and maliciousness. 13. Enormous water dams are senselessly and irresponsibly built, by which shifts of the interior of the Earth take place and a tremendous pressure develops, by what means earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are caused. 14. Courses of rivers and streams are senselessly and irresponsibly straightened , wet meadows are drained, entire housing developments and villages as well as c ities are built in meadow plains, lowlands, and at places of deforested meadow w oods, by what means no place remains free any more for the wild waters of floods to be able to spread out and seep away. 15. Peaceful brooks and rivers become raging and all-destructive currents and wi ld waters through their straightening, and nothing can withstand these any more, whereby they cause devastation and demand the lives of humans and animals and w ill demand these more and more, like they ve never done in all of human memory. 16. In addition, houses and other buildings are built on mountain slopes that ar e at risk in regards to avalanches and mountain slides, etc. 17. Mountain slopes become obstructed with ski lifts as well as with cable railw ays etc., by what means entire mountain landscapes are destroyed and the animal populations are disturbed in their natural life. 18. The greatest of all evils, however, is found in the steadily and inexorably growing overpopulation, through which all mentioned evils become more and more r ampant, so also the changes in the global climate. 19. The overall natural circulation of the atmosphere of the Earth is disturbed by irrational human influences more and more, whereby the air pressure and the g lobal temperature change significantly and immense storms and precipitations are caused throughout the whole world, which can be described as torrential, and in deed, especially in the coming time when the Earth and nature begin to avenge th emselves by force against the willful and irresponsible interferences, which are criminal and destructive for the planet and its entire life, by the Earth perso n in undreamed-of magnitudes. 20. In the coming time, many feedback effects will arise in nature, which will c ontain tremendous reciprocal effects. 21. In addition to the natural changes in climate including, among other things, as explained, also the variability of the Sun s influences, especially in terms o f the variations in the balance of solar radiation, as well as volcanic eruption s, through which a strengthening of the stratospheric aerosol layer arises very strong changes caused by the Earth people play a very large role. 22. Thus, an anthropogenic climate change that is, a human-induced climate chang e develops, as it has never occurred before on the Earth. 23. Above all, this happens through a tremendous energy supply as well as throug h exhaust fumes and trace gases, through other emissions of all kinds, and throu gh changes in vegetation and through the unstoppable increase of carbon dioxide,

etc. 24. Due to the irrationality and irresponsibility of the human being, spatially limited impairments of the atmosphere are caused, which spread themselves global ly ever more and cause ever more and greater damages. 25. In this regard, determining factors are primarily exhaust fumes, waste heat, smog, air pollution, photochemical pollution, and acid rain, etc. 26. Overpopulation actually bears the greatest guilt for this because through it , all evil becomes boosted more and more, and indeed, with everything that is co nceivable, so it isn t just the street traffic, forest traffic, agricultural traff ic, and industrial traffic with internal-combustion motor vehicles but also the overall industrialization and so on and so forth. 27. The Earth people themselves bear the guilt for all unusual natural disasters , and this already for quite some time. 28. But so it will also be in all the awful ages to come, in which the disasters will still multiply and intensify. Billy: Thanks. Your explanation in the Earth persons and, above all, the respons ible persons ears. Whether it will bring any benefit, however, may well be extrem ely questionable. If I, however, now briefly summarize the natural influ ences, then in my judgment, it looks like this: 1. Earth movements influences 2. Geomagnetism s influences 3. Lunar influences 4. Solar influences 5. Cosmic influences 6. Central sun s influences 7. Black holes influences Natural Catastrophes on ERRA : - B: Do you also have large storms, severe weather, and floods, etc. on your wo rlds, as it is the case with us on Earth? - I seem to remember Semjase once saying something like that, or was that you? Anyhow, I remember it being said that one isn't allowed to build, settle, and li ve in areas endangered by water or landslides. Quetzal: 31. Of course, but these are entirely of a purely natural form. 32. Through such natural events, also no harm is caused to the people and their possessions, and thus, no human casualties or deaths are caused by such. 33. We also have floods, steppe fires, and forest fires, as well as landslides, etc. on our worlds, but these events are all of a natural form and without any i nfluences by the people.

34. With us, natural disasters also never threaten, which would be hazardous or harmful to humans, because one isn t permitted to build homes or other buildings, etc. in lowlands, meadow plains or deforested meadow woods, near places that are threatened by avalanches or mountain slides, or even to live in plains that cou ld be threatened by floods. 35. Also directly beside lakes and seas or rivers and streams, etc., one isn t per mitted to build houses or other buildings and to live there. 36. With waters such as seas, lakes, rivers, brooks, and streams, etc., a greate r minimum height above the water level must always be kept, which must be measur ed in such a way that even waves that are many meters high can t cause any damage or claim human lives. Immune system of human beings : - B: I would like to ask you something again, which you must answer me as a do ctor. It concerns the immune system of human beings, which is supposed to be ali gned specifically, as you once explained. What s this all about, really? Quetzal: 37. With the immune system, it concerns a complex functional system for the pres ervation of the individual structure as well as for the defense against substanc es, etc., that are of an exogenous nature. 38. Furthermore, it also has the function of a continuous elimination of abnorma l somatic cells, such as malignantly and, thus, viciously degenerated cells. 39. This is known as immune surveillance. 40. Also involved in this are the organs of the lymphatic system, distributed th roughout the cells and molecules of the entire organism, and in particular, the leukocytes are to be mentioned. 41. Contrary to the erroneous opinion of the earthly medical sciences, the defen se mechanisms of the immune system that is innate to the human being are aligned specifically, as this is also true of the acquired and natural immune system. 42. Always in accordance with the defense mechanisms, both the innate as well as the acquired immune system produce specific antibodies, resulting in either an immunity against certain pathogens or a defensive reaction, whereby killer cells carry out the defense work and the immune work. 43. The entire immune system of an innate, acquired, and natural form, which is owned by all vertebrate life forms, is specifically designed in every respect, s o therefore, for every kind of pathogen and other health-hazardous element, etc. , specific defense factors are given. 44. Nevertheless, it is also given that some defensive elements are responsible for multiple pathogens or other health-hazardous factors and substances, etc. Billy: - With the different epidemics and diseases appearing in the coming time, the i mmune system in humans, however, will often or even completely fail, as you alre ady explained before, like the epidemic that s been known by America as AIDS si nce 1981 and the resulting varieties.

AIDS, Ebola virus, Legionnaires

disease, West Nile virus :

- B: With the different epidemics and diseases appearing in the coming time, th e immune system in humans, however, will often or even completely fail, as you a lready explained before, like the epidemic that s been known by America as AIDS s ince 1981 and the resulting varieties. - Furthermore, I remember the name Ebola virus as well as the Legionnaires disea se that appeared for the first time in America in 1976 and something that you ca lled the Nile epidemic or something similar. - Also, you said that tuberculosis and plague as well as cholera, etc., will sp read again. Quetzal: 45. The name was West Nile virus. 46. An epidemic that will be introduced to America and spread itself there. 47. Nevertheless, many other diseases and epidemics will still appear all over t he world, and indeed, even those which have been regarded as eradicated up to no w, as I have actually explained. 48. Certain names and designations for diseases and epidemics will first be crea ted, however, in the coming time, and to be sure, when these appear. 49. At later times, diseases and epidemics from outer space and from other plane ts and moons will also be introduced on the Earth through the Earth people. Disease from OUTER SPACE : - Q: At later times, diseases and epidemics from outer space and from other pla nets and moons will also be introduced on the Earth through the Earth people. Billy: - This will hardly be able to be avoided, despite all precautionary measures, i f the scientists don t find better ways than before to prevent the introduction of extraterrestrial bacteria and viruses and other microorganisms, etc. - Introductions and deposits of alien microorganisms and many other things of all kinds can also occur, however, through asteroids and meteors, which crash do wn on the Earth, as well as through comets tails, into whose immediate area the E arth comes. - But finally, clouds of microorganisms must also be taken into consideration, which drift through space and arrive into the area of our planet and penetrate down to the surface and even into the soil. - At least, that s how I understood Sfath s explanations in my boyhood. Kalach tree & Moringa tree : - B: The Kalach tree, which is, indeed, extinct, was an enormous acacia tree, u nder which a small village found a good place. - What, however, is the so-called Moringa tree, of which you once spoke and of which you said that it would one day become of great importance for the Earth pe rson?

- To this day, I still haven t heard or read anything about this tree or its frui ts and seeds being used in some way. Quetzal: 51. With the Moringa tree, it concerns a so-called medicinal tree, which grows e xtremely quickly, about three (3) meters in height per year. 52. The tree mainly grows in South Asia and in North Africa and contains active ingredients that can be used by the Earth people against anemia as well as again st hypertension and diabetes. 53. The various active ingredients, however, can also be used for the building a nd strengthening of the immune system. 54. The related building of the immune defense-strengthening can also provide, a mong many other possibilities, a successful means against AIDS. 55. The varieties of the tree also provide further food for humans and animals, whereby the nutrients are extremely rich in vitamin C and calcium. 56. In addition, the seeds of the Moringa trees are extremely oily, whereby the oil can be used, among various other possibilities, as a lubricant and as fuel f or machinery. 57. Furthermore, dirty water can also be cleaned with the seeds of the tree, and indeed, very much better than what any chemical can do. 58. All of these things, nevertheless, aren t the only possibilities and benefits that this tree and its seeds and fruits provide, for there are still several mor e. - B: That is interesting; then one can also hope that a certain progress develo ps from this in some way for the Earth people. - Q: As our probability calculations yield, that will actually be the case. Dinosaurs -> Largest, Biggest, Tallest : - B: Since we re already talking about large trees, I would like to ask you a que stion about the dinosaurs again. Which ones were the largest and where did they live? Quetzal: 60. The largest plant-eating dinosaurs lived in what is now Patagonia. 61. These were the so-called long-neck dinosaurs, whose largest specimens reache d up to 60 meters in length and exhibited a weight of around 135 tons. 62. This was the largest land animal that ever existed on the Earth. Billy: And what about the time when did these animals live, and were there any predator y dinosaurs that killed these magnificent animals? Have any skeletons, etc. of s uch giant beasts already been found by the earthly paleontologists? Quetzal:

63. To my knowledge, still no such findings have been made by the earthly paleon tologists. 64. And as for the time when these giant animals lived, this must have been, to my knowledge, around 100 million years ago. 65. The long-necked dinosaurs possessed tails that were about as long as their n ecks were to their heads. 66. At the same time, there also lived giant predatory dinosaurs, which we call Titan predatory dinosaurs or Titans predatory dinosaurs, which had a size of up t o 19 meters. Billy: - Thus, so to speak, a Tyranno-Titanosaurus Emperor, if I may translate that so freely. - So a creature that must have been a lot larger than the Tyrannosaurus rex. - But how was it now; did these gigantic predatory dinosaurs also hunt the gian t long-necked dinosaurs? If so, how did this happen? - It is always claimed by our earthly scientists that the large predatory dino saurs, even the great Tyrannosaurus rex, were loners and also would have hunted as such. - I can t understand that and, thus, can t accept it as given, for if these beasts actually hunted the giant herbivores, which I strongly accept, then they couldn t have reliably done so as individual hunters because they would have had no ch ance against the giant animals. - Thus, according to my understanding, it only could have been such that the pr edatory dinosaurs hunted with certainty in packs. - Now, was that actually so, or am I mistaken? At the same time, I also think o f the experiences on my Great Journey with Semjase and Ptaah, where I could obse rve on the primeval world how the large predatory dinosaurs hunted and tore larg e herbivores in packs. - This must have happened in the same way on the Earth during the time of the d inosaurs, or in this respect, am I completely on the wrong track with my opinion ? Quetzal: 67. What you saw on your Great Journey, that likewise occurred in the primeval t imes on Earth. 68. There were also many different genera and species of predatory dinosaurs on Earth, and indeed, very small, small, medium, large, and such that must be desig nated as giants, titans, and colossi, like the Tyrannosaurus rex and the Tyranno -Titanosaurus Emperors, as you designate these predatory dinosaurs appropriately . 69. Between these two predatory dinosaurs, however, there was one other giant di nosaur on Earth, which we named Gigantic Dinosaur, which reached a size of up to 14 meters.

70. And you re actually correct with your acceptance that all these enormous, giga ntic, and titanic dinosaurs were also no loners but rather pack animals that als o lived in packs and hunted as such and tore their victims, whereby these victim s, as you suppose, also included the large and largest plant-eaters, like even t he long-necked dinosaurs. Billy: - So one must speak practically of at least three different giant predatory din osaurs, and to be sure, of the Tyrannosaurus rex, of the Tyrannosaurus Gigantus, and of the Tyranno-Titanosaurus Emperor, as I now call the critters. - Perhaps the earthly scientists will crush me with their cars and insult me in to the ground as a layman, but I now name the beasts just like that. Quetzal: 71. That is correct. 72. And you can actually name the animals according to your free will, as you wi sh. Storms on Neptune: - B: do I remember correctly Ptaah gave me the information when we were at Nept une that on this planet, storms prevail, which reach 2,000 kilometers per hour? - Q: Your recollection is correct. Egyptian mummy tombs with GOLD & Edgar Cayce: - B: It is always maintained that the clairvoyant Cayce, or whatever his name is, is to have said that underground cities and large mummy tombs, etc. are stil l buried in Egypt. What is to be made of this? - Q: Such cities and tombs actually exist, but they haven t been found up to the current time. - For example, one of the largest mummy tombs, which comes from the 1st and 2nd century A.D., is located in the Egyptian place of Bahariya. - In this tomb, about 10,000 mummies are buried, together with a lot of gold. - B: And, have the archaeologists not found anything there yet, or are the grav es already robbed? - Q: So far, the earthly archaeologists still have no notion or even knowledge of this large tomb. - B: However, the giant tomb will certainly be found one day, right? - Q: I have no information about that. - B: Then in relation to this, have you made no looks into the future or probab ility calculations or even journeys into the future or otherwise made any clarif ications that could give enlightenment in this respect? - Q: No, until now, it was not of importance for us. - B: Well, then just not. It also isn t so important.

Critique or criticism : - Q: As I have determined time and again, the Earth people exercise very much criticism toward their neighbors. - Since I cannot find my way to it, I would like to ask you for your opinion. - Is the criticism, just as it is applied by the Earth person, really necessary or just a bad habit? My understanding for this is lacking very much. Billy: - The practicing of criticism, i.e. the criticizing of the Earth people against their neighbors, corresponds to a very bad habit, which is founded in the desir e to be better and the desire to know better than one s neighbors. - The criticizers are, thus, of the false belief that they are better or could be somewhat better or would know better, etc. than those whom they criticize. - Thus, no so-called healthy assessment is practiced, which exists in the so-cal led art of assessment, through which a neutral assessment of a person or thing tak es place; rather, a criticism occurs, which truly consists of pointing out alleg ed or genuine errors in a derogatory manner, in order affect one s neighbors with it psychologically or in any way. - This is also true for the so-called professional critics, who have the audaci ty to criticize people and their labors and works, etc. as well as things and st uff of any kind in their wrong and megalomaniacal conceit and think that they wo uld understand something of the matter concerned. - Critique or criticism truly exhibits in no way the form of an assessment or art of assessment and doesn't rest in an examination and in an insight but rathe r is grounded in a chronic, habitual, derogatory laceration and abasement of tha t which is criticized. - This, however, has nothing to do with the assertion and misrepresentation of the earthly philosophers that it would concern an assessment, an examination, a nd an insight, as well as an evaluation. - These values do not find their authorization in critique or criticism but sol ely in the neutral art of assessment and in the neutral assessment evaluation. - But critique or criticism doesn t know these values because solely a judgment follows from it, through which a person claims to classify something as given or not given, as good or bad, as negative or positive, or as genuine or false and, accordingly, to make a decision autocratically. - At the same time, an assessment is completely omitted because neither the ne gatives nor the positives are effectively seen in their true form. - In contrast to this are the assessment and evaluation, through which not onl y the negatives but also the positives become seen, recognized, assessed, and ev aluated. - Through this, someone or someone s action, labor, work, thing, or matter, etc. doesn t just simply become criticized and, thus, torn up into the air, so that th e whole thing truly only corresponds to a lousy, biased, hateful, autocratic, an d arrogant intolerance.

- This also refers to the opinion and life attitude as well as to the world vie w of the people and also how they dress, what hobbies and pleasures, etc. they h ave, and what kinds of lifestyles they maintain, because all these things, which are really of the purest private nature, are also complained of by the troublemaking critics and are mercilessly and self-righteously torn apart in a yelping manner because they regard themselves as better and more clever than they conced e this to their neighbors even though they themselves are usually bean straw dum b and stupid and have a crude attitude toward life and toward their fellow human beings. - Q: Your remarks make many things clear to me. - B: With the Earth people, unfortunately, is it usually the case that they let criticism prevail rather than reason. - It should rightly be so, that the opinion of a person is accepted and respect ed because he can always correct it himself if it should be wrong and he becomes aware of this fact. - However, critics don t note this freedom of human beings but rather force them into a pattern that is foreign to them through their criticism. 2] EC

COntact Report 222, Wednesday, February 3, 1988 - Quetzal Princess Grace Patricia Kelly or Grimaldi's Car Accident : Billy: - Dear friend, yesterday, I was asked a question about the Princess of Monte C arlo, that is, of Monaco, just with respect to the American former actress Grace Patricia Kelly, who received the sovereign title and the name Grimaldi t hrough her marriage with Prince Rainier III of Monaco - The princess had an accident with her car on the 13th of September, 1982 duri ng a return trip from the royal summer residence La Turbie to Monaco, along with h er 17-year-old daughter Stephanie. - The next day, on the 14th of September, she succumbed to her serious injuries . - The princess and her vehicle went off the road in a hairpin curve, fell down a slope, and flipped over several times. - Daughter Stephanie had only suffered minor injuries, and it was said that she had driven the car without authorization. - And now, exactly concerning this, I was asked whether this had actually been the case. At that time, to my knowledge, you sought to clarify the matter for wh atever reasons. Quetzal:1. That is correct. 2. My clarification occurred as a result of my own interests 3. What I have fathomed with this, however, has no relevance at all to the asser tion that the prince s daughter Stephanie had driven the crashed vehicle.

4. The truth and the reality is that Princess Grace Patricia Kelly, or rather Gr imaldi, suffered a sudden, severe brain hemorrhage, which acted like a sudden se vere stroke and caused an immediate loss of consciousness, through which, of cou rse, also the control of her vehicle was lost, and she unavoidably came to the s erious accident. Billy: That sounds logical. It also seemed illogical to me that Mrs. Kelly should have left her daughter, who was still a minor, behind the wheel. Hearing of voices : Billy: - I had to concern myself another time with the so-called in reference to a man from New Zealand. voices, and to be sure,

- His name is Kiwi, just as also the Chinese kiwifruit is called, namely the f ruit of the Chinese gooseberry shrub, or in the language of the Maori, the New Z ealand Kiwi bird, a nocturnal, flightless ratite. - The long and short of it: to my knowledge, the hearing of voices concerns a for m of schizophrenia, through which those who are afflicted by it hear a voice or multiple voices in their heads or something. Quetzal: 5. That is also correct. 6. With the hearing of voices, it concerns a form of schizophrenia, through which acoustic hallucinations are produced in the form of a voice or even several huma n voices, animal sounds, or thing-related tones, which are heard by the people a fflicted by this form of schizophrenia in their consciousnesses because it has f allen to a schizophrenic disorder. 7. Those who are afflicted by this form of schizophrenia suppose to be listeners of conversations or to perceive any other sounds, noises, tones, or even music in an allegedly real form. 8. In severe cases of this type of schizophrenia, even alleged dialogues occur b etween the hallucinatory voices and schizophrenic people, which also often leads to the fact that those afflicted by this disease of consciousness respond to al leged commands of the hallucinatory voices and carry out and commit actions and deeds that aren t comprehensible for normally healthy people. 9. Thus, homicides of this kind appear not infrequently in a simple or serial fo rm because the murder or killing of humans and animals or the destruction of pic tures and articles, etc. are ordered by the alleged hallucinatory communication of the putative hallucinatory voices. 10. An occurrence, through which confused, sick, deranged, and illogical as well as reason-poor thinking is caused with this form of schizophrenia in certain re spects. 11. A condition that doesn t have to be permanently present but which can also onl y appear sporadically.

12. Those afflicted by this may even be people of good education, because the sc hizophrenia exhibits a split consciousness, which is determined not by the intel ligence but by hallucinations and, thus, by an impairment of consciousness or by a pathological change in the state of consciousness.

13. In harmless cases, the form of schizophrenia of the hearing of voices appears with the so-called dead-speakers, ghost-speakers, otherworld-speakers and extraterre ial-speakers, who from time to time, through inner voices, even through the heari ng of voices supposedly accept that they would hear voices of the dead, ghosts, demons, otherworldly ones, and extraterrestrials and would even communicate with these. 14. On Earth, you call such people mediums, necromancers, and channelers, etc., but who, as explained, truly only have inner voices and believe that they would receive commands or messages from these and even communicate with them. 15. Another form of this illness of consciousness also causes putative telepathic voices through unrealistic forms of thought and beliefs, by what means those aff licted by this illness believe that they would stand in telepathic connection wi th any beings of a worldly, otherworldly, or other-dimensioned or extraterrestri al form. 16. Those afflicted by these forms of delusion believe that their delusions are real. 17. Moreover, on the outside, they appear completely normal to their fellow huma n beings, who judge the false assertions of the schizophrenics as given and, thu s, classify those who are sick in consciousness as completely normal, which, as a rule, is also typical of the professionals, such as psychologists and psychiat rists, who can also be deceived just like the laymen. Leonardo da Vinci : Billy: - It concerns Leonardo da Vinci, which is certainly a name known to you. - One asked me if I would know who his father and mother were. - Ptaah explained to me on my Great Journey that Leonardo was the illegitimate offspring from a union of his father, Piero da Vinci, with a beautiful slave gi rl from the Orient, but I didn t want to answer the question in this way befor e I had inquired with you again, and indeed, because I m no longer quite sure if I remember Ptaah s explanation correctly. - You know that through my health collapse in the year 1982, my memory has suff ered enormously, so I sometimes confuse some things. Quetzal: 18. Your recollection corresponds to the truth, so therefore, you can transmit a useful explanation. Mrs. Mariann Suter : Billy: - Mrs. Suter will be pleased about that. Quetzal:

19. Do you speak of Mrs. Mariann Suter, who found her life again through your he lp? Billy: - Yes, I mean this Mrs. Suter. - She called me and asked the question[about Leonardo da Vinci's parents]. - She has helped me very much financially on a loan, in order to be able to con struct the Center in general. Today, she lives at times in India, Pakistan, Nepa l, and in Europe. Quetzal: 20. She owes you her life and will never forget that. 21. I know this because I know the story about her and you, and I have concerned myself with her character. VOlcanic Eruption in Rhine Valley & area of Eifel, Germany : Billy: - Semjase once spoke of the fact that in the distant future, somewhere in the m ountains of the Rhine Valley, a volcano will break out, which is currently inact ive - But which will also become active in the subsoil, like also various volcanoes somewhere in Germany, which will also become active again in the distant future . - One has also asked me about this, but unfortunately, I no longer know what pl ace in Germany was meant. Quetzal: 22. It isn t a place but rather an entire area, which is designated as Eifel. 23. There prevails a great slumbering of underground volcanism, which will produ ce powerful aboveground eruptions again in the distant future and destroy entire landscapes. Gilgamesh, Human 'Shapeshifter' : Billy: - Gilgamesh was descended from a race that came from a galaxy that is still unk nown on Earth. - Moreover, he was about 3 meters tall. How can it be, that he still lives on E arth today unrecognized? - Relatively seen to the Earth person, he also doesn t age, for he, as you ve expla ined, is 50,000 years old or more. - And since you know him so well and also have the possibility of taking him ba ck to his world, why don t you do this? Quetzal:

24. You are mistaken in reference to the fact that the home galaxy of Gilgamesh is unknown on Earth because it was already discovered in the year 1781 by an ast ronomer named Mchain. 25. This is a somewhat oval spiral galaxy, which is simply called M94 NGC 4736 b y the earthly astro-scientists and which is seen about 20 million light years aw ay from the Earth. Billy: In our space-time configuration? Quetzal: 26. That is correct. 27. But listen further: 28. With Gilgamesh s people, it concerned a race of morphogenetic ones, whose spec ial ability was to change their shape and size. 29. A process that took several months for each occurrence, however. Billy: - First of all: why do you speak of concerned and was?

- And secondly: does your explanation with regard to the morphogenetic ones mea n that it concerns a morphogenesis, precisely in terms of biological morphology? - Morphogenesis, nevertheless, refers to the formation of an organism or life f orm during his or her development, whereby everything depends on the hereditary predisposition and on the environment. Do you mean this? Quetzal: 30. No, that is not the meaning of my words; rather, I speak of a shapeshifting that can be carried out arbitrarily during normal existence. Billy: Do you mean, for example, when the development of the physical body has already been completed? By this, I mean that a shapeshifting can be accomplished when Quetzal: 31. That is the meaning of my words, yes. Billy: Shapeshifting then one could very well call these humans shapeshifters. Can they c hange, then, also their external and internal features, apart from their shapes? Quetzal: 32. That is correct.

Billy: You have not yet answered my question, however, as to why you said s. Quetzal:

concerned

and

33. Gilgamesh s people no longer exists because a sudden and unpredictable planeta ry catastrophe caused the whole race to become extinct within a few minutes. 34. There were no survivors because no human beings of this people also stayed o utside of the planet. 35. Gilgamesh is, thus, the sole survivor, who has adapted his shape, however, t o that of the earthly human and has morphogenetically transformed and found a ne w home in this world, which he no longer wants to leave. Water shortage in the coming time : Billy: - you recently said something about a water shortage that would be on Earth in the coming time. Quetzal: 36. Yes. 37. Already in the coming nineties, the drinking water on Earth will become a ra re commodity in certain countries. 38. Thus, there will be a big drinking water problem that, especially in the socalled developing countries, will lead to very big problems and even to catastro phes. 39. In contrast to this, however, the encouraging fact will arise that some area s, which have been destroyed and made barren by the Earth people, will slowly re cover again purely according to nature and become green. 40. Nevertheless, this process will only proceed slowly and bring success, alway s provided that everything won t be newly ruined and destroyed again by the people , which is to be feared, unfortunately, when one considers their illogical and p rofit-demanding thinking and behavior. HIstory of Egyptian pyramids : Billy: - Then I once again have a question regarding the Egyptian pyramids, as I was a lso asked about them. - Unfortunately, I no longer remember exactly what Ptaah, Semjase, and Asket e xplained to me, but somehow, I think it was said to me that the first pyramids w ere built around 73,300 years ago or so, but later dismantled again because they fell to decay, namely through rotting in the interior as well as through the we ather. - In particular, this refers to the Pyramids of Giza but also to many other pyr amids all over the world. - Afterwards, everything was rebuilt, which should have happened around 10,800

or 11,000 years ago. - At this time, about 300 years before the Great Flood, a certain king Sahluk w as the person of power, who ordered the dismantling and alteration of the Great Pyramid of Giza and allowed this to be carried out. - But again, everything moldered over the course of the following millennia and fell to decay, so about 4,500 years ago, an enormous pyramid work resulted once more, as everything that was moldering and decaying was torn away, removed, and replaced; thus, accordingly, new stone blocks were cut and then dragged and set up by human power. -At the same time, the main pyramid completely lost its internal structure and organization, and it was built anew under the strict power of Cheops and comple tely revamped. - Therefore, one can very well say that the current pyramid of Giza can actuall y also be called the Pyramid of Cheops, even though its actual origin traces bac k to other and partly Earth-foreign builders from the constellation of Orion, an d indeed, to a time of two stellar ages ago, one of which is reckoned as around 36,650 years, and thus, in a 2-times form, yields a time of 73,300 years, whereb y this time must be set before the Islamic Hegira, however. - And when we speak of the Pyramid of Giza, we always speak of the pyramid that must be seen as the original pyramid, even if today, the new production is addr essed, which is, of course, already about 4,500 years old and is exposed to rott ing and decay, and which also no longer exhibits its original measure of 152.5 m eters in height but only 146 or 148 meters. - This great pyramid, together with the others, is aligned in its formatting t o the constellation of Orion, while the Khafre structure, I mean the Sphinx stru cture, was aligned to the constellation of Leo. - The new pyramid, as well as all the others and the Sphinx structure, were bu ilt in more recent times, so about 4,500 years ago, solely by Earth people, by t heir own forces. - The builders were early Egyptians, like also the largest part of the workers, who were free people and artisans to a certain part, while many others, who cam e in small numbers as slaves from other countries, had to perform their hard wor k, together with a small number of domestic slaves. - That majority of the workers, however, was based on free Egyptians. - For the purpose of the nourishment of all workforces, a veritable industrial food-city was built near the pyramid, and also mass campsites were provided for resting and sleeping, as well as tombs for the many deceased, who were at work t here. - That s how I remember it being explained to me by you. Now, is this right, or did I fall into a fallacy? Quetzal: 41. Everything is correct; so therefore, no further explanation is necessary. Concealing Production of Genetically modified vegetables, fruits, & other foods : Billy:

- Already several times, we ve talked about gene technology and gene manipulation , etc., about which a lot of senseless fuss will be made in the coming time - And indeed, especially by the so-called progress opponents and, in this case, even the genetic opponents, who will conjure up death and the devil with absurd assertions and scare tactics, in order to thwart, stop, and denigrate genetic r esearch and gene technology. - This in ignorance of the fact that already for many years, genetically modifi ed vegetables, fruits, and other foods have been produced and have been on the m arket and have also been eaten by the genetic opponents unknowingly and without hesitation as well as without harm. - Now, the question about this is whether this fact will actually be concealed much longer? Quetzal: 42. Silence will probably rule over this for good, because otherwise, an uproar would be caused by the genetic opponents. Billy: I understand. Since ancient times, maniacs have always had a tendency to run amo k at every possible and impossible opportunity or otherwise to become abusive Aerosols & Rain : Billy: - Since ancient times, maniacs have always had a tendency to run amok at every possible and impossible opportunity or otherwise to become abusive. - I have also just experienced this again, regarding that which I wrote in one of my stories in the Storybook, that in the atmosphere, the finest dust particle s are needed, in which the natural water vapor can condense itself, so that rain drops can develop and, thus, it can rain. - One insulted me rather nastily on the telephone and yelled that I shouldn t wri te such crap and mislead the children with it and so on. - But Sfath already taught me that it actually is in such a way as I have writ ten. And if I remember correctly, he called the atmospheric dust particles aeroso ls. Quetzal: 43. You have written no falsehoods because the process of rain formation actuall y takes place in the way that you have represented everything. 44. And the term aerosols also corresponds to the truth.

Sun & Human Factor on Climate Change & Greenhouse Effect: Billy: - I would like to come to speak on the greenhouse effect and on the climate cha nge. A subject that we ve already discussed several times.

- One thing has escaped me, however, namely what the Sun produces on the Earth through its energies, which contributes to the greenhouse effect and to the clim ate change. - The Earth person s destructive influence on the nature of the planet, i.e. on the atmosphere, takes place through the releasing of carbon dioxide and bromine gases as well as through the actual chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs for short. - Through these substances, so you have explained, a coat or layer, so to spea k, is formed around the Earth, by what means the solar heat reflected by the Ear th can no longer escape into outer space. - From this, an accumulation of heat arises, by what means even the greenhouse effect emerges, but this isn t solely evoked by the fault of human beings but rat her, to the same extent, also by the Sun. - However, this doesn t mean that the Earth person s guilt for the greenhouse effec t and for the climate change should be minimized and that the cause for it shoul d be imputed to the Sun alone, as the irresponsible scientists in the coming tim e will do, as you ve explained. - To be sure, your explanation was that the Sun influences the Earth s climate t o a very great extent and, thus, also immensely contributes to the climate chang e and to the greenhouse effect, but at the same time, also very much is done by human beings, even, for example, through the enormous worldwide emissions of hyd rocarbons, bromine gases, and CFCs, along with many other emissions of a climate -damaging nature. - Now, from time to time, so I mean in large time intervals, especially strong and extremely great and extensive activities arise on the Sun, through which eno rmous quantities of radiation are released and hurled out into space, which then inevitably hit the Earth and influence its entire planetary climate. - And exactly this is what it concerns now, that is, this is the specific stuf f that it basically concerns here, which acts so powerfully that a greenhouse ef fect and climate change arise, which also appeared at other times than at the pr esent because major causes for this also lie with humans, also stepped into appe arance, and can also appear in the future. - This is in stark contrast to when periods of very low solar activity arise, t hrough which very cold times or even glaciation can be caused on Earth. Quetzal: 45. You have given an extensive explanation, which shows great knowledge of the addressed matter. 46. Indeed, you amaze me again and again. Billy: - It s all half as bad, for on the one hand, Sfath taught me a lot of knowledge i n this respect, but on the other hand, I also learned a lot at school even thoug h I was a big truant - And moreover, I m also learning constantly through professional books, professi onal articles in newspapers and magazines, as well as through professional telev ision broadcasts. - But now, what is the specific substance of the Sun, through which the greenho

use climate and the climate change on the Earth are promoted? Quetzal: 47. There are several of these, but the most important factor is formed by carbo n-14, as it finds its entrance into earthly climatology as a name. Oceanic Nazca Plate : Billy: - But then, now something else: Professor Sander I already told you once of him asked me: since you deal with the prehistoric geology of the Earth - Do you know anything about the so-called oceanic Nazca Plate, i.e. the Nazca Plateau, or know where its origin is to be sought? Quetzal: 48. The origin of the Nazca plateau was at a very different place than where it is located today. 49. Around 33 million years ago, it was located about 2,000 kilometers further w est in the ocean. 50. The plateau was a volcanic underwater world, on which there were quite enorm ous volcanic mountains, whose highest peaks protruded far above the ocean s surfac e, creating a large island archipelago that was surrounded by beautiful paradise reefs. 51. Over the course of millions of years, however, the underwater world sank abo ut 1,500 meters into the depths of the ocean. 52. For my part, the knowledge of the professor, in terms of his knowledge of th e Nazca plate, would interest me.

Bulging of Earth Daily : Billy: - The Earth, as I have already seen several times from outer space, somehow co ntinuously changes in its shape and sometimes looks not quite round and dented. - I ve seen this through your fantastic devices, which Semjase showed me, by what means this phenomenon became known to me. - Can you tell me the reason why our planet continuously deforms itself and exh ibits bulges as well as depressions? Do our scientists already know this at all? Quetzal: 53. To my knowledge, this fact is still unknown among the Earth people. 54. The reason for the daily-changing, uneven regularity of the planet, which ex hibits a certain elliptical shape, is to be found in the fact that depending on the density of the matter and the water masses, a changing gravity or gravitatio nal force results.

55. This means that the density of the water masses and the solid matter changes continually, and indeed, uninterruptedly. 56. Through this, for example, large areas with higher densities of matter or wa ter swell out in a bump-shaped manner, by what means even bulges emerge. 57. The areas opposing these collapse in and form depressions or craters when a low density of matter or water masses is given, as was explained to me by Ptaah. 58. An additional role is played by the Moon, which also must be involved in the se processes. Origin of Life in Fresh waters not Seas : Billy: - As it follows from your explanations, life on Earth originated in the water, whereby it then developed in the shore sand of the waters. - This is in complete contrast to the claims of the earthly scientists, whose explanations purport that life had developed from the so-called primordial soup. - If I still remember correctly completely in accordance with your information life is to have originated in the fresh waters of the Earth. - Seas, however, are very salty at least here on Earth whereby the highly sensi tive genetic material and outer covers of the first organisms would have probabl y been destroyed because saltwater is extremely aggressive, and the life forms t hat emerged first were still highly susceptible to such influences. - So I ask myself, what type of water was given then, in which life could evolv e, before it could also find its way in saltwater at a later time? Quetzal: 59. The saltwater of primeval times was actually very aggressive in the primordi al seas and contained values that were twice and three times as high as those of the current salt concentrations in the earthly seas. 60. Thus, life also did not originate in these salty primordial seas which were also partly strong in potassium but rather in smaller and larger land waters, in small and large ponds, as well as in small or larger lakes, which consisted of fresh water that arose from torrential rains. Andromeda Nebula is a Galaxy : Billy: - On my Great Journey with Semjase and Ptaah in his Great Spacer, we also flew to the so-called Andromeda Nebula, as this enormous structure is erroneously cal led by the earthly astronomers because they just assume that it would concern a galactic nebula. - But as I could see with my own eyes, this structure is not a nebula but an e normous galaxy, in which many solar systems exist with their own planets, a larg e number of which also carries diverse and even human life. - My question: why do the earthly astronomers constantly say that Andromeda is

a nebula? Do they actually not know that it is a galaxy with suns and planets a nd all the trimmings, which exactly constitutes a real galaxy? Quetzal: 61. This fact is still unknown to them; therefore, they also speak of an Androme da Nebula. 62. This is due, not in the least, to the fact that their astronomical instrumen ts are not yet sufficient to be able to see the reality of the Andromeda Galaxy. 63. Their instruments are still too insufficient to be able to recognize more th an just a nebula at a distance of about two million light years away, which is t he distance from the Earth to the Andromeda Galaxy. 64. In the newer time, however, this will change, and to be sure, in the coming nineties or at the beginning of the new millennium at the latest, when the Hubbl e Space Telescope fulfills its function. 3] EC

Contact Report 223, Sunday, May 1, 1988 - Quetzal Symphony of the Earth : Billy: - You, as well as Ptaah and Semjase, once played the strange humming sounds of the Earth to me through your apparatuses, which I can t perceive in nature, unfort unately, because my hearing senses aren t so sensitive that I could hear these sou nds, which should very well be possible for other people, however, as you ve expla ined. - The sources of these sounds are very diverse, as your cognition yields, and t hese or similar sounds should, according to your information, also appear on oth er worlds as well as on asteroids, comets, meteors, suns, and dark clouds, as we ll as with cosmic nebulae and even in every black hole, etc., - so not only on Earth. All electromagnetic waves, as well as the northern ligh ts and solar winds, etc., belong to these sound sources. You named the sounds Sym phony of the Earth or Symphony of the Planets as well as Symphony of Space, which is also entirely incorporated into these sounds, like also the atmospheres of plane ts and suns and even all material and immaterial things of every kind, concernin g which you ve spoken of a Symphony of the Spheres. - This symphony, i.e. these sounds, are, so far, still unknown to the earthly scientists in particular and to the people in general, other than just the excep tions to the rule, even those people who perceive these humming sounds, i.e. Symp hony of the Earth, and who are of the opinion that something isn t right in their h eads, and thus, not that real things are going to and fro. - Can you once again officially explain what it actually concerns with these hu mming sounds, if it shouldn t remain a secret? Quetzal: 3. It does not have to remain a secret because in about 10 to 15 years, a portio n of the earthly sciences should also encounter these things.

4. Moreover, it concerns the fact that every planet, every comet, every larger a steroid, meteor, and every sun, as well as the nebulae and clouds in space and s pace itself, as well as every black hole and all material and immaterial things existing at all produce certain tones and sounds, which we, as you said, actuall y call Symphony. 5. Within the entire realm of the Creation or of the Universe, nothing exists th at would not be incorporated into these symphonies, so therefore, all material a nd immaterial things vibrationally generate certain tones and sounds and even sy mphonies, which usually cannot be perceived by the human ear because these move in too low or too high frequencies for this. 6. Only through abnormal, degenerative, physiological changes can these sounds o r symphonies be perceived by human life forms, whereby these then become effecti ve in an extremely consciousness-impairing, nerve-racking, and psyche-damaging m anner. 7. The frequencies of these symphonies or sounds reach into all levels, so thus, the lowest sounds, like humming sounds, as you say, are given as well as the hi ghest whirring sounds and shimmering sounds, etc. 8. As the frequencies are virtually countless in their number, these are also th e sources of the sound symphonies, for these relate to all that exists of the ma terial and immaterial. 9. Thus, if one starts from the Earth, then these sound sources are, for example , the waters, in terms of the deep sea movements as well as the movements of the waters of the lakes, rivers, streams, creeks, and springs. 10. Even the roar of the waves, the small and mighty storms, the tectonic moveme nts of the Earth s interior, the bubbling of magma in the Earth, and the eruptions of the volcanoes belong to these, as well as the rain, hail, and the various la yers of the atmosphere, which rub against each other, as well as the winds again st the trees, grasses, flowers, houses, mountains, sand dunes and deserts, stepp es, icebergs, glaciers, and surfaces of ice, as well as against windmills, wind turbines, ships, aircraft, rockets, missiles, and vehicles of all types, against land surfaces and everything else that materially exists. 11. Also to be noted are the voices and sounds of humans and animals, insects, b irds, and fish and any other water creatures. 12. All sounds together form the actual Symphony of the Planet, as we call it.

13. And as this happens in the purely material realm, so this also happens in an y immaterial sphere in the entire Universe, each of which also produces its own symphony, like also fog flowing on the Earth or nebulae existing in space and al l other formations that are absolutely impossible to cite in their number becaus e everything is so immeasurable that it could neither be grasped by purely human understanding nor by technological possibilities of any kind. Wandering black holes: Billy: - I would like to come to speak again on the black hole of our Milky Way, of wh ich we spoke if I remember correctly on the 30th of May, 1987. - By its attractive force, we don t simply fly with our SOL system uncontrollabl y out into space but rather are somehow still held within the Milky Way.

- There are, indeed, black holes in every galaxy, as you explained, which Semja se and Ptaah already said, but in addition to these, there are still the black wa nderers, like those of the kind that the Tages-Anzeiger, Zrich, Thursday, January 30, 2003 calls black holes, which drift through the cosmos. - Ptaah also said that in this regard, there would be two types, precisely the black holes that drift wildly through the Universe and then the others that are galaxy-bound and, thus, draw a certain course in or through a galaxy and its sur roundings. - And all black holes have an attractive force that depends on size and that r eaches up to hundreds or even millions of light years away. - And here, I would now like to ask if also with or in our galaxy, such a wande ring black hole exists, a galaxy-wandering black hole, so to speak, if I may name t his thing in such a way? Quetzal: 14. That is a good designation, which I will include in my vocabulary. 15. Yes, there actually is such a black wanderer m of your galaxy. or wandering black hole in the real

16. Nevertheless, it is a smaller structure than what the actual central black h ole of the Milky Way is. 17. But still, it is very remarkable and draws an extensive course through the g alaxy, and to be sure, at around 6,400 light years of distance from the actual c enter of the Milky Way. 18. In addition to this black wanderer, there are still some other wandering black holes in the nearer and further surroundings of the galaxy, one of which, from time to time, also exerts a determining influence on the planet Venus of the SOL system. Jmmanuel s parents Mary & Joseph : Billy: - Do you know, to what religious persuasion Jmmanuel s parents Mary and Joseph be longed, what this was, and from where the two actually came; were they actually Nazarenes? - A pastor, who is very partial to my contacts with you, asked me whether you w ould know anything about this. Unfortunately, I have never attended to these int erests myself and, thus, haven t tried to find out something. Quetzal: 19. The facts about Mary and Joseph are very well known to me, which you know ve ry well, so I do not understand why you present yourself as ignorant in this res pect. Billy: I naturally know about your knowledge of the matter. The dumb question is whethe r you would know the answer; I simply slipped unintentionally. Excuse me, please .

Quetzal: 20. I understand. 21. To answer the first part of your question, Mary and Joseph didn t belong to an y religious persuasion. 22. They were natives of Tiberias, a place located at the Sea of Galilee at that time. 23. Mary was the daughter of a merchant family from Tiberias, and Joseph was the son of a shipbuilder and carpenter s family, which was also located in Tiberias. 24. And if you still want to have information about the 2 families, then I can s ay that Mary had 3 brothers and 4 sisters, and Joseph had 3 brothers and 2 siste rs. 25. At the time of Jmmanuel s birth, all siblings and parents of Mary and Joseph w ere still alive. 26. What is still to be said, but which should also be well-known to you: 27. Joseph was not the biological father but rather the foster father of Jmmanue l. 28. The biological father was the extraterrestrial Gabriel. Greenhouse effect on Glaciers : BIlly: - Well, I once again have a question about the greenhouse effect on Earth, abou t which we ve already spoken several times. - In this connection, you said that the glaciers will melt rapidly all over the world, but what about the so-called perpetual snow on the high mountains here i n Switzerland, on the Himalayas, and on all high mountains of the world in gener al? Quetzal: - The age-old snow and ice fields of all mountains will also be affected by the great melting process - so even the Himalayas, with which you surely also mean Mount Everest, whose masses of ice and snow will have melted away approximately by the year 2030, if the warming process still rises further. - As I already explained at an earlier date, however, 2 factors are involved in this process approximately equally - On the one ronment, etc. ich periodic, sent and near Billy: So not just the person alone cause the changes, even though certain know-it-alls hand, the Earth person, with his senseless destruction of the envi and, on the other hand, the normal processes of nature, through wh planet-wide climate changes are caused, which are acute in the pre future time and will further spread.

, devil-in-the-wall painters, and certain sectarians, etc. gladly impute the fau lt solely to the earthlings. Visual Stretching of Stars: BIlly: - There are always people who maintain some nonsense, like the man who was rece ntly with me and who wanted to fool me into believing that if one could travel t hrough the Universe at very high speed, then visually, the stars would stretch i n length like luminous strips. - It wasn t possible for me to make it clear to him that this is not the case an d that I myself had experienced on the Great Journey that the stars retain their form and that even all target stars center themselves in the central visual fie ld in a bluish color when one flies toward them at great and even faster-than-li ght speed, while the distant stars located at the edge of the field of view are practically preserved in such a way as they present themselves in the normal vie wing form. Quetzal: 31. You should be lenient towards these people, for on the one hand, they cannot understand these things yet and cannot grasp them because they lack the necessa ry knowledge for this, and on the other hand, they also could not gain appropria te experiences, like you did, through an authoritative experience. Billy: - With which you are, indeed, right. - But I still don t understand, that such people can just stubbornly persist in t heir stupid or even false assumption-based assertions, without taking into consi deration or reflecting upon any other explanations, etc. Impotence in Men: Billy: - Doctor Gross, whom I ve known since my youth and who always gave me the necessa ry medications that I took on my travels in the Near and Middle East, has asked me, since he knows about my contacts with you, what can be done about impotence in men, in order to remedy this. - In addition, everything connected to the realization of the increasingly appe aring impotence would also interest him. As a doctor, you can surely tell me a f ew things about this, right? Quetzal: 32. The increasingly appearing impotence in terrestrial man, as a rule, traces b ack to his own misconduct, which is based in the fact that one sits for too long with closed or laid-together legs on chairs or in vehicles and aircraft or on b icycles and motorcycles, etc. 33. Also too-tight underwear and over-linens, by which I mean trousers, contribu te to impotence, and to be sure, by the fact by sitting for too long with folded or crossed legs as well as by sitting on saddles and cushions of vehicles and o n all kinds of other seats, the testicles of men are heated in such a way that i t very harmfully affects the stability and vitality of the sperm cells, which ar

e impaired by the too great heat to such an extent that they die out. 34. Also much too warm baths and too hot showers contribute in this way to impot ence in men. 35. Nevertheless, a remedial action can be taken against this, namely by the sea ts being shaped in such a way that the testicles lie freely between two seat par ts and not on a firm surface, but it must also be ensured that not too-tight but rather no or only very airy underwear are worn, as well as large and airy trous ers, by what means no accumulation of heat arises at and around the testicles, w hich would warm up the testicles and the sperm cells. 36. Through the aforementioned form of sitting and through the warmth, the testi cles can no longer cool themselves; consequently, the blood in these, which shou ld ensure a cooling through its circulation, stops itself. 37. Testicles and sperm cells do not need great heat but, on the contrary, a cer tain coolness, for only in such can the sperm cells thrive in a fruitful form. 38. If, however, a partial or extensive impotence has already appeared as a resu lt of too great a heating of the testicles, then there is still the possibility that this can be reversed in full or in part in many cases, namely by a permanen t cooling of the testicles being carried out. 39. This can occur, for example, through a special cooling belt. 40. This is a skin-compatible abdominal belt, on which two cooling elements are mounted, which become gently pressed against the groin to the left and right of the testicles through an appropriate underwear leg garment. Most effective against heart attacks : Billy: - can you still tell me what natural means, which are freely available to every one such as berries, algae, grain, herbs, spices, fruits or vegetables are the m ost effective against heart attacks? Quetzal: 41. There are several of these. 42. What can be brought to application most suitably is garlic, which contains v ery many antioxidants, like also apples which, like garlic, are extremely health y whose antioxidants cause a slowdown of that cholesterol which can lead to a ha rdening of the arteries. Articifial Sweetners & Sugar Substitutes(Saccharin) : BIlly: - And what about saccharin, which was widely used during World War II as a suga r substitute? - And what about the sweeteners that are used nowadays, like also the cyclamate , or whatever that stuff is called? - Can I use this to reduce my increased weight nstead of sugar? and even take such sweeteners i

Quetzal: 43. You should avoid that because sweeteners of various natural and chemical kin ds, especially in the form of cyclamate, are partially very detrimental to healt h and usually cause exactly the opposite, namely that they promote weight gain t hrough increased appetite. 44. Moreover, they are extremely unhealthy, as I already said. 45. The body actually takes in many different sweetening substances, and particu larly cyclamate, and thereby damages, as I said, one s well-being of health and on e s immune system, and indeed, especially in those people whose intestinal functio ns are such that they even convert the sweetener in the form of cyclamate into c yclohexylamine. 46. A poison that, in greater quantities, leads to high blood pressure and, thus , can become life-threatening. 47. And in fact, many people also die from it, without the physicians being able to recognize the actual reason for the cause of death due to the lack of knowle dge of the harmfulness of cyclamate. 48. Furthermore, cyclamate also causes damage to the sperm cells as well as to t he testicles of men, by what means impotence can arise. 49. Even in women, damage can occur through sweeteners, and especially through c yclamate, through which infertility results. 50. Moreover, sweeteners of the form cyclamate can produce a carcinogenic effect in men and women as well as in animals. Billy: And what, then, should those people do, who suffer from diabetes, who can no lon ger eat anything sweet, if that is so? Quetzal: 51. There are completely natural and healthy sweeteners of plants, berries, frui ts, and vegetables, which are safe for diabetics - But it must be ensured that they actually are harmless because some herbal sw eeteners are also more or less harmful to health and the general well-being as w ell as to the immune system. Billy: One would have to know these plants, etc. Quetzal: 52. They are well-known; therefore, they don t have to be mentioned specifically. Second & third moon of the Earth and Planet Kathein: Billy: - Then once again, I want to return to what some people claim in reference to a second and third moon of the Earth.

- Ptaah and Semjase showed me the nearer and further surroundings of the Earth , but I saw nothing of another moon. - The two of them only let me see one other planet, but this always only remain s on the far side of the Sun and can t be seen from the Earth. - Do you know why such claims about other moons are continuously made? - This also applies to other planets that should be located behind Pluto or so , whereby the planet behind the Sun isn t meant. Quetzal: 53. You speak of the planet Kathein, which will drift away from the SOL system i n the near future and hurry away into space. 54. But now, what concerns the alleged other moons of Earth, these actually do n ot exist. 55. In the future time, however, at further distances that are to be calculated in several or even many millions of kilometers, new objects will certainly be di scovered by earthly astronomers and amateur astronomers, which will then probabl y also be designated as other moons, which they truly are not, however. 56. With these objects, it will actually concern larger asteroids and meteors, w hich have several kilometers or even tens, hundreds, or thousands of kilometers in diameter to show. 57. The same is valid for objects for other, further planets which orbit outside of Pluto s orbit in the great belt of broken objects around the SOL system and wh ich will also be discovered one by one in the coming time by the Earth people. Reasons/Motives for Gulf War in 1991 & 2003 & Afghanistan War : Billy: - But say once if I may come to speak again on the American warmongering Presid ent Bush Jr., of whom you have, indeed, told a few things if his father s work wil l continue in Iraq, who will also be a warmonger and who will let loose the so-c alled Gulf War from the pile in January of 1991, which then ends in such a way tha t Saddam Hussein can perform more mischief. - Fortunately, this one will actually only go through one term of office, as y ou said. - For my part, I find it simply outrageous that wars are fought at all, just be cause crazy, psychopathic, and schizophrenic and, moreover, cowardly and power-h ungry people, like certain presidents and dictators, etc., can display their pow er unhindered and can release their bloodthirsty minions on the peoples or even on the whole of humanity through sheer terrorism and murder. - Not just those who act in personal, political, or religious and sectarian, bl ind fanaticism and in lusts for revenge are to be designated as pure, blinded, c riminal, and irresponsible packs of criminals and as terrorists but also all leg ally elected heads of state or those elected through fraud or through coercion a nd force, as well as all those who obey their commands in the way that they them selves degenerate and become unscrupulous, emotionless, and irresponsible, blood thirsty and murderous monsters and even actual terrorists. - And finally, it must be said that those in power, and indeed, especially thos

e of the industrial nations, also instigate wars and, therefore, expand for year s, in order to create work and high-quality money in their own country, namely b y the fact that because of the warfare in foreign countries, the entire industry in their own country, which works for weapons and weapon systems and their rela ted branches, receives horrendous orders, and thus, unemployment is also prevent ed through this as well as the sinking of the cash value, etc. - And now, when the Bushes let loose various wars from the pile in the coming t ime, like in Iraq and in Afghanistan, etc., as you explained, and all this is ca rried out under the guise of counter-terrorism, retribution, and for freedom, pe ace, and national security, then the maintenance of the arms industry and all th at goes with it is also behind everything. Quetzal: 58. Your words can express the truth very well, and in them, the horror that is contained in everything is also visible. 59. But to your question: 60. The warmongering President Bush, as you admirably call him, will bring in hi s time, as I already explained in previous conversations, very much sorrow, deat h, and disaster upon the people of the Earth. 61. Not only will he follow in the footsteps of his father, who is soon coming t o power for one term of office, but he will still take this a lot further, where by we have not yet fathomed, however, all the events and consequences of his psy chopathic and domineering power obsession and vindictiveness. 62. But unfortunately, the evils, the destructions, the bloodshed, and the murde rs through wars and other terrors arranged by him will be many. 63. Concerning a second war in Iraq, however, the facts indicate that such an ev ent could arise in the year 2003. 64. But in this respect, we still haven t gained any determining insights because for the time being, everything is solely based on probability calculations, but these have yielded a high value towards the fact that the war could actually tak e place, if the rest of the world won t be filled with enough reason to stop the t errorist crimes of the vindictive and human-despising as well as human rights-de spising and irresponsible presidents at the given time. Billy: - Unfortunately, maniacs never die out. However, this is probably not just the case on Earth but also on other worlds, but Earth certainly has to have especial ly major maniacs. Climate changes on Mars : Billy: - A question was given to me, which you can surely also answer for me, without violating a secrecy order that you might have to note. - The climate changes on Mars, of which Ptaah has told me, to what origin do th ese trace back? Quetzal:

65. On the one hand, the orbit around the Sun plays a decisive role - But on the other hand, there is also a striking correlation in terms of the a stronomical behavior as well as the enormous polar ice caps. Billy: - Concerning which, our dear scientists still maintain that these do not exist. Dental care & Dental hygiene : Billy: - But now a question in reference to teeth: how is it, actually, with you, when teeth are damaged or are no longer available? - And what about dental care and dental hygiene of a personal form? Quetzal: 66. We maintain our teeth by sound waves, as this is known to you from your own practical knowledge and your own experience, which is why it seems illogical to me that you ask your question. 70. Our teeth as well as dental care and dental hygiene are such that the first teeth, which, to my knowledge, you call milk teeth, independently cease their fu nctions and fall out, like with the Earth people. 71. The second renewable teeth are preserved in the best possible way through au thoritative cleaning and through healthy and vigorous care. 72. If these become damaged for some reason, which is extremely rare, then the c orresponding teeth are removed in a completely painless manner, after which they grow again independently, which traces back to a genetically engineered process that is given through heredity. 73. Repairing defective teeth isn t recommended because often through the material s used for this, more harm than good results, as this is the case with the Earth person, who still uses repair technology that is extremely insufficient, which is why in this respect, among other things, also the need for genetic research e xists, which will become a major talking point in the coming time, mainly throug h the irrational ones who will turn against genetic research and against the app lication of gene technology in many ways. 74. Nevertheless, as irresponsible as their relevant actions will be against the important and indispensable genetic progress, they won t be able to think about t his in their shortsightedness. Sexual love Vs Real Love : Billy: - Then a question in reference to sexual love, which is always confused with re al love: how do the causes for this arise? Quetzal: 75. Sexual love, this is evoked body-chemically by neurotransmitters such as dop amine and oxytocin, whereby the thoughts are of determining importance, because through these, in a conscious form, the desires are driven into higher or lower

forms, which means that sexuality can be controlled by reason and intellect. 76. And indeed, sexual love has nothing to do with true love, which is purely de termined by the mind and which can t even be equated with the feeling of love, whi ch is also often absent in the case of purely sexual love. Reason for inhumane actions & behavior of Sex offenders: Billy: - And rapists as well as other sex offenders, like also pedophiles and other ch ild abusers, what is the reason for their inhumane actions and behavior? Quetzal: 77. Either they are pathologically predisposed in this regard or they can just a ct unrestrainedly, in terms of their desires, without exercising reasonable cont rol over these. Billy: And, can those who are pathologically predisposed be healed? Quetzal: 78. This possibility very well exists, but the Earth person is hardly in a posit ion to do this because it must be accomplished through specific interventions in the brain or in a genetic-related form, if the illness is strong in its nature. 79. As a rule, psychiatric measures are not useful; rather, they lead to relapse s because those stricken by the illness deliberately act as though they are cure d, just to succumb, then, to their uncontrollable urges again. 80. Pure medicinal treatments are also very doubtful, for as soon as the effects of the thought-restraining and desire-restraining substances subside, when the medicines are no longer taken regularly, or when they become discontinued, then the desires break through again uninhibitedly and uncontrollably. Billy: - However, all that isn t taken into account by the people of the Earth, especial ly not by the psychiatrists and psychologists of the fallible ones, who decide o n this. - They always believe, the better the delinquents can act, that these would be cured and could be set free again or be released from prison on vacation, after which new atrocities then arise from those who are released. - But all these responsible persons want to know everything better in their meg alomania and beat all advice into the wind. - What shall remain to be done, when their answer to everything is wanting to k now better than others. Liopleurodon, Titanosaurus rex or Giganotosaurus rex: BIlly: - Do you know what predatory animal was ever the largest on Earth, so by this, I mean throughout all times up to the actual primeval times, when the first crea

tures lived on the Earth, in the air, or in the water? Quetzal: 82. The largest predatory being of all times lived in the original seas. 83. A being that, when full-grown, was up to 32 meters long, weighed up to 185 t ons, and had fins up to seven meters in length. 84. Nevertheless, the average of these enormous creatures was about 25 meters, w ith a fin length of three to four meters and a weight of approximately 150 tons. 85. In the future time, indications for this being will be found on Earth by the paleontologists, etc., after which it will then be named Liopleurodon, as I kno w from a look into the future. Translator's Note: Quetzal's information in sentence number 85 appears to be inaccurate, since a gl ance into Earth's recorded history of the Liopleurodon reveals that the creature had been known by Earth's paleontologists since the 1800's, it's name being coi ned by H. E. Sauvage in 1873. Quetzal gives the impression, however, that the cr eature would first be discovered and named some time after May 1st, 1988, the da te of this contact. According to Christian Frehner, during the 497th Contact of July 17, 2010, Billy discussed the matter regarding the Liopleurodon with Ptaah, who then clarified the matter. Ptaah admitted that sentence 85 may seem somewha t confusing, but in reality, Quetzal just recited a "look into the future" that was written in the year 1724 by Sfath, Ptaah's father. Sentences 82-85 are quote s of a report that was written by Sfath who was responsible for "looks into the future" concerning future-related scientific factors and palaeontologic knowledg e, etc. The quote was ended by Quetzal with his own words ",wie ich aus einer Zu kunftsschau weiss," which means "what I know = learned to know from a look into the future." Quetzel learned about this information when he had to read through Sfath's annals in the course of preparing himself for the task of being a part o f Billy's mission. In this way, the apparent discrepancy arose. Billy: Then the predatory dinosaur, Titanosaurus rex or Giganotosaurus rex, was only th e largest predator on the mainland. Quetzal: 86. That is correct. 4] EC

Contact Report 224, Thurday, July 7th, 1988 - Quetzal Origin & Existence of Life forms in our SOL system : BIlly: - If you(Q) permit, I would like to ask you something that Sfath already explai ned to me and that also arises from information of the memory banks, which I ve re cently retrieved. - It is of interest to me as to whether new cognition has arisen with regard to the origin of matter. Also, I would once again like to talk about life forms in

our SOL system. - I would now just like to speak on Mars as well as on the most diverse moons a nd planets in our SOL system - As I was enlightened by you and was also allowed to determine on the spot wit h your assistance, other than on Earth, no life forms of a human nature exist on any other SOL planets or their moons. - And now, in order to make it clear that it always only concerned human life forms when you spoke of the fact that there is no life in the SOL system except on our planet, I would just like to hear officially a brief explanation on your part. Quetzal: 3. What you say is correct; on our part, we always only spoke of the fact that o ther than on Earth, no human life forms exist in the SOL system on other planets and on their moons, and indeed, even if we have only used the term life forms alo ne. 4. But always excluded were those human life forms that, for your understanding, we designate as SOL system foreigners or SOL system externals and who look arou nd on SOL planets and their moons solely for expeditionary purposes. Billy: - That is, thus, clear and also means that you ve never spoken of microorganisms, which are present on virtually all planets and on certain large moons, as you l et me see through your apparatuses. - In part, these microorganisms exist on the surface materials of the planets a nd moons, while others find their habitats in the ice or under this in the under -ice seas and under-ice lakes, as you ve designated the whole thing. - And all of these microorganisms, according to your explanations, have develo ped in their masses on the relevant planets and moons themselves, although their origin lay elsewhere, namely with comets and wandering planets, which deposited parts or entireties of their microorganisms on the planets and moons, depending on whether these came into the tails of the cosmic wanderers or whether these o r parts of these fell from them. - As a rule, comets and meteors are carriers of microorganisms that, if they ins eminate planets and moons, immensely multiply in conditions that are favorable fo r them and gradually change themselves and mutate or, in the course of their sec retions, create new substances and new forms, which form new life in unions, etc . with other forms, from which higher life develops over the course of hundreds of thousands and millions of years, if the necessary conditions are given on the planets and moons, so particularly climate, temperature, and food. - Thus, there is life that is only in the light and other life that can only li ve in total darkness, while others can only exist in intense heat or cold. - Others can only exist in water, in gases, in soft or hard matter, while othe rs can only live in external spheres, etc. And as it happens universe-wide with the insemination of the planets and moons by comets, wandering planets, and meteor s, as well as by clouds of microorganisms, which drift through space, so it has also happened on our Earth. - First through this was it possible that life could develop from the planet i

tself. So if it is said that the Earth created life from itself, then this is to be understood in the sense that first, it became inseminated by microorganisms fr om outer space, precisely through comets, wandering planets, meteors, and clouds of microorganisms, etc., which then multiplied on our planet when conditions th at were life-favorable for them were created by this. - Primarily included in these favorable conditions was volcanism, in which the rmal microorganisms romped about, from whose effects, however, also climatic and atmospheric forms and layers, etc. developed, and after this developed lichens and mosses and later higher plants and, after that, the animal forms, and at las t, humans were able to develop. - Mainland life emerged here in the sandy shore layers of the seas and other w aters, but this earthly original form of life first developed in the primeval wa ters, which still would have been undrinkable and deadly for humans and for actu al animals. - This process of the origin of life on Earth is likewise given throughout the whole Universe, so thus, there are micro-organic as well as low and higher and e ven high life forms elsewhere on other worlds and with these also humans, as you r existence probably proves sufficiently, and indeed, even against all the nonse nsical assertions of know-it-alls and other lunatics, who believe that higher li fe or any life at all would only exist on our Earth. Original source of all Life & all Matter: Billy: - - If you(Q) permit, I would like to ask you something that Sfath already exp lained to me and that also arises from information of the memory banks, which I ve recently retrieved. - It is of interest to me as to whether new cognition has arisen with regard to the origin of matter. Also, I would once again like to talk about life forms in our SOL system. - I also know how life and matter actually originated; I just have to reach for the explanation on the spiritual teaching, which reveals what the four original substances fire, air, water, and matter originated from. - In the first part of Genesis, sentences 123 to 131, the following is to be r ead: The idea of the Creation was in becoming and being born, and the coagulation of the becoming-visible space was seethed through by milky flakes, which grew a s spiritual and material life into the Creation and the Universe. - Life had become existent; the root remained, the light remained, the flakes remained, but the Creation was one with everything in its division. - From sentences 159 to 163, it is further explained as follows: Having recogniz ed itself in its consciousness, the Creation grasped the worth of its coming for th idea. Through the power of its thoughts, it created further; it created bodie s and forms in multiplicity and variety, through which it animated the Universe in diversity. - And if I should now explain this in an interpretive way, which goes beyond th e spiritual teaching into physics and which should be understandable - Then I must do this as follows: The Creation flakes, or rather the flakes tha t were created by the Creation and that formed in the empty space of the Univers e, were hydrogen formations, in which all the building blocks or 280 elements of

life as well as all matter and gases, etc., which were already created by the C reation, were existent. - These hydrogen formations or hydrogen flakes combined themselves over the co urse of time into larger masses and condensed themselves to such an extent that incredibly high temperatures arose within their interior and detonated the mass. - These were, if I may say so, the first original supernovae or original super novas of the growing Material Universe Belt. - Even today, and throughout the entire future of the existence of the Universe , the same still takes place; it s just that the form of the flakes has changed, b ecause today, these are huge solar structures that explode out of themselves and eject from themselves all elements in the Universe, by what means life and the entire existence of all that exists is guaranteed in a constant growth and decay as well as new emergence. - Through the enormous explosions of the solar structures, which are often many times the size and mass of our Sun, the building blocks of life, all necessary elements, are released and distributed throughout the Universe. - From this, new compounds, gases, neutrinos and so on and so forth are create d, which, in turn, form into structures, into galaxies, from which ultimately su ns, planets, nebulae, and comets, etc. develop again, and through this, new life also develops again on suitable structures and planets, but this happens more i n the outer regions of the galaxies, like, for example, in our spiral galaxy, in which we exist with our solar system in the outer regions of a spiral arm, and to be sure, in the so-called Orion spiral arm. Planet Seeker Telescope : Billy: - We ve already talked about this once, that the Earthlings, in addition to the H ubble Space Telescope, still want to send another one into the sky, which would be much larger. - Can you explain something more about this? Quetzal: - Always provided that the relevant earthly technology becomes further develope d within the given framework and that the still forthcoming plans actually becom e realized - Then approximately in the year 2025, an enormous and multipart laser space te lescope will be brought into a stationary orbit around the Earth, which should m ainly serve for the discovery of planets in foreign solar systems, which is why it will then also be named Planet Seeker. - This will be so, in addition to other projects of a similar nature, but ones that should already find their fulfillment earlier. Authors of Books of the New Testament : Billy: - we already talked about the fact that the so-called books of the New Testamen t, which actually only represent articles or the like, were not written in a sin gle instance by all those to whom they are attributed.

- Among all the disciples, only Judas Ischarioth was knowledgeable of reading and writing in addition to Jmmanuel himself, who wasn t a disciple but was, rather , the teacher. - All the letters, etc. of the disciples were, in fact, written by women and m en, and indeed, on behalf of the disciples, for at that time, it wasn t the case t hat many were experts of writing and reading. - There were only the scribes and a few others who learned to write and read be cause there were no special schools, as these are now available everywhere all o ver the world and children are obligated to attend them in most countries. - But while the Bible and the attached New Testament give the impression that a large part of the people in Jmmanuel s time would have been able to read and writ e, this actually doesn t correspond to the truth, however, because the vast majori ty of the people at that time including the disciples, with the exception of Jud as Ischarioth and Jmmanuel was ignorant of reading and writing. - Only special prophets, rulers, and their subordinates in special offices were able to read and write. Thus, it was very rare that ordinary citizens could lea rn to read and write. BIBLE, TORAH & 5 Books of Moses : BIlly: - And while we re at it: the Bible is an invented Jewish chronicle, which very wel l holds certain truths in itself but, on the whole, is fictitious and was writte n together by 12 of the book-knowledgeable men who called themselves prophets an d who, in 40 days, wrote 240 books or stories that were based on ancient oral ac ceptances, assertions, and traditions and deliberate distortions, from which arose , then, the second holy book the Torah number 2, i.e. the 5 Books of Moses or th e Pentateuch of Judaism. - The first Torah had been destroyed in a devastating fire, after which then, m ore than 400 years later, the second Torah was written by the twelve alleged pro phets, as said. - Thus, the Bible has nothing to do with true history books or with true textbo oks and is in no way connected with a testament. - In truth, it mostly concerns fantasized-together fables without any value, wh ich were then stolen in their entirety by Christianity in the last consequence a nd reshaped for itself. - Thus, Christianity itself has also created an alleged chronicle and a past, which are actually designed solely for Judaism and have nothing at all to do wit h Christianity. - Jmmanuel also wanted nothing to do with this chronicle, for he didn t teach the ir nonsense but rather the teaching of the spirit, as he had received it from th e line of Henoch. Disciples of Jmmanuel & Judas Ischarioth : BIlly: - And what is still to be said: it really was so, that in Jmmanuel s time, as I s aid, out of all the disciples, only Judas Ischarioth was knowledgeable of readin g and writing, while the others were illiterates.

- This also applies to the 7 disciples who belonged to the group, but of whom n o records exist from Judas Ischarioth, as well as not of the various other women and men, who were on the move with Jmmanuel during the time of his spreading of the teaching. - At the same time, I also wonder whether it will one day become known that Jm manuel s disciples only went with him occasionally because they repeatedly had to perform their work and business, etc. at home, about which Judas Ischarioth also wrote nothing, and thus, the impression is given that the disciples had always been with and around Jmmanuel. - Furthermore, everything written by Judas is only a brief outline of the entir e life, teaching, and work of Jmmanuel, for in fact, this one wasn t just on the m ove and spreading the teaching for only three years or so, as is maintained by C hristianity; - Rather, he was already active in this form starting from his 6th year of age, and thus, for a total of almost 29 years when he was beaten to the cross at the age of a little more than 34 years. - Now the short question of the long speech: will everything that I have now di sclosed one day be found out and made known? Quetzal: 14. Gradually, it will be so, yes. 15. The time will become very long, however, because the Christian religion s powe rful figures will try to suppress the truth by all means. Relgions in the Coming Time & FInding of FIGU group: Quetzal: 16. Believers of all kinds cannot be taught so easily, and indeed, this is true of all religions and sects that exist on Earth. 17. Just as all religious delusions of every kind no matter what form were built up over very long periods and were received for thousands of years or centuries or even just decades and will continue to be maintained, so it will also take i ts time decades, centuries, and millennia and to be sure, depending on how long the individual religions and sects have already existed and in what way they are constituted, in reference to the production of fundamentalism, fanaticism, cons ervatism, and faith. 18. And through the ever more pervasive mixing of the Earth people, i.e. the mix ing of peoples, confirmed believers switch their religion or sect because they a re of the mistaken view and this will be greatly increased that another religion or sect is truer in its erroneous teachings, and they are not aware that every religion and sect indulges in erroneous teachings. 19. But still, in the coming time, it will be the case that many people increasi ngly search for the actual truth and fall away from their religions and sects, b ut unfortunately, this won t lead to the fact that they find the actual truth; con sequently, they will continue to stumble around in darkness and won t find their w ay out of this. 20. Thus, it will continue to be so, that only a few people find you and your gr oup, and this will continue to grow only very slowly in the core.

21. In the external area, many will, in a loose way, follow more of your traditi onal teaching of the spirit and, with it, the truth, while the ones who turn to the core of the group are only those who truly recognize the truth of the spirit and the Creation in their reason and also know in their hearts that, without a doubt, you bring the teaching of the truth. 22. But unfortunately, doubters and false players will also appear, who join the core, but this is unavoidable because by you and also by the firm group members , these are given the chance and possibility of learning and recognizing, and ea ch person must be treated equally and everyone must be accorded the same rights. Family & Group of 49 in the COming Time : Billy: Can you tell me, then, what all to expect in relation to this and when th e group of 49 will be full? Quetzal: 23. I may not deal with and mention these concerns openly because you will, inde ed, still write down our discussions. 24. It is, however, quite possible that I can explain everything to you outside of a publication. Billy: That you can, for I will be silent and will only let everything be my kno wledge. Quetzal: But in addition, these will be very unpleasant as well as sad and very painful things that I will have to mention, also with respect to your family as well as members of the core of the group. Billy: So speak already. I surely have a lot to digest, but I ve already had to do this my whole life. Quetzal: 26. That is correct and, in fact, not unknown to me. 27. Then listen: 28. 29. Those are the facts that I have to mention. Billy: Quetzal: 30. You are concerned, my friend. 31. It really hits you very deeply. 32. It probably would have been better if I had been silent. Billy: No, no It it already goes, son. Really, make yourself no worries. That

Quetzal: 33. Nevertheless, I make myself those. Billy: It s alright; I ll really manage it, even if it takes some time.

Quetzal: 34. Then now, I should probably go. Billy: No need, my friend. It already goes again. Quetzal: 35. Then we should, however, now speak of other things. Collisions of Black HOles: Billy: - Semjase once said that there are sometimes very powerful convulsions in the U niverse that are released by black holes. What explanation lies behind this? Quetzal: 36. It concerns space-time convulsions, which we also call space-time quakes. 37. These occur when two black holes collide and merge with one another. Billy: You mean that when two black holes collide and merge with one another, then stru ctural quakes will result in the levels of space and time or even structural con vulsions, if I understand that correctly? Quetzal: 38. That is correct. Super-massive black hole in GALAXY Centaurus A : Billy: - On my Great Journey, I was with Ptaah and Semjase in a galaxy about 10 millio n light years away from the Earth, which was named to me as Centaurus A. - In addition, if I remember correctly, this should be the next active galaxy f rom the SOL system. - In its center is a tremendously massive black hole, about which I have, unfor tunately, forgotten what Ptaah explained, in terms of the solar masses that exis t in this structure, whereby solar masses are calculated in accordance with our SOL. - Do you know anything about this? Quetzal: 39. That falls into my knowledge. 40. The center of the GALAXY Centaurus A, as it will be designated in earthly as tronomy, actually consists of a super-massive black hole, which has a size or at tractive force of 1.35 billion solar masses. Dumbbell cosmic structures : Billy: - Ptaah explained a few things to me about the so-called dumbbell sun systems,

dumbbell galaxies, dumbbell planetary systems, and dumbbell black holes cosmic s tructures, etc. that are so close together that they mutually exchange energies and allow their forces to work against each other. - During Ptaah s explanations, I forgot to ask if these structures arise in each case together or individually and then simply approach each other over time, in order then, sooner or later, to collide into one another or rush into each other and merge or even fuse, as you say. Quetzal: 41. Both possibilities exist. Relation between Black Hole & Galaxy sizes: Billy: - Ptaah said that every black hole is constituted in accordance with a galaxy, which probably means that a black hole is given in accordance with the size of t he galaxy. - Thus, a small galaxy would have a smaller black hole, and a larger galaxy wou ld have a larger one. Quetzal: 42. That is correct. 43. The mightier a galaxy is, the more massive and more extensive is the black h ole. ORIGIN of Black-Holes: Quetzal: - Black holes even the non-galactic ones don t arise from scratch

- However, because they only grow and develop together with the surrounding mat ter, so in one case, together with the galaxy - And in the other case, when rogue solar structures collapse and then move thr ough the cosmos as wandering black holes, if I may so explain it. Billy: And, will each sun one day become a black hole? Quetzal: 50. Normally, every massive star turns into a black hole at the end of its exist ence. 51. Normally; for there are still other possibilities, like that a star or a sun explodes in such a way that a complete radiation, a gasification, or a fragment ation takes place, by what means all matter is ejected into space. 52. But this fact will still remain hidden from the scientists of the Earth for a long time. Black hole of our Milky Way Galaxy:

Billy: - The center of the black hole of our Milky Way, also according to Ptaah s explan ation, is located about 35,000 light years away from the SOL system in the const ellation of Sagittarius - While we are located with our solar system far outside in the so-called Orion spiral arm. - Nevertheless, we are not entirely outside of this because until the very out side, even to the last gases of our galaxy, there is still a whole series of lig ht years, which must be calculated at around 20,000, but this isn t known to our a stronomical scientists. - Overall, our Milky Way is, at the greatest distance, about 110,000 light year s in diameter, while our scientists, however, only speak of about 60,000 light y ears. Billy: And the black hole of our Milky Way is approximately how many solar masses? And is the center sort of loose or compact and, thus, massive? Quetzal: 49. It is a compact and, thus, massive center, which has an attractive force of around 3.41 million suns. Orbital Speed of Stars, gases,.. at far & nearer distances to the Central Black Hole in Milky Way Galaxy : Billy: - To my knowledge, the Earth rushes at a speed of 28.8 kilometers per second ar ound the Sun; however, the innermost stars in our Milky Way, which orbit at a fa r distance around the black hole, must accordingly have a higher speed, right? - The Earth is, indeed, a small planet and revolves around our relatively small sun at a great distance of about 150 million kilometers. Quetzal: 45. Your remarks are correct. 46. And to your question, I would like to say the following: 47. The innermost stars of your galaxy, the Milky Way, are orbiting the black ho le at very high speed, which steadily increases, the closer the stars approach t he black hole. 48. The inner suns and gases, etc., which are inclined toward the black hole, tr avel at far more than 1,000 kilometers per second, and these, when they enter th e innermost region, still double and triple their speed. Billy: - Still another question: can the tremendous speeds actually be measured from o ur Earth, which are generated by black holes in the innermost, inner, and outer rotations?

- Is or will this be possible for the earthly astrophysical scientists? Quetzal: 55. Certainly. 56. Especially in the coming time, they will gain great experiences with this an d will win very many new insights. 57. But now, we should not discuss such concerns further, and indeed, also becau se we should not or may not mention them openly any more. Magnetic bands of the black holes : Billy: - It s also likely that the magnetic bands of the black holes, in accordance with their enormousness, rush out up to several million light years into space - Like even with certain black holes suction arms that fish several light years through space and tear matter into themselves, and indeed, even loose surface ma terial of planets, as this happened with Venus via the spiral arm of the wanderi ng black hole that moved through M87 - And how does it stand, actually, with the black hole that rushes through the region at about 6 to 7 thousand light years away from our SOL System, or more pr ecisely, outside of this in the outer spiral area? - This is, indeed, a wanderer that arose from an enormous collapsed sun. - Did this wanderer arise in our galaxy or outside of it? This probably has not hing to do with the other black hole that cruises around within the Milky Way, a bout 6,000 light years away from the black hole of the center of the galaxy. Quetzal: 53. Before these insights become won, a very long time should still pass. 54. The black hole that moves as a wanderer through space, far beyond your SOL s ystem at about 6,000 light years of distance, does actually come from a large st ar formation of your galaxy and, thus, is not a foreign object from a foreign ga laxy. Dyeing of Hair : Billy: - Then a question about hair: you as well as Semjase and Ptaah once talked abou t the fact that the dyeing of hair is harmful to health because through this, al l kinds of sufferings are triggered. - What sufferings are particularly significant? Quetzal: 58. Not only does the dyeing of hair with natural and chemical agents promote a variety of illnesses and sufferings but also certain waste with its excrement of all kinds, water pollution, contamination of drinking water, and the filling of

food with chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics. 59. In addition, the most diverse types of cancer and various forms of allergies appear, just as much as dizziness, headaches, eczema, and depressions, as well as many other sufferings that can assume very severe forms. 60. However, the function of the consciousness can also be impaired and lead to severe consciousness disorders and, thus, personality disorders. 61. Also the ability to concentrate and memory can be affected harmfully, and al so male and female infertility as well as health damages to descendants can appe ar. 62. The dyeing of hair is, thus, just as dangerous as the other health hazardous factors that I mentioned. Odor-inhibiting agents : Quetzal: 63. Also a variety of personal care products are harmful to health, and in parti cular, odor-inhibiting agents are to be mentioned, as they find use among the Ea rth people, for example, against the smell of sweat. 64. During their application, such products penetrate into the pores and find en trance into the blood through which, in turn, the nerves, muscles, and organs ar e contaminated and often cause incurable damages that impair the health of those affected to such an extent that they suffer throughout their entire lives. Detection of Poisons, Toxins in Hair after the person is Dead: Billy: - Again a question about hair: when a person is exposed to some substances for a long time or takes in such, such as certain gases, metals, or toxins, etc., th ese then set themselves in the hair, which can then be detected after a certain time by certain analyses. - I know this because with me, an aluminum poisoning was detected in this manne r, which I then had to cure. - Now, the question about this is whether it is possible that such substances can also be detected in the hair when a person takes such in a deadly dose and t hen immediately dies thereafter? - For my part, I think that this certainly isn t possible because the entire circ ulation is, indeed, stopped by death. - For example, if a person is killed by poison in a very short time, then the p oison can surely no longer penetrate into the hair and deposit itself there, rig ht? - It could probably only be detected, then, in the stomach, in the blood or, in some circumstances, in the intestines, but not in the hair, right? Quetzal: 65. That is correct, for when the circulation of the body no longer functions an d, thus, comes to a stop, poisons or other substances can no longer be transport

ed into the hair and can no longer be deposited in this and, therefore, can also no longer be detected in this by any analyses. Eclipse wind on Human Moods : Billy: - when I was in India, it was probably 1963, I think, there was a solar eclipse . - At that time, I was precisely at the Red Fort. During the solar eclipse, I th en noted that strange atmospheric pressure changes occurred and that a just as s trange fine wind arose, and everything together evoked a strange mood. - Is that actually normal and always the case with a solar eclipse, or was I, p erhaps, mistaken from a peculiar psychological excitement? Quetzal: 66. You did not succumb to any deception because such atmospheric pressure chang es occur, in addition to others, during every solar eclipse. 67. This involves both the earthly climatic conditions as well as the influences of the Sun and Moon. Immunity of micro-organisms against the various Radiations & Temperatures(Viruse s, Bacteria,..) : Billy: - There are still viruses and bacteria overall countless, different microorgani sms which endure intense cold or intense heat, so, for example, 273 degrees belo w zero and millions of degrees of heat. - The heat bacteria, to my knowledge, are called "thermal bacteria" and live in volcanoes, etc., as well as in suns and space nebulae. - Now, in addition, I wonder whether there are, together with the microorganism s that are immune to heat and immune to cold, also those that are immune to radi ation - And I m thinking especially of radiations that are deadly for human beings, suc h as gamma rays and X-rays, radium rays, or simply all radioactive radiation, et c. Quetzal: 68. That is correct, for there actually are such microorganisms in thousands of forms. Billy: Aha, and how does it stand with their immunity against the various radiations, b y which I mean, how high are the doses of radiation that they withstand? Quetzal: 69. That differs depending on the microorganism.

70. So there are microorganisms that can withstand only a little more radiation than human beings, while others have increased doses of radiation that are sever al thousand times higher than those that are deadly for human beings. Mass of Neutrinos: Billy: - Once again, I was asked because I had talked, in accordance with your informa tion, about neutrinos if these have a mass, and of course, I said that this is, indeed, the case. - But now, I no longer remember exactly whether Ptaah explained to me that ther e are different types of neutrinos or whether I imagined something in this respe ct. Quetzal: 71. You remember correctly, for there are actually several types of neutrinos, w hereby these can transform into one another. 72. Their mass is, indeed, minutely small; nevertheless, they actually have a ma ss. Billy: So to speak, a nano-mass or even a subatomic mass, if I may so designate it. Wou ld that be about right? Quetzal: 73. You always find good designations. Sizes & Orbital periods of Comets/Meteors in the 2 belts beyond PLUTO : Billy: - Beyond Pluto s orbit, in the cosmic debris belt from which comets and meteors s ometimes come into the interior of our SOL System, like also from the even furth er belt existing beyond this one there are rather large structures that could be designated as moons or small planets. - Very many objects of both belts, so of the one beyond Pluto and of the one t hat is even further beyond, are rather large and are up to around 3,000 kilomete rs in size - And they have an orbital period around SOL that amounts to, at least in the i nner ring, around 11,300 years, as Ptaah said. Possibility of Penetration of Comets/Meteors from the 2 belts beyond PLUTO : - Now, the question is whether there is the danger that these colossi can also penetrate into the inner system and endanger the SOL planets? Quetzal: 74. This possibility is so infinitesimally small that it practically doesn t have to be mentioned.

75. The structures that penetrate from these regions into the inner SOL system a re regular comets and meteors, which have certain courses that have been given f or thousands and tens of thousands of years. 76. It only rarely happens, however, that in both belts, collisions of different objects take place, which then drift out of their traditional courses and, unde r certain circumstances, embark on courses into the inner solar system and possi bly endanger planets or plunge into the Sun. 77. Even more rarely, the possibility exists that cosmic wanderers which come fr om other galaxies and which drift through space, such as the Destroyer, break in to the area of the inner solar system. Billy: That s very reassuring for Earth humanity to know. But now, my friend, I ve asked al l questions for today. So we can now turn to the purely private matters. 5] EC

Contact Report 225, Saturday, December 31, 1988 - Quetzal Quetzal preparing to become an Ischwisch : Billy: It s nice, my friend, to see you once again in person, in stead of always just bei ng in telepathic contact with you. It s been a long time since the 7th of July, th e last time when you showed up. Quetzal: 1. Yes, half a year has passed since then. 2. I had to use that time, however, to prepare myself for my coming tasks. Billy: And what tasks are those, if I may ask? Quetzal: 3. That is no secret. 4. For my part, I prepare myself for learning to take over representative tasks of an Ischwisch. Billy: - There, I am flabbergasted. You ve never told me anything about that. - But how is it that you can take over such tasks? Semjase once explained to me that this was only possible for Ischwisch candidates, so to speak, so for a hal f Ischwisch or a half Ischrisch, as Semjase is. Quetzal: 5. That is correct.

Billy: Man ? Quetzal: 6. That, too, is correct. 7. In a few years, I will actually be an Ischwisch. Billy: Slowly, it s just about being an Ischwisch with you. But I am happy for you, my so n, that you acquire this honor and dignity. Quetzal: 8. Your words are sincere and they honor and delight me. Disclosure of 'Prophecy of Henoch' to Public : Billy: - May I ask you something about the Prophecy of Henoch, of which we ve already sp oken some time ago? Quetzal: 9. That should be no question, for of course, I will talk to you about that. Billy: Good. Should this prophecy be published, perhaps, despite your view that this wo uld still be too early, as you ve mentioned? Quetzal: 10. My view corresponds to the opinion of the High Council. 11. Its advice is that the time for this will be given, at the earliest, at the turn of the millennium. 12. Until then, you should not disclose it publicly. 13. Officially, you should first disseminate it after the 1st of January, 2003. 14. This will then also be the time when you should make an appeal to the govern ments of the Earth, with a warning that World War III could occur if worldwide, politically peaceful ways are not immediately taken and followed. 17. Nevertheless, if everything still doesn t turn to the better after the entranc e of the new millennium, then World War III, according to the Prophecies of Heno ch, will probably be unavoidable in the year 2006, upon which 2/3rd of Earth hum anity will be deprived of their lives. Events Related to 'Prophecy of Henoch' : Quetzal: then you intend to become an Ischwisch you are, thus, an Ischwisch candidate

15. You should then also point out that this great threat is especially posed by America, Israel, Iraq, and Palestine, and in particular, America will be the gr eatest evil, which wants to establish itself militarily and economically in all nations worldwide, and among other things, it gives its reasons for this that pa rticularly in the Islamic world, great and powerful terrorist organizations aris e, which cause death, terror, downfall, and destruction all over the world and w hich particularly target America, but many other countries will also be concerne d. 16. But also Israel and Palestine as well as Iraq will be in this evil game, whe reby the main guilt for all evils will have to be found with the warmongering an d belligerent ringleaders George W. Bush, Yasser Arafat, Saddam Hussein, and Ari el Sharon, as I already explained at earlier times. 17. Nevertheless, if everything still doesn t turn to the better after the entranc e of the new millennium, then World War III, according to the Prophecies of Heno ch, will probably be unavoidable in the year 2006, upon which two thirds of Eart h humanity will be deprived of their lives. 18. This will be so because tremendously deadly weapons will be used, which will be founded on a biological and chemical as well as an atomic and radiation-rela ted basis. 19. Through this, a catastrophe will come over the Earth and its humanity, as it s equal has never been given before and will also never be given again. 20. However, Earth humanity s reason can still triumph, if it lets this prevail an d if it relieves all irresponsible national powerful figures and their supporter s and followers from their offices and replaces these with responsible human bei ngs, who only use their leadership positions for the well-being of humanity and, with this, for true peace and for actual freedom. 21. The irresponsible and criminal elements of the national powerful figures and the self-glorifying Graces as well as their followers, who cry out for war and terror, must be deposed by the people immediately, and indeed, especially in the coming time, when the irresponsible ones already mentioned by me earlier and al l human life-despising powerful figures in America, Israel, Palestine, and Iraq indulge in their deadly and destructive madness. 22. Of course, many other national powerful figures could also be named, who irr esponsibly abuse their power, but the real ringleaders of all disasters are the powerful ones and their followers in the nations of America, Israel, Palestine, and Iraq. Billy: - I see bad prospects for the future, but I will do my work at the appropriate time and will begin with it in January of 2003. - Some sensible people will surely let themselves be taught, but the majority o f the dull people and irresponsible leaders of the world probably won t be a part of it. - Thus, I think that all warnings and explanations will be useless, for who lis tens to a single person? - Thus, I will be as I was before, a lonesome caller in the wilderness, whose a dvice will only be consciously perceived and followed by some. - Nevertheless, it is necessary that one raises the word and yells out everythi

ng into the world that has to be yelled out. - Of course, the super clever ones will, as usual, idiotically exclaim that suc h statements and remarks as well as explanations were only made and given when a n evil was already threatening; otherwise, nothing would have been spoken of suc h. - This is an idiotic remark that has neither hand nor foot, for in truth, such has been spoken of here again and again, and indeed, already since ages ago. Negative Remarks on the Disclosure of Prophecies/Predictions : Billy: - Of course, the super clever ones will, as usual, idiotically exclaim that suc h statements and remarks as well as explanations were only made and given when a n evil was already threatening; otherwise, nothing would have been spoken of suc h. - This is an idiotic remark that has neither hand nor foot, for in truth, such has been spoken of here again and again, and indeed, already since ages ago. Quetzal: 23. That is correct. 24. Such stupid remarks will, however, also appear in your group, for even there , it will be inevitable that through ignorance and unreasonableness, voices will be heard, claiming that predictions and prophecies were always given whenever a breakup of the community or a drop in group members was threatening. Billy: Do you really mean that? Quetzal: 25. This is already certain, as a look into the future has made clear to me. 26. Such statements, however, are not of great concern; rather, they only testif y of the immaturity of the people concerned, in terms of their capacities for pr oper assessments of the situation. 27. This is, indeed, extremely unfortunate, but sooner or later, benefit will al so arise from this for the fallible ones, when they must recognize the reality o f the whole thing through bitter experiences and find out that they did great in justice with their thoughtless and false statements, and to be sure, both to you as well as to us. Billy: - It s really unfortunate that also in this matter, prudence can only be acquired through harm. Quetzal: 28. That isn t to be changed, unfortunately, because the conscious awakening, in t erms of the recognition of the truth, leads to the committing, recognizing, lear ning, experiencing, and resolving of errors among human beings.

29. That is the only way that can be taken. Billy: - However, that isn t only the case with the Earth person but with all human life forms in the Universe. Quetzal: 30. That is correct. Billy: - Exactly. It would also be unjust if only human beings of the Earth had to go down this path of committing errors. During the time of slavery in America : Billy: - You once said that during the time of slavery in America, the Americans opera ted real slave-breeding farms because it was much cheaper than the kidnappings i n Africa and then the transports of the enslaved black people in ships to Americ a, whereby during these transports, many slaves on the transport ships often die d of thirst, starved, or died of disease or were maltreated and beaten to death by the slave hunters and slave drivers. - The slaves that were crammed together on the slave-breeding farms were impreg nated, according to your words, by rape through breeding rams, select white Americ ans, and so-called property slaves, in order to ensure slave-breeding or slave des cendants. - In addition, now the question: how long, actually, can America still conceal these facts? Quetzal: 31. Up to the turn of the millennium, it will not officially be the case, as we know. Billy: But then later, and then also in public, right? Quetzal: 32. That will certainly be so. 33. But the time for that isn t known to me. Designating Genus or Species of all existing creatures on Earth : Billy: - My next question has reference to microorganisms as well as to beetles and in sects of all kinds on Earth. - You once said that out of all existing creatures on Earth, if I may say so, s till about 10 to 12 million of these are waiting to be discovered.

- Since you have, indeed, specified these creatures and, thus, haven t just divid ed them into animals in general but rather into mammals that are exclusively reg arded as animals as well as into reptiles, fish, apes, and birds etc., which are not designated as animals - so I think that also beetles are not regarded by you as insects but just spec ifically as beetles, whereas insects of all kinds have a specific value just as insects. Am I right about this? Quetzal: 34. Your acceptance is correct. 35. In principle, it is wrong to designate all non-human life forms as animals, for always in accordance with its kind, it concerns a specific life form. 36. In the case of the animal, it concerns a mammal, so a nursing being, as it was known here since ancient times, whereby the Earth person has falsified this ter m over the course of time into a breathing being and found a general use for it fo r all non-human life forms. 37. But actually, the various non-human life forms aren t simply to be designated overall as animals, for they should be specified as mammals, and these, thus, as animals, then others as dinosaurs, always in accordance with their specific kin ds as birds, fish, reptiles and beetles, as cicadas, butterflies, worms, grassho ppers, mussels, corals, dragonflies, etc. or as actual insects, which have parti cular kinds. Billy: - But especially the ones mentioned last such as beetles, cicadas, and butterfl ies, etc. are designated as insects by our zoologists. - This is probably so because these life forms either exhibit relationships wit h others or are incorporated into a special metamorphosis. Quetzal: 38. That is, in principle, wrong, because relational aspects or metamorphic proc esses alone cannot and may not be used to determine a genus or species. Billy: Your explanation in the zoologists ears.

Undiscovered Creatures/Organisms on Earth : Billy: - I m interested in how many of these small life forms, such as beetles and insec ts, etc., are still undiscovered on our Earth? Quetzal: 39. Larger to large life forms are still estimated at 12 million, which can stil l be discovered by the Earth people. 40. So far, not all are known even to us. 41. Regarding the aforementioned small living things, the undiscovered number is

even larger, namely around 34 million. 42. Also in this respect, not all are known to us. Microorganisms varied Habitat : Billy: - And what about the microorganisms? These are certainly everywhere in the rock , in the seas, in the perpetual ice of the mountains, the North Pole and the Sou th Pole, and certainly also in the volcanoes, in the Earth s interior, in magma, i n the jungles of a tropical and non-tropical nature, as well as in the red-hot d esert areas, in the steppes, in the tundra, and also everywhere else. - Even under the perpetual ice of the poles and the mountains, there are probab ly many more undiscovered microorganisms, or am I mistaken there? Quetzal: 43. No, you are not mistaken, for your acceptance is right. 44. Millions of microorganisms are undiscovered on Earth, and as you correctly s aid, even under the mighty ice fields of the poles, such as in Antarctica, where there are, among other things, under-ice lakes that contain their own ecologica l systems. Billy: - By under-ice lakes, you probably mean lakes that are located under enormous l ayers of ice, in which there exists a system of life forms and, thus, even an ec osystem, particularly a system of microorganisms? Quetzal: 45. That is correct. 49. The salinity of the under-ice water is many times higher than normal sea wat er. Billy: Exactly, I just wanted to ask about that. So at least microorganisms can also li ve in very high salinity, except in extremely great cold and heat. Quetzal: 50. Certain microorganisms also live directly in the salt as well as in acids an d in other substances, concerning which the Earth person supposes that no life e xists therein. Age & Causes of Under-water Ice-Lakes : Billy: - But why, then, are there such lakes under the ice, I mean, why doesn t the wate r freeze down to the bottom of the lakes? - Does the Earth s heat play a role there or especially much salt in the water an d a lack of atmospheric influences and solar influences limited to a minimum and cosmic influences?

Quetzal: 46. Your acceptance is remarkable, indeed, really amazing, because the whole thi ng corresponds to actuality. Billy: - It s gratifying that my thoughts and ideas still work properly after the massiv e headaches that attacked me a few minutes ago. But how old, then, are these und er-ice lakes? Quetzal: 47. They arose about 3,000 years ago. 48. And before you ask: 49. Death of few German Soldiers in 'Final battle at Berlin' : - I was asked the question, why in the final battle at Berlin, only a few Germa n soldiers had fallen, which is provable. Quetzal: 51. The history of the Second World War even of the first one on Earth belongs t o one of my fields of knowledge; therefore, I am very well informed over all the facts. 54. Also, the records of the diaries attributed to her come from her own hand an d, in all their remarks, correspond in every relation to the truth. 55. It is also correct that in Berlin, during the final battle, relatively very few German soldiers lost their lives, for the majority of the combatants were no t Germans but rather Nazis and those enslaved to Adolf Hitler and fanatical SS m embers, who were mainly recruited from men who were citizens of Denmark, Holland , and Norway but who entered into German military service. Written diaries of Anne Frank : BIlly: - Moreover, a 15-year-old girl named Anne Frank, who had been murdered in a con centration camp, should have written diaries that are supposed to have been pres erved to this day.

- In addition, however, it is generally said that the whole thing is a fabricat ed story and that the manuscript of the diaries is a forgery. Do you know anythi ng about this? Quetzal: - The history of the Second World War even of the first one on Earth belongs to one of my fields of knowledge; therefore, I am very well informed over all the facts. - So first to Anne Frank: This girl really existed and was murdered in a concen tration camp. Death Toll in World War II : Billy: - If I remember Ptaah s explanations correctly, then World War II demanded more t han 50 million human lives. Quetzal: - World War II demanded 53,874,328 victims - Whereby several millions of murdered human beings were on account of the warcriminal machinations of the Americans, mostly innocent civilians, like children , women, and elderly people. America s desire for World Domination : Billy: - The belligerent Americans, however, also murdered in various other countries around the world, where they intervened autocratically and as a world-police and , through this, sowed much poverty, suffering, and misery, as well as destructio n. - And in my judgment, they will continue to do so in complete irresponsibility and for the purpose of taking the world and all its resources for themselves, an d indeed, no matter how many people have to be murdered and no matter what great destructions must be caused. - But in addition, I would like to say: even when I speak of America and of the Americans, I only speak of the criminal and absolutely irresponsible leaders, t heir advisors and governmental ones as well as national followers and of the com mand-implementing institutions and forces, which bring death, ruin, destruction, suffering, pain, and misery over the world and the people. - Thus, my speech is not of the beautiful country of America and especially not of those Americans who do not conform with those who break wars from the fence and who order them or who bring death, downfall, and destruction as their misgui ded, willingly irresponsible, national and murderous or even fanatical tools. Quetzal: 57. You will surely keep to the fact that America can and will continue in the s ame way because the peoples and responsible persons of all countries of the worl d do not want to recognize or simply do not recognize the truth about America s de sire for world domination.

58. This is often due to anxiety and cowardice, through which they want to see i n America a strong partner at their side, which should help them in emergencies. 59. Thus, country for country and people for people gradually sell themselves to America, which can irresistibly realize its plans for world domination through this in an easier manner. Cloning of Animals & Humans : Billy: - Already several times, we ve had discussions about the cloning of animals and h umans. -For me, it is completely clear as to what a clone basically is, just an intern al and external organic reproduction of a person, of whom a cell is used for the cloning. - It is also clear to me that the consciousness of the male cell donor or femal e cell donor will not enter into a clone but that the clone is animated by anoth er spirit form and, thus, also by another overall consciousness block and, accor dingly, also by another consciousness or by another personality. - Also, it is a matter of impossibility that by a male cell donor or female cel l donor, his or her consciousness can be transferred into a clone. - And since that time now comes soon, as you ve already explained several times d uring earlier conversations, when researches become acute and open to cloning wo rldwide, then a few more explanatory words from your side will certainly be adva ntageous. - At the same time, if you could even address, for example, the greatest danger of cloning, I mean in terms of what can impair the lives of clones, then this w ould, perhaps, be of use. Quetzal: 60. In repetition of your remarks, I can confirm that a clone is only an interna l and external organic reproduction of a body, i.e. of an animal, etc. or a pers on. 61. Nevertheless, it doesn t concern the same animal instinct-nature, as well as n ot the same human personality and, thus, not the same physical body, from which a cell is taken and, with it, a clone is created. 62. In every case, it concerns a completely different body that is entirely just a reproduction of the body, from which the cell is taken. 63. Also, the spirit form animating the clone, which is connected with its own o verall consciousness block and with its own personality, can never be the same a s that of the person donating the cell. 64. In truth, a spirit form that is independent from the person donating the cel l, with its associated overall consciousness block and personality created by it , moves into the clone and animates this. 65. And since the spirit form is of a creative nature, it cannot be manipulated by human beings; consequently, it also cannot be transferred from a person donat ing a cell to a clone. 66. This is also not possible for the overall consciousness block, as well as no

t for the personality created by this, which is integrated into it. 67. Moreover, the spirit form and the overall consciousness block with its creat ed personality are an inseparable unit, from which it likewise follows that a tr ansferring of this to a clone cannot be carried out by a person donating a cell or by any other person. 68. This is precisely because the spirit form can in no way be manipulated by hu man beings. 69. Concerning the greatest danger in cloning, it is to be explained that this c an be found in the deformation and mutation of the growth genes, particularly th e growth factor 2 gene, as we name it and also make it known to the earthly scie ntists via impulses. 70. In the case of improper cloning, this gene can lead to the formation of leth al tumors. 71. This will also be the case for a fairly long time with the cloning research of the earthly scientists, before they get the secrets of cloning further on tra ck, by what means this danger that is fatal for clones can be avoided, but this requires a lot of time and researches as well as experiments, which will go into the tens of thousands. 72. The factor of the genes falling prey to deformities and mutations is founded in the lack of methyl groups in the DNA. 73. The lack of methyl molecules in the growth genes produces a too rapid and to o large growth of the internal and external organs of a clone s body, which, soone r or later, inevitably leads to serious illnesses, deformities, and to the death of the body. 74. Of the internal organs, primarily the kidneys and the liver are affected, bu t also everything else of the body in a lesser or stronger form. 75. Especially in the 11th chromosome, deformities and mutations occur upon clon ing, which lead to lethal growth enlargements of various organs; however, all th e other approximately 30,000 genes are susceptible upon cloning, whereby also le thal cell, vascular, and organ enlargements appear in special forms of elephanti asis. 76. In this consequence, the entire immune system is also simultaneously overloa ded and weakened, by what means severe malfunctions of the organs arise. 77. The whole thing arises from the fact that upon an improper cloning, the meth yl molecules of various genes are damaged, by what means ultimately, at any time , a failure of the organs can also occur. 78. Thus, if the methyl molecules which activate the genes are defective or if t hey are completely missing, then a successful cloning of life forms of every kin d is absolutely impossible in the way that healthy and long-lasting, viable clon es can be created. 79. The cloning of life forms, so also of humans, cannot be prevented, for it is in the nature of human progress that even cloning makes a great contribution to evolution. 80. Even if in the coming time, worldwide steps are first taken to ban all cloni ng, the inevitable step will still be taken in the course of time, even if this will first happen only in secret in some places.

81. Technological and medical development and human progress are not to be stopp ed, and also not the evolution of the consciousness and the spirit. 82. But it will still take a long time before it is correctly decided upon and h andled through reason, with regard to the cloning of human life forms. 83. Many scientists will very well work on this and achieve some small successes , but they won t succeed very quickly in creating healthy and viable clones becaus e the aforementioned danger cannot first be recognized and cannot be removed. 84. Thus, it will still take a fairly long time before everything can be handled properly and then also be brought to useful application. 85. When the time comes, which will be in a few years, animals will be cloned fi rst, but no life will be granted for too long because they will already perish a fter a short time or only after a few years. 86. Also, only a few clones will actually be produced because hundreds and thous ands of tests and experiments will be necessary to create just a single clone. Criminal/Misleading elements in Cloning of Animals & Humans : Quetzal: 88. Through lies and fraudulence, these irresponsible elements will mislead many people in this and lead them to believe unreal things; so this will be, of cour se, for very large and horrendous financial contributions, in order to let thems elves or deceased relatives be cloned, whereby eternal life will mendaciously an d fraudulently be promised for the cloning of one s own person. 89. This, in addition to the fact that criminal elements want to and will make c apital out of cloning, by misleading women and men who are unable to reproduce t o create genetically reproduced offspring, and indeed, even though Earth humanit y overflows in its mass more and more. 90. This is a fact, by which more and more problems constantly and irresistibly arise in every respect, and indeed, also in the sense that men increasingly beco me impotent and women increasingly become incapable of conceiving. 91. However, the problem of overpopulation is not solved through this because mo re and more descendants still appear worldwide, by what means, eventually, every thing will get completely out of control. Cloned human fighting machines : Billy: - Something with your remarks isn t clear to me, namely that which you once told me, that cloning research has already been pursued for quite some time on Earth in a confidential manner and that a clone has already existed for years. Quetzal: 92. That is correct. 93. It concerns the fact that in a certain country, which I may not name officia lly, an extremely confidential project of cloning research has been pursued for several years, namely for the purpose of creating cloned human fighting machines .

94. Indeed, a human, male life form was already cloned, but it is only capable o f surviving in that it is kept alive by medical apparatuses. 95. Unofficially, other human clones will be created as laboratory objects aroun d the middle of the nineties, but this will remain very top secret and will be d enied. 96. First of all, only the cloning of animals will be made known. Billy: I can imagine that. And how will it be, then, with these human clones; will thes e be capable of surviving then? Quetzal: 97. No, even these will only prolong their existence through medical apparatuses . Billy: Horrible Quetzal: 98. The cloned male life form that already exists is no longer mighty in clear t hought because it stunted its consciousness completely. 99. The new laboratory clones will also suffer the same fate. Billy: Criminal, but perhaps a release for the clones. Earthquakes in Switzerland : Billy: - I was given a question that I could not answer, namely: when in the last 20,0 00 years did the worst earthquakes in Switzerland take place? - Since you deal with Earth s geology, you should actually be able to answer the question for me, right? Quetzal: 101. The largest and most severe earthquakes in the area of present-day Switzerl and were, counted back from today, 1,601 years ago as well as 2,420 and 14,560 y ears ago. 102. In addition, other severe earthquakes are forthcoming in the future, partic ularly after the turn of the millennium, but not only in Switzerland but rather throughout Europe and even all over the world. Underwater Earthquakes & Tsunamis(Santorini volcano & Krakatoa volcano) : Billy: - But again something regarding earthquakes: on the Great Journey, Ptaah explai ned that there are underwater earthquakes, so earthquakes that occur below sea l when I just think of their working consciousness, I feel sick.

evel or a level of a lake, and sometimes, also in lakes or seas, beneath the wat er level, mountain slides or land slides take place. - He also explained that colossal tidal waves would then emerge, so-called tsun amis, which would go hunting at tremendous speed. - Unfortunately, I can no longer remember what he said about the speed that suc h tidal waves reach. Do you know about this? Quetzal: 103. Tsunami is the right designation, as these wild waters are called among you . 104. They reach speeds that sometimes exceed 1,000 kilometers per hour, such as that gigantic tidal wave that emerged when the Santorini volcano in the Mediterr anean Sea erupted and exploded, whereby the waters advanced into Egypt until far into the inland and caused much life to die out and colored the Nile red throug h much blood. Billy: That is well-known to me. When the tidal wave fell back, it ran back into the Me diterranean Sea and raced eastward, in order, then, to flood the land of Syria. Quetzal: 105. That is correct. Billy: Also in the year 1883, in the case of the explosion of the Krakatoa volcano betw een Sumatra and Java, when this blew up, a 20-meter high tsunami emerged, by whi ch the coastal regions of West Java and Southeast Sumatra were devastated. Positive & Negative poles of 7 Creational Belts : Billy: - Since everything has its 2 sides, so positive and negative, every universe be lt and any space matter relating to this would actually have to have both forcepoles, or am I mistaken there? Quetzal: 106. You are not mistaken, because your acceptance is correct. 107. Only by the fact that both positive as well as negative are given is an exi stence possible. 108. With the universe belts, the negative force is directed inwardly and the po sitive force is directed outwardly. 109. Even in the outer layers of the material belt, this is given in such a way; it s just that in its internal space, the actual material zone exists, in which t he forms of matter build up in other forms of positive and negative. 110. Through the external interaction of both force-poles of the belt, so in the extreme peripheral area: positive, and in the innermost peripheral area: negati ve, the matter is able to condense itself in the belt s center, i.e. in the belt s c

entral ring, in such a way that it becomes of a coarse-material form. 111. All other belts have positive and negative force-poles that flow into one a nother without crossing each other, without a central ring and, along with this, coarse-material matter being able to develop in them. 112. This possibility only exists in the material belt, which forms the visible Universe with all its stars, etc., for this belt is the only one, in which coars e-material matter can develop. Material Universe Belt(Age, Dimensions & Background Radiation): Billy: - And solely this material belt forms our visible and explorable Universe, but still other time levels and, thus, other-dimensioned universe levels are incorpo rated into this. - However, the whole Universe, with its other inner and outer belts that are in visible from the material Universe, is tremendously much larger, more enormous a nd older than the material belt, i.e. our visible universe that is in the consta nt change of becoming and passing. - From the inner and outer belts, in which our visible Universe is enclosed, as Ptaah explained, if I understood him correctly, a so-called background radiatio n proceeds, which can also be designated as background noise, etc. - In addition to this, in our visible part of the Universe, so in the material belt or in the material Universe, course-material matter of every kind, includin g electrons, gases, neutrons, neutrinos, and atoms as well as all subatomic part icles are in such a rapid process of becoming and passing that no firm coarse-ma terial matter becomes older than about 36 billion years before it breaks up agai n into gases and subatomic materials, from which, in the course of time, new sta rs and galaxies, etc. form again. - And the fact that up to now, our astronomical scientists could not yet see to the end of our visible Universe and think that this would only be between 12 an d 15 billion years old is only due to the fact that their technological devices and apparatuses are not yet developed so far that they would be able to do this. - And when this is one day the case, they will still only be able to see and he ar to the end of our visible Universe, while to them, the really gigantic size o f the Universe, with its 6 other inner and outer belts, will still be concealed and will be a secret with seven seals for a very long time. Gravitational Force : Billy: - Then still another question about gravity: like each and every thing that exi sts, gravitational force surely also has a speed. - In addition, at least, so I have understood Ptaah s explanation relating to thi s, gravitational force is incorporated into the same speed limit as light. - Gravitational force isn t just given with suns and galaxies, planets or meteors , asteroids, comets, as well as with universal nebulous formations and neutrino clouds; rather, it also exists in universal space itself. - At least, that s how I understood Ptaah s explanations.

- And since I have now been asked about this by Professor Brenner and I want to give him the answer correctly, I would again like to ask if what I have said is right? Quetzal: 114. As usual, everything is correct. 115. You are a very attentive listener when something is said or explained to yo u. 116. Moreover, you have a precise and phenomenal memory. Billy's Precise & Phenomenal Memory: Quetzal: 116. Moreover, you have a precise and phenomenal memory. Billy: - Too much honor, my friend. - It s just that through the upbringing of my parents and of Sfath, Priest Zimmermann, and my very helpful teachers Lehmann, as well as through various Buddhist monks, I have verything around me very precisely and also to listen very thing is said or explained to me. through the instruction Karl Graf and Gustav learned to perceive e attentively when some

- Thus, the merit doesn t lie with me but rather in the love, kindness, and farsi ghted upbringing of my parents as well as in the selfless efforts of Priest Zimm ermann and Sfath as well as all others. Quetzal: - That is very well correct - But you should not sink into modesty and let all your willing, endeavoring, a nd laborious learning go unsaid because without the application of these skills that were created by you, especially during your early childhood, all instructio ns would have been useless. Evolution of Toxic/Poisonous Plants & Animals : Billy: - Explain to me what you wanted to say some time ago about plants and animals, when we were interrupted at the end of our conversation by the knocking at the d oor. - We talked about the poison of various plants and animals, but because of the disturbance, you then left and didn t get involved any further into the subject. Quetzal: 118. That is correct. 119. We talked about the evolution of plants and animals, and I wanted to explai n that the toxic plants, reptiles, insects, and animals, etc. on the Earth have

entered into a stage of their evolution, as they have begun to develop larger an d stronger amounts of poison. 120. This is an unavoidable consequence of evolution, which is determined by the environment. Faith in God or the Religious Belief of human beings, Stigamata & Fanaticism : Billy: - Then another important question, in reference to faith in God or the religiou s belief of human beings - Can you tell me since you deal with brain research whether a person s belief in God and saints is based on any damages to the brain or not? - Somehow, it just seems to me that belief in God and saints as well as in ghos ts, dead-talkers, and similar nonsense could be based on brain damage and damage to the consciousness. Quetzal: 121. One could say that, in a certain sense, but this damage is caused by the wo rld of thoughts and feelings of a person himself. 122. Through religious as well as other delusion-believing thoughts and feelings , electric tensions, which affect certain areas of the brain, arise in the brain . 123. If these areas are hit by the electric vibrations, then impulses form in th e brain, by which a delusional faith is awakened and by which even strong vision ary pictures can appear and things can be sensed, which in no way correspond to the reality. 124. Visions such as the seeing of God, saints, and Jesus Christ as well as Virg in Mary apparitions, etc. are not unusual, like also not the appearance of stigm ata, as these were added to Jmmanuel during the crucifixion on the hands and fee t, on the loins, etc., or on the head through the crown of thorns. 125. The electrical vibrations, which are caused by religious beliefs and other delusional beliefs or otherwise, influence the affected brain areas so much that very quickly, a form of addiction and mania arises, from which a person can onl y escape with difficulty. 126. Fairly often, the whole thing leads to evil fanaticism. 127. But now, the time is spent, my friend. 6] EC

Contact Report 226, Friday, February 3, 1989 - Quetzal SOlar Radiation & Skin Cancer : BIlly: - You(Q) once said that solar radiation is dangerous for humans because sunburn arises from over-radiation on the unprotected skin, which is clear.

- But at the same time, you also mentioned that black cancer develops from it, ev en if the sunburn would only repeat itself in a minimal form. - Moreover, it doesn t matter, as I recall, whether it would only be 10 or whethe r it would be 50 or more years after the first sunburn. - In any event, the first sunburn of the skin plays the leading role because th e factors were based on the fact that the black cancer or skin cancer could be tri ggered. Dangers of Artificial Light: BIlly: - You(Q) also said something about artificial light sources that are just as da ngerous as solar radiation. - Unfortunately, you then gave no other explanations about this, which is why I want to ask you about it now. Quetzal: 4. Yes, your explanation is correct, because I really gave no explanatory remark s regarding the addressed. 5. So listen, then: 6. Artificial light is harmless just as little as also solar radiation. 7. Also, every artificial light emits radiations that are harmful to health, whe reby the most diverse illnesses can then be triggered, like, for example, variou s forms of cancer. 8. However, all sorts of nervous disorders as well as cell variations, asthma, h eadaches, nausea, muscle aches, memory impairment, reproductive damage, and conc entration damage as well as various other ailments can occur due to excessive ar tificial light rays and artificial oscillations. 9. Artificial light can, therefore, have a very negative and dangerous impact on the health of humans, and of course, the light intensity, radiation intensity, and oscillation intensity are of importance. 10. In order to counteract this evil, it is necessary that the light sources are constructed and secured in such a way that the health-hazardous factors do not appear. Billy: It will, however, still take a long time before that is realized here on Earth a nd something is done about it. With us, the erroneous acceptance prevails that a lot of light would be health-promoting, etc. Quetzal: 11. That is, in principle, also correct, but that only applies when the health-e ndangering factors of artificial light sources are turned off. 12. And as you say, it will still actually take a long time before the earthly s cientists responsible for this will recognize the stated facts.

13. And it will still take much longer before the decisive ways and means are fo und to produce harmless artificial light. Billy: That probably won t be in this century and millennium because everything is probab ly still very distant future music, right? Quetzal: 14. That is correct, my friend. 15. Decades will still pass before the insights relating to this nature. 16. And it will still take a very long time before the means and ways are found to eliminate the harmful factors of artificial light. Dangers of Electrical & Electronics Radiation : Quetzal: 17. The same(dangers as artificial light) applies to electricity. Billy: - That probably means that also the oscillations of electricity on humans and p robably also on animals and plants, birds, fish and insects, etc. produce pathog enic effects. - At the same time, I think of electromagnetic waves, as these come from power lines or electric lines as well as from electrical appliances and radio equipmen t as well as transmission towers for radio and television, etc. - Is this meant by your reference to electricity? Quetzal: 18. That is correct. 19. In the coming time, however, the whole thing will still increase because the progress will bring with it that small, portable communication devices, which w ill then be called mobile devices or mobile phones and so on, will become mass-p roduced items for the Earth people; consequently, there will only be few who won t then equip themselves with such devices, which will very often find only pointl ess uses. 20. The whole thing will cause a technological progress epidemic and will cost m any human lives. 21. This, on the one hand, through the dangerous radiation emitted by the device s and, on the other hand, also because these devices will be used irresponsibly at every impossible and possible opportunity, like when driving cars, etc., by w hat means attention and control are weakened and fatal accidents, etc. are cause d. Billy: Damage is the price of unreasonableness. However, it will then surely be denied by the manufacturers of such mobile phones that these devices emit harmful radia tions.

Quetzal: 22. That will be the case for a long time because the responsible persons won t wa nt to let their business with such devices be ruined. 23. Therefore, they will let falsified analyses be produced by notable places wi th bribes, which should prove that the radiation of the devices is harmless. U.S. president, Bush Jr. & wars in IRAQ : Billy: - But now tell me it wasn t very long ago that we talked about wars, etc., and yo u told me that I should compose writings around the turn of the millennium, whic h have to be directed against an impending war. - This is because a certain U.S. president named Bush Jr. will want to launch a war in Iraq, in order to get to the oil there as well as to exact revenge for t he war which his father will bring, at the beginning of the nineties, over Iraq and which he will lose, as you said. - Outside of our open conversation, you also said that this Bush Jr. was or had been a drunkard and is now turning to sectarianism and that he becomes of the d elusion that he has to clean the Earth of Islam, so to speak, as God s avenger and as God s representative. - If I remember correctly, you called him an unscrupulous and degenerate good-f or-nothing, who is valid in the eyes of his father as a zero and a failure. - With the Iraq war that he wants to allow to be released if I also remember co rrectly in this respect, you said that this would be, at the earliest, in March of the year 2003, from which World War III could result under certain circumstan ces or the preliminary work for it with this Iraq war, the coward, once he has c ome to power, wants to prove to his daddy that he is not a zero and not a failur e and that he can very well exact revenge and retaliate for his dad s war failure. - And now the long and short of it: through Bush Jr., whom you have also called a madman, will the war now actually break out in the year 2003 or not? - You later mentioned the month of March, which would be especially precarious in that the war can actually no longer be avoided. - In this respect, do you now have more insights through your foresight, or doe s it simply remain with your given information? Quetzal: 24. I have, in fact, gained further insights in the meantime, and these are unpl easant. 25. The war will be inevitable through the criminal irresponsibility and power o bsession of the American president, George W. Bush, and will already secretly be gin through the invasion of Iraq and through the bombing of superior anti-aircra ft defenses in the early evening of the 18th of March, 2003, which will official ly be denied, however. 26. The beginning of the military attack of the American armed forces with a roc ket attack on Bagdad will first become official, however, on the date of the 20t

h of March at 5:33 AM Middle Eastern time. 27. The first wave of the real large-scale attack, however, will be several hour s later, which will have, in its entire extent, such an impact as has never been the case before in any war on Earth. 28. With this, the newest, most modern heavy weapons will be used, such as rocke ts and bombs, which will be of extremely accurate target precision and cause gre at destructions and by which also many people will die. 29. However, neither the war-criminal rulers of America nor those of Iraq will c are about this, as well as not those of England and Australia and all others who will irresponsibly participate in this war. Billy: And Bush, this war criminal, little as also all those who ally guilty in every respect they are not regarded as war as victors and heroes. Quetzal: 30. That is correct. 31. These are victors and heroes of very dubious reputation, who are truly crimi nals against humanity as well as tyrants, despots, dictators and terrorists and who, indeed, are the same as those who are accused of evil by these war criminal s, some of whom are known to you from an earlier time. Saddam Hussein & his Doubles : Quetzal: 31. These are victors and heroes of very dubious reputation, who are truly crimi nals against humanity as well as tyrants, despots, dictators and terrorists and who, indeed, are the same as those who are accused of evil by these war criminal s, some of whom are known to you from an earlier time. Billy: - For example, the young Saddam Hussein and 2 of his young doubles. - With him, I ve made the interesting finding that under one eye, probably under the right one, he has a birthmark, which continually twitches around on his face when he gets excited. Quetzal: 32. I know nothing about that. Plejaren's meaning of Single & Abstinence : Billy: - Here, I ve written down a series of questions, which I would like to have answe red. will then, of course, will move with him in as he himself, for if criminals, as this is be called to account just as the same direction and be equ the criminal pack wins, then usually just so on Earth, but

- It s about the terms

single and

abstinence,

as you Plejarens understand these.

- I know, your conceptions of these differ from those that prevail here with us on Earth. - First of all, the term single. Quetzal: 33. You know the meaning, nevertheless. Billy: Now I say it again: that is correct. But explain it once again, so that I can im mediately write it down in accordance with your words, for I am often asked in t he aforementioned direction. Quetzal: 34. If that is so. 35. With us, single means that a woman is without a man or that a man is without a woman and, therefore, that no marital constraint is given. 36. This also applies when a marital relationship once existed but one of the pa rtners has passed away. Billy: So with you, it isn t then referred to as widowed in. Quetzal: 37. That is correct. Billy: But what about when a marriage ends in divorce? Quetzal: 38. The same rule would apply. Billy: "Would" Quetzal: 39. That with us, marriages no longer end in divorce. Plejaren Marriage & Divorce : Quetzal: 40. With us, at the 14th year of age, the full responsibility for the female and male gender begins, and from this time, one can devote oneself to a life partne r, with whom one lives in an unmarried relationship during the following period what should that mean? but simply and plainly as single aga Please explain what you understand by it.

up to the 68th year of life. 41. During this period, it is decided whether the two partners will remain toget her for their entire lifetimes or not. 42. In this time, which represents an actual probationary period, the couple can decide for a final, life-long relationship or to separate at their sole discret ion at any time. 43. If no separation takes place, then an additional two-year probationary perio d is attached, during which the couple has to separate and live far apart and fu lfill their duties. 44. No personal contacts take place during this time but only contact conversati ons over the usual means of communication, which also extends to holography cont acts. 45. During this time, the couple has to decide definitively as to whether they w ant to enter a life-long relationship with each other or not. 46. If the decision is positive from both sides, then a free marriage alliance t akes place, which is announced publicly, but it is not closed, as on the Earth, by a registry office. 47. The partnership is so free in every relation that no constraints can appear and each partner can preserve his or her own personality as well as everything t hat is in his or her own best interests. 48. Infidelity, as this is known among the Earth people, has no longer existed w ith us for tens of thousands of years. 49. The entering of the marriage alliance is committed with us with a small cere mony, whereby the relevant spirit leader, who monitored the exact circumstances of the couple during the previous 2 probationary years, leads everything. 50. And for thousands of years, it has no longer happened that a partnership had to be designated as unsuitable by a spirit leader. 51. A marriage alliance may first be entered at the age of 70 years. 52. And if a couple first becomes acquainted with each other after the 70th year of age or shortly before it, then an unmarried relationship of seven years is a ssigned to them, after which the special 2-year probationary period is to be pas sed through, before a marriage alliance can be closed. Plejaren Polygamy : Billy: And how do the women get along with this? And how do the men behave? Quetzal: 54. Your first question can be answered with the fact that the women have no pro blems with the law that each one can have only one man, but every man can have u p to four women in his marriage alliances. 55. There is no jealousy among the several wives of one man. Plejaren Sexuality(Single & Abstinence ones):

Billy: - And how does it stand with the satisfaction of sexuality, whereby I also addr ess the single ones? - Abstinence would also be interesting to explain, since you understand somethi ng else by it than what the Earth people do. Quetzal: 56. Also, it is not the case that all women or men enter a marriage alliance; ra ther, some remain completely single or lead an unmarried relationship with a par tner, which is also possible for same-sex couples. 57. Once men are in an alliance with a partner or with several of these, they do not turn to any other women in the way that they would have sexual contacts wit h them, for such are, in fact, only maintained in partnerships. 58. If a single state is given, then an intimate friendship, which allows a sex life, can very well exist. 59. But on the other hand, there are also single females and males who live free of sexual relationships, and their reasons for this are of the most diverse and absolutely personal nature. 60. Thus, there are with us, in reference to the exercising of the sex life, mar riage alliances, unmarried relationships, or intimate friendships, which allow a sex life. 61. Prostitution last appeared with us Plejarens 34,761 years ago and, since the n, has never been exercised again. 62. At that time, a provision for its prohibition was also issued, in reference to the practice and utilization of the degrading form of sexual love-servants. 63. And all Plejarens have always strictly held to it. 64. And since that time, even when other worlds are visited, etc., no Plejaren h as violated this regulation; consequently, they would also never take advantage of love-servants. 65. All Plejarens are able to control their sexual desires in such a way that th ey would never commit a wrong action in this regard. 66. Thus, for 34,000 years, the whole thing has also had the effect that since t hen, no more sexually transmitted diseases have ever appeared among the Plejaren s, as was previously the case. 67. This may sound very unlikely and strange to the Earth people, but it corresp onds to the actual truth. 68. As for abstinence: 69. Our established determination-related interpretation of abstinence does not mean that a sex life will not or should not be maintained. 70. With us, sexual abstinence means that we control ourselves in our sex lives in such a way that no descendants are witnessed, and therefore, we give ourselve s to abstinence in this respect.

71. This guideline applies to all single persons as well as to all couples who l ive in unmarried relationships. 72. But this likewise applies to couples in marriage alliances, when the establi shed maximum of three children has been witnessed. 73. In this regard, our guidelines are based on the fact that only actual couple s in regular marriage alliances may witness descendants; otherwise, they have to control themselves sexually in such a way that no descendants are witnessed. 74. But this doesn t mean, as I already explained, that a sex life isn t supposed to be or isn t allowed to be maintained, for with humans, the sex act in contrast to animals, etc. isn t just a pure act of propagation or of generating descendants; rather, it is also conditioning for the health of the psyche and the physical bo dy, which is why for the human species, a controlled sex life, but one that is h eld within the normal framework, is of enormous importance. First mechanical clockwork on Earth : Billy: - Can you now tell me, when and by whom the first mechanical clockwork on Earth was invented and created? - As one explained to me, this is not well-known. Do you know anything at all i n this respect? Quetzal: 75. It was a man named Agarich Sickel, who invented the first mechanical clockwo rk in the middle of the 13th century. 76. He lived in the city that is now named Cologne. Billy: So no Swiss can claim the honor of being the inventor of the first mechanical cl ockwork, even though the best precision clocks are produced in Switzerland. This supposition was, indeed, expressed. Quetzal: 77. Really? Billy: - Yes. It was actually supposed that a Swiss had invented the first mechanical clockwork. - But for me, this makes no difference, and I may grant Germany this plus point of the invention history. Thermosphere Energy : Billy: - And as we re talking about technology, the question is whether you can explain how energy is obtained from Erra s thermosphere, which, like with us, is around 20

00 degrees hot, if you may explain this? Quetzal: 78. The fact that we obtain energy from the thermosphere does not fall under sec recy. 79. Concerning the technical details, however, I may give no information officia lly because according to our directives, this would be an unauthorized intervent ion in the technological development, which would plunge the Earth people into a catastrophe. 80. Once it is considered that the Earth people repurpose practically all their valuable technological inventions and achievements in apparatuses and devices, i n order to cause destruction with these, especially in terms of wars and the des truction of nature, then they would also abuse these insights. 81. If the earthly scientists would have knowledge of the utilization of the the rmosphere s energy, then they would construct the thermosphere-energy technology i nto an all-destroying weapon, by which entire countries could be burnt to ashes within seconds. Billy: - I take it from your words that the utilization of such a weapon from the ther mosphere s energy would be much more powerful, worse, and devastating than this co uld ever be, even through the strongest atom bomb. - It would probably burn everything to ashes and cinder and, perhaps, even melt the rock and the soil. Am I right in this acceptance? Quetzal: 82. Your acceptance is exactly correct. 83. Through a weapon of this kind, micro-organic life would also be destroyed un til deep into the soil. Billy: Am I also right, then, in accepting that the thermosphere of the Earth provides practically inexhaustible energies? Quetzal: 84. Yes, that acceptance is also correct. Billy: It s good that the earthlings cannot use this energy of the thermosphere yet and s till have no technological possibilities with it. STRESS & Its Effects: Billy: Then still another question: what all can stress cause? Quetzal:

85. Stress is a very dangerous factor that attacks and damages the immune system , through which the body becomes vulnerable to all sorts of illnesses. 86. Therefore, if a person suffers from stress, then he must also count on vario us illnesses, which relate to the body and all its organs as well as to the enti re autonomous or autonomic nervous system and everything connected with it. 87. However, the thoughts and feelings are also impaired by stress, through whic h also psychological and consciousness-related impairments and psychological ill nesses can appear. 88. So for example, also neuroses, psychopathy, and psychoses, etc. are caused b y stress. Billy: In my opinion, psychological terror produces unusually great stress, I think. Quetzal: 89. That is correct. Diseases in 3rd Millennium: Billy: - Years ago, you once said that also in the new millennium, several new disease s and illnesses will arise, of which, until then, the people will still have no notion and will be affected by these. - Occasionally, it should also concern diseases or illnesses that transfer from animals, birds, and fish to humans and, thus, break through the species barrier , which will then cost many human lives. - Also diseases and illnesses from outer space should be introduced at a later time, if I remember your words correctly. BIlly -> a Mnemonic : Quetzal: 90. You have a very good memory, my friend. Billy: Thanks. Priest Zimmermann already said that I am a mnemonic. Quetzal: 91. ? that word is unknown to me. without me wanting to express self-praise

92. Mnemonic Billy:

- Sorry. It s also not a German word but rather a Greek one. - It means to have a very good memory.

- The term derives from Greek mythology, in which the Greek goddess of memory a nd the mother of the muses bears the name Mnemosyne. Quetzal: 93. Thanks for the instruction. 94. That really was unknown to me. BIlly tells Quetzal not to take everything too literally : Billy: One really can t know everything. Just think of how often I stand like a donkey on a mountain, when someone tells me something that sounds to me as though a cow w ould speak in Spanish. Quetzal: 95. Probably a bad comparison, since you understand some Spanish. Billy: - I m really no longer far along with that, as well as not with various other lan guages, with which I could get by in different countries. - Since I don t need them any more, they are largely lost to me. - Just with Greek and English, I can still speak somewhat brokenly. - But if, now, my comparison with the Spanish-speaking cow doesn t suit you, then I can also say that the things that are often said to me appear as Chinese or a s incomprehensible hieroglyphs to me. Quetzal: 96. I have very well understood the sense of your words; it s just that the compar ison seemed to be somewhat inappropriate, since you Billy: Alright, my friend. You sometimes just take everything too literally. But I am n ow at the end of my tether. Quetzal: 97. Again, that is such an expression Billy: which means that I know nothing more or that I have nothing more to explain and nothing more to ask. Billy & Quetzal enjoys Peach Wine : Quetzal: 99. Well, then I would now like to drink another glass of your good wine with yo u, if you still have this beverage.

Billy: - You probably mean the peach wine. - Of course, I still have that here. - I m honestly glad that I may offer you a glass and may drink one together with you. - I can suffer a glass because of my medicines, you know! Then here, you can ta ke the glasses out of the cupboard; meanwhile, I will bring in the bottle from o utside. 7] EC

Contact Report 227, Saturday, March 11, 1989 - Quetzal Greetings from Semjase, Asket, and Nera : Billy: It s nice to see you again so unexpectedly, my friend. As always, be sincerely wel comed. Quetzal: 1. Be greeted. 2. Very especially, I am also to give you greetings from Semjase, Asket, and Ner a. 3. For my part, I was with them for a visit. 4. All three were very happy when I told them about you. Billy: Thanks. Hopefully, you also paid my greetings! Quetzal: 5. I have very well done that. Quetzal Apologizes for his unexpected appearance : Quetzal: 6. But with what do you occupy yourself here? Billy: This is an inquiry that I have to answer. I have just made another note for this and am now finished. Sorry. Quetzal: 7. There is no reason for that because as I see, I have disturbed you in this wo rk.

8. Thus, I have to apologize for my unexpected appearance. Billy: There is also no reason for that because it is really a very great joy for me to see you. COntacts with Ptaah & Asket : Quetzal: 9. My coming also has a certain importance because I have to report the followin g to you: 10. Your ongoing, unofficial contacts with Ptaah so it was decided will again be in such a way, starting from the coming month of November, that you can mention them openly again to the group members and to the public. 11. Also, you will write down the contact conversations with him again and will be allowed to make them publicly accessible. 12. From then on, Ptaah will be your main, official contact person, but also sev eral others will appear, who will then maintain the contacts on behalf of Ptaah. Billy: But the further contacts should still be continued again by Asket. Quetzal: 13. That is correct. 14. The whole thing was made impossible, however, through your health collapse, and especially for the reason that your telepathic abilities took damage through your very serious health and even life-threatening collapse on the 4th of Novem ber, 1982, in the way that you are now severely impaired in these abilities. Billy: But I m still always trying to bring everything back in order; consequently, every thing also goes again quite orderly. Billy's Efforts in restoring his abilities after his COllapse : Quetzal: 15. As usual, you understate, because what you have accomplished in terms of res toring your health and your telepathic ability as well as ability to work was no t just an effort but an inhuman exertion and achievement, as I would like to say . 16. Only very, very few of the group members, namely only Eva, Bernadette, and E ngelbert, have truly perceived, appreciated, and recognized, in fundamental and affecting astuteness, that you have accomplished an inhuman achievement. 17. And that this was and is so, represents an undeniable fact because for many years, you have actually been closer to death than to life, and still, you ve acco mplished an immeasurably valuable achievement. Billy:

You make me embarrassed, my friend, because I have only behaved and acted in suc h a way as any sensible person would do, who clings to life and who still also h as to fulfill a task. Quetzal: 18. You know that this doesn t correspond to the truth, what you say. 19. In fact, there are d achievements and who ergy, not only because duty in terms of their Billy: Quetzal: 20. It is good that you are silent and do not contradict me. 21. My words actually correspond to the truth. Billy: Nevertheless, let s leave this, Quetzal, and talk about something else. Size of Milkyway Galaxies Black Hole : Billy: - Tell me: if I remember correctly, you told me some time ago that there are di fferent so-called black holes, and these would vary from small to enormous. - I talked with a visitor about the black hole of our galaxy and was then asked how big the actual core of the black hole of our galaxy, i.e. our Milky Way, is . - This one specifically asked about the actual core and not about the total ext ent or total size. - So I gave the answer, which I had recalled in accordance with your explanatio n, that the diameter amounts to 17 light hours. - One told me that this probably had to be a mistake because black holes, if th ese should actually exist, would have to be much bigger and would comprise light years. - But the black hole of our galaxy, as you said, comprises only 17 light hours in the core, while only the outer and radiating area is to be measured in light years. Quetzal: 22. Your answer was correct. Quetzal talks private matters with Billy in Beamship : Billy: only few people who are both capable of such exertions an are also able to raise such a tremendous willpower and en of their will to live but also because of their sense of task fulfillment.

I m glad about that. A wrong answer would have probably led to the fact that one w ould have accused me that I had made up something. Quetzal: 23. Now, my friend, I have to discuss things with you, which are intended for yo u alone, if you have no more questions? Billy: I still have some questions, but these are of a purely private nature. But I can still ask these once we have discussed what your concern is. Quetzal: 24. It will, however, take up a lot of time. 25. Moreover, it is necessary that we go into my aircraft and leave the Earth fo r several hours. Billy: It will be a pleasure. Then fire away at once ? Quetzal: 26. Yes, we will immediately go into my aircraft. or do we have to leave immediately

Contact Report 228, Monday, May 1, 1989 - Quetzal Pain/Nervous System & Torture/Slaughter of Life-forms : Billy: - But to my first question: from you, I know that all animals, birds, fish, amp hibians, and snakes, as well as various small life forms that belong in the area s of worms, beetles, and insects, etc. have a nervous system and are thereby als o subject to pain. - With the small and micro-life forms and also with certain fish and other aqua tic life, etc., the nervous system is sometimes so delicate that even a simple t ouch can be very painful. - How can one define this feeling of pain, I mean, can one compare it to that o f a person? Quetzal: 7. Depending on the life form, whether a micro-life form, small life form, or la rge life form, the feeling of pain varies in intensity. 8. Small and micro-life forms always provided that they have a nervous system fe el pain in a finer form appropriate for them than what is the case with larger l ife forms, with which the feeling of pain is naturally expressed in a stronger m anner.

9. The feeling of pain is incorporated into the genus, species, and size of the life form, whereby it also feels its pain in accordance with its evolutionary st ate. 10. The higher the evolutionary state is, the higher also is the feeling of pain . 11. In this consequence, the human being is distinguished with the highest feeli ng of pain, as he is consciously able to perceive and judge pains through his co nscious awareness and also has a psyche that can be affected by pains of a psych ological as well as physical nature. 12. With the human being, there still comes the fact of one s personal attitude re garding the view of pain; consequently, pains of every kind, always according to the individual attitude and view, can be tolerated well or can degenerate into self-pity. 13. After and, with cal pains te of the humans come the higher life forms that have an instinct-consciousness it, also a psyche, by which they also perceive psychological and physi that, as already explained, are based on the size and evolutionary sta life form.

14. Then there are the life forms that have a pure drive-consciousness and, thus , do not have a psyche. 15. These life forms physical pains. again, according to their size or tininess perceive purely

16. The smaller the life form is, the lesser is the feeling of pain the larger a nd more evolved the life form is, the greater is the feeling of pain. Billy: - We have an old saying: never torment an animal for fun because it feels pain j ust like you do. - But in accordance with your remarks, this applies, in my judgment, not only t o animals but also to all other life forms, like birds, fish, amphibians, reptil es, various insects, and everything that crawls or flies. Quetzal: 17. That is not quite right, my friend, because various small and micro-life for ms and various insects only have an extremely weak nervous system, if at all. Billy: - Nevertheless, one shouldn t torment any life forms, not even the small and smal lest ones. This includes insects. - If these must be killed, then this should be quick and painless. - This would also have to apply to animals for slaughter, which are indescribab ly beaten during transports to the slaughter houses and then still cruelly torme nted, hit, wounded, and tortured in these. - This, together with the fact that the poor creatures do, indeed, sense that t hey will be put to death.

- The cruelest and most primitive way of putting the animals to death is probab ly the Shechita, while for fish, the just as cruel rule prevails that they have to die after gasping for oxygen because they are simply thrown into the dry, or they are cut open while still alive. - Lobsters and crabs are thrown alive into boiling water; small monkeys are str etched alive in special food tables in such a way that just their heads barely s tick out of the center of the tables, whereby the diners then smash the skulls wit h several blows of small hammers to the fear-vexed primates, in order, then, to open them and eat the brains. - Sharks are brutally thrown back into the sea, once their dorsal fins have bee n cut off of their living bodies. - Young seals are beaten to death with clubs for their skins; whales are shot w ith harpoons equipped with detonators, whose charges then explode in the whales b odies; horses are beaten to death with hammers; dogs and cats are hung alive by their necks and their bellies are cut open, and so on and so forth. - In the whole Universe, there is probably no other life form than the human be ing, who is so barbaric, unscrupulous, merciless, callous, murderous, and degene rate. Quetzal: 18. With that, you, unfortunately, encounter the truth. Triton's Stream Jets & COldest place(Neptune's Moon) : Billy: - But another question, which was directed toward me and which I could not answ er: it concerns the planet Neptune, or more precisely, its moons. - To my knowledge, it is known to our astronomers that the planet has 2 moons n the one hand, Nereid, and on the other hand, Triton. o

- On my Great Journey, when I, through Ptaah s kindness, was allowed to observe a ll SOL planets and their moons at close range, it was explained to me that Trito n is the coldest structure among all the planets and moons in the SOL system. - At a later time, Semjase took me back to the moon Triton, where I observed an interesting phenomenon, namely that, like out of volcanoes, some steams regular steam jets escaped from craters of the moon s surface and then evaporated at a hi gher altitude. - Now, I no longer remember what Semjase explained regarding what it concerned with these steams. Quetzal: 20. Concerning the steams, it is to be said that it concerns evaporating nitroge n ice, which freezes out during the wintertime and then evaporates, after the Tr iton winter, through the irradiation of the Sun again. Billy: - So the Sun, with its radiation, still has a quite requisite strength even at this great distance.

- Neptune is, indeed, about 30 times as far from the Sun as the Earth. Dark spot on Neptune: Billy: - So the Sun, with its radiation, still has a quite requisite strength even at this great distance. - Neptune is, indeed, about 30 times as far from the Sun as the Earth. - Also, its equatorial diameter is about 4 times larger than the Earth s, so abou t 50,000 kilometers, and its mass is about 16 or 17 times that of the Earth. - To my knowledge, it rotates on its own axis approximately every 16 hours. - But still to the planet Neptune itself: I admired the large dark spot of a gi gantic cyclone or even several of these, as this is likewise the case with Satur n. - I also found the ring system of Neptune to be magnificent. My question, now, is whether you can tell me how big the cyclone-storm zone on Neptune is? Quetzal: 21. The Earth would just fit into the zone. Billy: So the diameter is more than 12,000 kilometers. Quetzal: 22. That is correct.

Neptune's Moons: BIlly: - That s the one; on the other hand, I noticed that the planet Neptune doesn t only have 2 moons but rather several of these. - If I remember correctly, I counted 8 larger ones, but in addition, still some smaller structures circled through the area. Quetzal: 19. With the moons, it has its correctness; consequently, there is nothing furth er to say to that. Sfath, Ptaah, Semjase & Quetzal-> Descendents of Nokodemion/Henok lineage : Billy:

Good. Then the next question: do you actually know the connections as to why Pta ah and Semjase, as well as you, are the leading people in regards the mission th at I have to fulfill? Quetzal: 23. Your question strikes me as strange. Billy: And may I ask why; and will you answer my question now or not? Quetzal: 24. Why do you ask? 25. Your question sounds strange in my ears, with an undertone, exactly as if yo u want to test me as to whether I know more than you yourself do. Billy: But you also notice everything, my friend. Yes, I want to know what you know in regard to the connections. Maybe I also actually know something. Quetzal: 26. Semjase and I, as well as Ptaah and his father Sfath as well as my father, h ave always belonged paternally to a line of descendents that leads back to Henok and Nokodemion as well as their sons. 27. These sons were the ones who were under an obligation to the mission, to ins truct all who come from the Nokodemion and Henok lineage in hereditary series in the teachings of the spirit, and to preserve the entire knowledge regarding thi s, which had been constantly worked out to the present time and was recorded, an d now encompassed more than 77,000,000 OM canons. 28. Now, in order to be able to fulfill this mission on other worlds - on which old spirit forms from the Henok lineage, respectively, Nokodemion lineage (there by) reincarnated, because earlier humans from the named lineage passed away ther e, as also on the Earth - special humans were, since ancient times, sought out a gain and again from the concerned worlds, who were taught just as much by our an cestors and earliest-originating ancestors as we likewise continue to do. 29. And because you are that person on the Earth who meets our requirements, nat urally, we have considered your person for the teaching mission and as the annou ncer of the spiritual instructions. BIlly's Mystery must be worked out by each Plejaren Invidual by themselves : 30. Indeed, there are different vaguenesses in respect of the origin of your spi rit form, yet it is to be assumed that we will also finally solve this riddle. 31. We do have our suppositions that we are following up and that we will surely soon finally clarify. 32. Our suppositions also lead us to think that you could tell us more about the origin of your spirit form than you tell us. 33. Hence, indeed, also the strange undertone to your question, as if you wanted to hear how much I know about it.

Billy: - It is indeed as you say. But without secret-mongering: Sfath was voluminously oriented about everything, because next to Ptaah, Sfath embodied the last fully extensively aware person in regards to everything. - He, however, had to get to the bottom of that secret himself, because he also only received partial information from his father. - The course of the receiving of the information thereby ran in such a way, tha t each descendant female and male only had information made accessible to a cert ain point, that is, the basic information. That is equally valid for his father and thus Sfath s grandfather, and so on, and indeed until back to Henok, respectiv ely Nokodemion. - Everything further had to then, through one s own learning and through one s own hard efforts, be independently learnt and fathomed so that evolution was guarant eed. - The conditions are also still the same today, consequently, therefore, you an d Ptaah, as well Semjase, have to go the same way, which also applies to me. - That also applies to the Earth humans, because if all knowledge was simply to ssed out to them like feed and they fed on it thoughtlessly and without processi ng, then it would bring no proper success, but rather only a certain school-know ledge, while the undigested remainder would be secreted again as excrement. - In other words: Everything undigested would be forgotten, and would therefore be completely useless. - But if a certain minimal material is offered, which can be thoroughly further worked on and success can be progressively achieved, then the knowledge persist s in a firm form and can, at any time, be transformed into wisdom and expanded. Quetzal: 34. I actually always again admire your knowledge and cognizance. 35. Yes. What you say is correct. 36. But nevertheless you conceal something from me, my friend. Mystery around Photograph given to Ptaah by Billy(received from someone anonymou sly) : Billy: - You are right, dear friend. Indeed if you remember, I gave Ptaah a photograph about ten years ago, that I received from someone anonymously. - It was, to be sure, in the month of November or December in the year 1978 or 1979 (later notation: Contact 117 on Wednesday November 29th, 1978, 3:12PM, from Billy ..., until Ptaah, sentences 98-118). - If you get to the bottom of the matter of the photograph, and research everyt hing, then you will undoubtedly solve the secret. - It actually must have already been conspicuous to you at that time, yet for s ome reason so I suppose you have, indeed, in spite of the importance of the phot

ograph, made no inquiries about it, and also not recognized the importance. - But I am permitted to say no more as an explanation. I have named the basis f or that. - It could be that you guessed that that was somewhat strange, because I am an Earthling, who you have indeed taught and who was therefore your student and who will also remain so in various things. - Indeed, just as I still have very much to learn, you are also thus obliged also Semjase, and Ptaah even if he is already an Jschwjsch. But you, Ptaah and S emjase, you will fathom the secret yet. - And when you are so far, when you have reached the Srut degree level of evolu tion, then the Srutin do stand open for you, out of which you will receive all n ecessary and, for you, important information and revelations. Quetzal: 37. We have occupied ourselves very fully with the picture; but obviously we did not do that in the way that had been required. 38. We failed to notice a deeper importance to the picture. 39. But now we will make an effort about that. 40. Indeed in recent years I have arrived at the opinion that I had come to know much about you, yet now you give me new puzzles that I can no longer solve so e asily. 41. And I also wonder about them.

Srut/Srutin degree of Evolution : Billy: - Indeed, just as I still have very much to learn, you are also thus obliged also Semjase, and Ptaah even if he is already an Jschwjsch. But you, Ptaah and S emjase, you will fathom the secret yet. - And when you are so far, when you have reached the Srut degree level of evolu tion, then the Srutin do stand open for you, out of which you will receive all n ecessary and, for you, important information and revelations. Quetzal: 40. Indeed in recent years I have arrived at the opinion that I had come to know much about you, yet now you give me new puzzles that I can no longer solve so e asily. 41. And I also wonder about them. Quetzal: 42. From where do you know the secret of the Srut evolution level, and how is it that you know about the manifesting transmission?

43. Again, you ve suddenly become very puzzling to me. Billy: Sfath was a very good teacher for me. Quetzal: 44. But he was not permitted to tell you anything at all about it, because this appertains to the strictest secret teachings. 45. His behavior is incomprehensible. Billy: - Calm yourself, my son out it.... and don t do Sfath an injustice. He said nothing to me ab

- Besides, you ve just now advised me that you yourself indeed also Ptaah and Sem jase have evolved into the first grade of the Srut plane, otherwise you would ha ve had no knowledge of this level of evolution and of the manifesting transmissi on out of the spiritual teachings' storage block. Quetzal: 46. Now I understand even less. 47. Indeed you will not say ...? Billy: Yes indeed, my friend, exactly that. Quetzal: 48. ...? Billy: Don t look at me like that. I am no wondrous animal. Quetzal: 49. But ...? Billy: Simply take it as it is. Quetzal: 50. But ... how? Billy: Simply swotted and learned, again swotted and again learned and again and again.

Quetzal: 51. Unbelievable. 52. But now much is slowly clear to me. 53. It is ... Billy: Why do you interrupt yourself? Quetzal: 54. I wanted to say that it is unbelievable. 55. And you have stayed silent to us about all of that until now. 56. Ptaah will be very astounded when I convey this piece of news to him. 57. Now I m all the more interested in the real secret that surrounds you. Billy: If there is such a thing, then you [plural] will now soon have it solved. Yet le t us now talk of something else. Undiscovered Nutrients on Earth -> Plankton, Aquatic plants & Algae: Billy: - I still have some questions: at an earlier time, we once talked about the fac t (Later Note: 100th Contact, Friday, 1/6/1978, Quetzal, sentences 81-84) that t here are still many undiscovered nutrients on Earth that are very valuable for h umans, but only few are aware of this. - In addition, so you said at that time, the Earth people, for inexplicable or incomprehensible reasons of disgust, would avoid these, as you said. - At a later time, you gave a further explanation about this, which, unfortunat ely, was not recorded in a contact report. - You spoke of the fact that the aforesaid nutrients existed in the seas, river s, and lakes. Does it concern small and micro-life forms? Quetzal: 58. On the one hand, yes, and to be sure, in the form of vegetal and organism-re lated plankton. 59. Overall, it concerns very small organisms floating along in the water, which don t move themselves but which are moved by the timeless weak or strong waves of water. 60. But other nutrients also exist in the form of all kinds of algae, etc., whic h humans could utilize for themselves if they would only strive for it or wouldn t be disgusted by it. 61. The aforementioned products or nutrients, plankton and algae, are diverse an d, moreover, are not only satisfying but also health-sustaining and health-promo

ting, for they contain many vital substances such as various acids, vitamins, as well as trace elements and minerals. 62. Such foods can be found both in salty seas as well as in fresh waters, so th erefore in brooks, rivers, streams, and lakes. Spirulina platensis[ blue-green alga ] : (Note by Billy, May, 2003: with the addressed nutrients from seas and freshwater , it concerns, on the one hand, as explained by Quetzal, vegetal and organism-re lated plankton and, on the other hand, algae and other aquatic plants of the mos t diverse kinds. But primarily, a freshwater alga, namely an algal species by th e name of Spirulina platensis, lies behind it a bluish green, microscopic alga [ general name: blue-green alga ], whose spirally coiled cellular filaments [hence, s pirulina] exhibit a size of approximately 0.3 mm. The genus of blue-green algae comprises about 1,400 species, which are spread all over the world, but they app ear, as explained, mainly in freshwater and much less in seawater. Originally, t he species of blue-green algae grew in tropical and clean as well as mineral-ric h waters of Asia, Africa, and South America, and they were particularly widespre ad in lakes. The microscopic alga draws its essential nutrients from sunlight, w ater, and heat. Through photosynthesis in the case of 40 to 50 Celsius it binds m inerals, trace elements, and vitamins, which are present in the ground, as well as in the air and in the water, and converts them into a complex and natural and very valuable food. Spirulina platensis has a very thin cell membrane and, thus , no cell wall made of indigestible cellulose, as this is given, in contrast, to other microscopic algae and plants. This thin cell membrane ensures that the sp irulina food-algae can take in the very valuable substances of the blue-green al ga in the gastro-intestinal tract in an optimally receptive manner and in the hu man organism very well. If one looks at the ingredients of Spirulina platensis as percentages, then ther e are 60% proteins, 14% carbohydrates, 8.6% ashes, 6.4% raw fibers, and 6% fats. In addition, Spirulina platensis contains a whole number of essential and nones sential amino acids, essential fatty acids, plant pigments, vitamins, minerals, and nucleic acids. Spirulina platensis has already been known in various countries since the middle of the twentieth century and has also been in use as food, particularly in Japa n; however, a triumphal advance around the world and to the whole of humanity, u nfortunately, has not yet occurred up to the beginning of the third millennium, even though millions of people already use spirulina products. Unfortunately, ma ny people are disgusted by algae products, but usually only because these are la rgely unknown in the human food chain. In America and Europe, spirulina finds us e as a dietary supplement mainly in initiated circles; consequently, it is, so f ar, only available in this form and not as actual food. Detailed information on Spirulina platensis and the great valuableness of this m icroscopic alga can be found in the very informative book by Frank Felt [Spiruli na Food for Life, ISBN 264840], who has occupied himself with orthomolecular med icine for many years.) Billy: - Thanks. Certain algae and other aquatic plants are, therefore, not only full replacement plants for all types of vegetables but, beyond that, also very much more valuable than any vegetable cultivated on Earth, if I understood your words correctly. Quetzal: 63. That is correct. Flexibility of Genes through external factors & COnsciousness :

Billy: - You once said, if I remember correctly, that the foods, alcohol, medicines, a nd drugs which a person takes to himself alter one s genes, as this likewise happe ns through one s consciousness-related attitude and through one s state of psyche as well as through climatic influences, such as through cold and heat or through a tmospheric changes in terms of its chemical composition, etc. - I have explained this in such a way to one of our doctors, who then said that this certainly couldn t be the case since genes would only change and develop oth erwise, but not in the form as I said. Quetzal: 64. The doctor is mistaken, for your explanation was correct. Billy: There, I am reassured. How is it, however, with the thoughts, the feelings, and the psyche, as you also said that the genes play a certain role there? Quetzal: 65. That is correct. 66. Primarily, the feelings arise from the thoughts, and from these, the state o f the psyche is then formed. 67. Consciousness impairment and psychological impairment are based, in principl e, on polygenic influences and are multifunctional, which means that they are si multaneously caused by genes and by external factors. 68. The genetic material, however, is not solely responsible but also viruses an d trauma, technological sounds, alcohol, medicines, drugs, anxieties, and unjust or hysterical behaviors of others, etc. 69. The genetic code is not dictatorial but rather flexible; therefore, it does not determine the fate of human beings because they do this, in truth, through t heir thoughts and feelings as well as through their actions. 70. With these, the entire process of emotions and perceptions from within human beings is carried out, as well as through external factors and perceptions, etc . 71. As the relationship of the brain stands to the body, so also do the genes st and in such a relationship to the cells. 72. They are incorporated into a healthy flexibility and plasticity or malleabil ity and are created through a dynamic process. 73. The malleability of the genes frees humans from genetic determinism and, thu s, from a causal predetermination of all events or actions; therefore, humans ar e incorporated into the freedom of the will. 74. Although, this is not always true for every person, unfortunately, because s ometimes, the genetic inheritance makes itself independent and decides one s fate without the will of the person. 75. However, this is only true in the case of a vile, serious disease of a neuro

psychiatric form, which is directly inherited through a single, mutated, heredit ary factor and is then triggered, which also means that the hereditary disease c an become further inherited. 76. In the case of a very serious disease of this kind, the whole personality is gradually destroyed, and a fatal end is unavoidable. 77. If parents are suffering from such a serious hereditary disease even just a single parent then the disease becomes passed on to the descendants, whereby the related risk of them suffering from the hereditary disease is fifty percent. Age & Shape of Creation/Universe: Billy: - Our astronomical scientists continue to stubbornly assert that our universe i s only just 8 -15,000,000,000 years old. - They have no idea that the visible universe is only one of seven belts of the universe. - They have no idea at all about the belt of our material universe, in which we exist materially, while on the inner side and the outer side of our visible, ma terial-universe belt yet six further fine-matter belts exist. - Our scientists also have no idea that the entire universe constitutes a doubl e spiral and egg shaped Creation, and so on. - The entire universe, with an age of around 46,000,000,000,000 years, reckoned from the Big Bang up to today, will indeed expand up to the point in time of 15 5,500,000,000,000 years, to then, through a contraction, collapse upon itself ag ain. - During its expansion, the material belt, respectively, our visible universe, is - through a nearly endless process of transformation - constantly renewed and therefore always stays young. - The oldest material that you have found is close to 40,000,000,000 years old, while we here on the Earth still have obtained no such material, and for that r eason our scientists also dwell in erroneous assumptions. - Now, after my long speech, my question is: when - after the coming into exist ence of the material belt, respectively, our visible material universe - did the first stars actually form? In my opinion, this process must have gone very fast . Quetzal: 78. That is unknown to us, and besides, your question can also not be answered i n this manner. 79. You must start from the point at which the last great process of transformat ion-and-renewal of the material universe - therefore of our visible material uni verse - took place nearly 17,000,000,000 years ago. 80. Thereby, in the inner part of the outer regions of the material universe bel t - not in the outermost part of the actual transformation areas - at a distance of around 14,000,000,000 light years from the solar system, new stars formed ag ain which, after around 187,000,000 years of the latest great transformation pro cess, began to radiate and shine.

81. And, in the next decades, these stars will also be discovered by the terrest rial astronomical scientists. 82. Only, unfortunately, they will again draw false conclusions from that, as th ey have already done so often. Coming into being of Stars in the Transformation belt : Billy: And how, then, do these stars in the transformation belt come into being, if I m ay ask? Quetzal: 83. That does not fall under our secrecy provisions. 84. The new material which comes into being through the renewal, respectively, t hrough the transformation, condenses under the enormous universal gravity and in this way it forms - by way of a compression of the mass - a stellar body which becomes more dense and develops a tremendously hot life of its own. Billy: - Easily said, but surely a process which takes many millions of years. Material mass in our visible Material Universe(Dark Energy, Dark Matter) : - But, with that, I am already at my next question: is it possible to make a de termination about the material mass in our visible material universe if one comp letely excludes the other six belts? Quetzal: 85. It would be unscientific and arrogant to want to do this, because the entire expanse of our universe is so big and involved in a continuous transformation, that a precise calculation is impossible. 86. Besides, our universe - as naturally also every other - consists not only of coarse-matter material, rather also of pure energies, of which one is black ene rgy, as we call it, and is responsible for a certain form of anti-gravity in the material universe and, according to estimates, constitutes three fifths of all universal energies. 87. Matter must also be visible in various forms, so dark matter, on one hand, d irects the visible and tangible matter which, very meagre, is calculated at circ a point five fifths of the galaxies, while, on the other hand, the dark matter y et amounts to one point five fifths. 88. However, as stated, these data are only based on assumptions and calculation s based on estimations, which, as a result of the visible, material universe's c ontinuous transformation, are not constant, rather they are extremely changeable . 89. To want to name precise results would therefore be nonsensical and arrogant and laughable as well, because precise computations cannot be made because of th e universe's continuous change.

Billy: One could indeed say with justification that our universe's material belt is ess entially governed by black energy - or? Quetzal: 90. That is of correctness. Cosmic Background Radiation(CMB) : Billy: - We do know that the entire universe will not expand forever, it will expand o nly until 155,500,000,000,000 years from now and then succumb to the contraction . - With the expansion process of the entire universe, the visible material unive rse also always gets bigger, if I regard the whole thing correctly. - And because that has to be like that, differing temperatures would probably a lso have to rule in our universe, because, I assume, warm and cold must come int o being through the constant movement of change. Am I on the right track with my assumption? Quetzal: 91. That is of correctness. 92. The temperature fluctuations are, however, universe-wide, and very minimal, yet they emerge primarily in those parts of our material universe, in which the uninterrupted change occurs by means of the outer immaterial belt. 93. It thereby concerns itself with the transition-less open transformation zone , as we call it. Billy: - This zone of change engenders a soughing sound, as Ptaah taught me on the gre at trip. I was also permitted to hear it over the technical device in the Great Spacer. - It was simply gigantic. - Ptaah explained to me that the Earthlings name this phenomenon cosmic backgro und radiation and assume that that is the zone where the Big Bang took place and that the end of the universe is also there. Quetzal: 94. Which does not correspond to accuracy, as you know. Billy: - Naturally, because indeed the essential entire universe first begins there, w ith its six other immeasurable belts. - Ptaah also said that the temperature differences are actually only very sligh t and therefore only tiny variations underlie them which emerge as a result of f

luctuations, which would be evoked in all regions of our universe through differ ences in density. Quetzal: 95. You are a human with a very noteworthy memory. 96. Your exposition corresponds to accuracy. Suns with Planets in MilkyWay Galaxy : Billy: Ptaah and you(Q) as well as Semjase have said that our Milky Way has about 570,0 00,000,000 suns with planets Solar systems with planets on which higher forms of life : BIlly: - Ptaah and you as well as Semjase have said that our Milky Way has about 570,0 00,000,000 suns with planets - But in addition to that, there are only about 7,000,000 smaller and bigger so lar systems with planets on which higher forms of life exist. - Are planetary satellites, respectively, moons also included therein? Quetzal: 97. Yes, because in certain solar systems with enormous central suns there are p lanetary giants with tremendous gravity which are too big to be able to bear hig her forms of life, while their moons, however, are very much in a position to do that. 98. In your understanding, we do not, however, call these objects which bear lif e moons, rather planet-planets. Billy: Quite so, because they are actually planets of a mother-planet - or? Quetzal: 99. That is of correctness. Solar systems with planets on which Higher-HUman forms of life : Billy: And the 7,000,000 solar systems in our galaxy with planets, on which higher form s of life exist: does that collectively deal only with human civilizations? Quetzal: 100. No. 101. The universe with all its galaxies is very thinly settled with human forms of life, whereby that also includes dimensions shifted in time and space, respec

tively, all existing space-time configurations. 102. Many planets and moons carry only very lowly microscopic organic life, or o nly forms of life like mammals, birds, fish, beetles and insects, and so forth, which have nothing to do with higher forms of life. Billy: Then I have misunderstood some things, because I was of the view that you have a lways spoken in such a way that indicated that the forms of life were only human s. Quetzal: 103. Then you have succumbed to an error, if you have assumed that the approxima tely 7,000,000 solar systems with their planets only correlate to human civiliza tions. 104. Perhaps you have really ... Billy: ... understood something wrongly. Quetzal: 105. That is what I wanted to say. 106. Known to us, in this galaxy, are only 2,630,000 highly developed human civi lizations, which actually belong together, whereby, from other galaxies known to us, a further 1,141,000,000 can be factored in. 107. We know of 1,040,000 civilizations which are developed to an essentially lo w level in this galaxy which you call the Milky Way. 108. Our scientists estimate that in the entire universe about 6,000,000,000,000 to 7,000,000,000,000 essentially human civilizations, of higher and lower form, would have to exist in your material space-time configuration. Billy: What do you understand by "human civilization which essentially belong together" ? Quetzal: 109. That phrase is to be understood as meaning unity of collective progress, wh ich is created through science and technology and thereby also includes develope d and improved medical, social and material living conditions, and so forth. Annunaki & the Planet Niburu: Billy: - There are very clever people on the Earth who assert that the solar system co nsists of 12 planets, whereby the Sun and the Earth's Moon are also counted as p lanets. - And since until now only the nine planets, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupit er, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are known - therefore nine - yet another p

lanet is made up and added with the name of Niburu, and further labels such as A nus, Planet-X, Marduk, Phaeton, Olam, Vulkan and Persephone, and so forth. - So, together with the Sun and the Earth's Moon, and Niburu, the stupid thesis of 12 planets in the solar system is supposedly proven. - The Anunnaki people supposedly lived on Niburu and they supposedly gave all k inds of help to the Earth humans. - As a young wandering planet, the planet Niburu - as it is asserted today - wa s supposedly captured by our solar system around 4,000,000,000 years ago, and always according to this assertion - it then developed. - Niburu is meant to have thereby penetrated into the inner solar system and ef fected, respectively, evoked, certain alterations of the inner planets and moons before it disappeared again to then become aligned into an orbital period of 3, 600 years. - And - in opposition to that which corresponds to the truth, that the Earth fu ndamentally formed from material from space, from gas, planetoids, and so forth, and that the Earth's Moon, as a satellite from your space-time configuration, w as captured by the Earth - it is asserted that the Earth had been a part of the planet Tiamat and our Moon was once the largest moon of Tiamat. - Niburu's last pass through the solar system supposedly occurred about 160 yea rs before Jmmanuel's birth. What is to be made of all that? Quetzal: 110. These stories are known to me, because I have studied diverse ancient terre strial texts, also including many cuneiform tablets, among others. 111. That is why I know that the humans in Akkadia, Babylon and in Sumer already knew the planets of the solar system, and so forth. 112. However, that which emerges from old texts regarding the Annunaki and the p lanet Niburu is based on mythological facts as well as beliefs, misguidance and erroneous assumptions. 113. The Annunaki beings were a pure imagination of the Earth humans, who, full of fantasy and according to their beliefs, fabricated the "Annunaki people from the planet Niburu", as the giant shape in the sky appeared, which truly did not deal with an actual planet, rather it concerned an uncommonly big comet, which a ctually does have an orbital period around the solar system of around 3,600 year s. 114. That therefore only entered as myth into the imagination of the ancient Ear th humans. Indeed, it truly never existed, because the comet is not in a positio n to bear human life. 118. Now the only thing still to say is that a big planet, with great speed, on the other side of the Sun, orbits the star and can therefore never be seen from the Earth. 119. It deals thereby with an uninhabited planet which we have given the name "K athein", which, however, will drift out of the solar system in the time to come. 120. But that does not concern the aforementioned comet(uncommonly big comet cal led as Nibiru).

142. Many of the comets - such as the one we have spoken of as Niburu - move bac k again to their outermost regions of origin outside the inner solar system afte r their approach to the Sun and its planets - also the Earth - or they take an i nner system course - so they therefore stay in the direct solar system as the system's own comets and they constantly, recurrently, follow their courses. Planets Phaeton/Malona & Kathein:: Quetzal: 115. It must be said in addition to that, that the designation Phaeton is comple tely wrongly used, because Phaeton was the planet which was destroyed by its inh abitants, namely Malona, which shattered into thousands of pieces and today form s the asteroid belt. 116. Regarding the planet Malona, respectively, Phaeton, it is also wrongly asse rted that that was the planet from which the Earth and its Moon arose. 117. Tiamat, namely, is a designation born of an old Earth language, for the pla net Phaeton, respectively Malona, which was destroyed through human irrationalit y. 129. In addition to the smaller planets far outside the orbit of Pluto, it deals thereby with the Earth-sized planet "Kathein", which, with very great speed and at a great distance, follows its orbit around the Sun, however, in the coming y ears drifting away more and more, and disappearing into space. 130. Its period of orbit around the Sun is so big that, seen from the Earth, it remains constantly hidden behind the Sun. Kuiper Belt & OOrt cloud: Quetzal: 121. And apart from that there are yet 2 different belts on the other side of th e orbit of Pluto, in which comets and wandering planets move, a great number of which penetrate into the inner solar system at regular, periodic - albeit sporad ic - intervals. 122. Thereby diverse ones of these can also sporadically endanger the solar plan ets, which, again and again, at greater intervals in time, also leads to comets actually impacting with planets. Billy: Can you please explain somewhat more about that? Quetzal:

123. The first belt - a zone - is located up to more than 150,000 astronomical u nits from the Sun. 124. An astronomical unit thereby corresponds to the mean distance from the Sun to the Earth, thus 149,597,870 kilometres. 125. At an earlier time, when the Giza Pyramids were built, this distance howeve r still amounted to 152,500,000 kilometres, a number which is also of enormous s ignificance in regard to the calculation of the entire universe's 280 elements. 126. 150,000 astronomical units corresponds to around 4,000 times the distance f rom the Sun to the planet Pluto, which is essentially the last of the planets in the solar system known to the humans. 127. All other objects outside the orbit of Pluto already belong to the zone of the first belt. 128. It ... Billy: Excuse me, but then what is it with the 10th planet, that is supposedly zooming around out there? You have always spoken of such a 10th, and further planets. Quetzal: 129. 131. But listen further: 132. Located in the aforementioned first zone of the first belt far outside the orbit of Pluto, are, according to estimations, 1,300,000,000,000 smallest, small , medium-sized, large and largest objects, of which - again according to estimat ions - some 130,000,000,000 cometary nuclei must be taken into consideration. 133. But furthermore there is yet a second zone, respectively, a second belt, st ill very much further outside of the first belt, which - like the first - draws itself in a ring shape around the solar system. 134. Innumerable objects of all sizes are also in this belt, and so it speaks fo r itself that there are also very numerous cometary nuclei. 135. As in the first, there are also very large objects in the second, which are as large as the Earth or even bigger. 136. As a consequence of the great distance from the Sun and the absence of ligh t from the objects in dark space, even with good telescopes they can hardly be s een from the Earth, or cannot be seen at all. 137. With the two belts, which can also be designated as rings, this deals with the remnants of that gigantic primordial cloud of gas, particles and objects, an d so forth, from which the solar system, with all its planets, ultimately formed more than 5,500,000,000 years ago.

138. But the cloud's primordial matter did not form at the aforementioned time, rather it already formed more than 46,000,000,000 years ago, and then, in the co urse of time, condensed into its final form, and supplied the substance for the solar system more than 5,500,000,000 years ago. 139. Here and there objects drift away from the two aforementioned belts, as do cometary nuclei, which penetrate into the inner solar system. 140. In other words: 141. If a fixed star occasionally reaches a its effect is that single cometary nuclei, l, middle-sized, large and largest objects, ones and occupy a course in the inner solar certain astronomical proximity, then from the many billion smallest, smal loosen out of the bands of the two z system.

142. Many of the comets - such as the one we have spoken of as Niburu - move bac k again to their outermost regions of origin outside the inner solar system afte r their approach to the Sun and its planets - also the Earth - or they take an i nner system course, so they therefore stay in the direct solar system as the sys tem's own comets and they constantly, recurrently, follow their courses. 143. Many, which return to the outermost two belts' zones, remain there for a ve ry long time before they come back. 144. So the duration of the stay in the belts can be centuries, millennia, many millennia or even hundreds of millions of years before they return on their cour se again in the inner solar system if they were, or are, forced into a recurrent course by the Sun and its planets. 145. Others, on the other hand, become torn from their course by planets, by the ir moons or by the Sun, and, bursting asunder, impact with them. Billy: Thank you for your explanations. Discovery & History of COMETS : BIlly: - But please correct me if I say something wrong. So: comets are discovered pra ctically every year; however, most of these are only visible with binoculars or telescopes, but not to the naked eye. - Comets are also known as feather stars or tail stars, and occasionally, such appear in the sky, which offer a truly fantastic spectacle and which can even be observed over longer periods of time in the sky. - Since ancient times, tail stars were regarded as spectacular and sensational celestial phenomena, and their sight alone in the day or night sky would cause a tremendous sensation and would often release panic-stricken anxiety. - Looking at the comets from antiquity, it becomes clear that these were not ye t regarded as celestial bodies because these tail-moving phenomena were attribut ed to the atmosphere, and to be sure, as similar phenomena comparable to lightni ng and clouds, thunder and rain, as well as hail and snow. - If one studies the Almagest, a corruption of the translation of the Arabic titl e al-magisti the most famous Greek astronomical manual of Ptolemy, one will not fi

nd a single occurrence of comets therein. - Then, in the time when cometary phenomena in the sky won a special meaning fo r human beings, tail stars were held responsible for all events on Earth. - The erroneous belief prevailed before and this is even apparent today and wil l continue to be in the future with the crazy, false astrologers, prophets of do om, carping critics, and other lunatics and delusional believers that comets wou ld be responsible for the fate of individual humans as well as for the fate of e ntire peoples and the Earth itself as well as for the climate and natural disast ers, etc. - In general, comets were as they still are today among those who are confused regarded as great and malignant bringers of misfortune. - Thus, the great, luminous, and menacing-looking tails of the feather stars ar oused anxiety and terror. - In a delusion-believing manner, it was accepted by the people who had strongl y fallen to the God-delusional belief that comets were breeding rods of God, which were assigned to the world and the people under the Moon. - Only with the spectacular comet of 1577, which was even to be seen in full su nshine as a so-called light giant, did this delusional belief change somewhat, n amely through the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe, who provided evidence for the f act that tail stars were celestial bodies that drew their course far beyond the lunar orbit through the SOL system. - With this, the form of the course still wasn t recognized for a long time, howe ver, because a more precise determination was first achieved over 100 hundred ye ars later by a certain Gottfried Kirch. - It was this man, then, who also observed the Destroyer, whereby he discovered i t with a telescope, which also happened for the first time in the history of the comet s discovery. - That was in the year 1680. With this passage, the Destroyer was visible for a v ery long time, namely from the 14th of November, 1680 until the 19th of March, 1 681. - It also drew a gigantic tail 80 in length behind itself, which is a typical fe ature that occurs when a comet passes very close to the solar surface. - Ptaah explained the matter to me in such a way on the Great Journey. - Kirch didn t discover the Destroyer intentionally but only through a happy stroke of fate, as he observed the planet Mars. - Now, the SOL system s comets, which are also known as cosmic beacons, are subject to the SOL system s mechanical laws, and they are integral members of our solar s ystem. - This is so, even though they often move very far out into the space beyond th e most distant planet Pluto and into the two belts, from where they had original ly come. - Sooner or later, on their closed courses, they return again and again to the inner solar system also often in dangerous proximity to the Earth just often fir st after centuries, millennia, or after many millions of years. - In the 19th Century, when the Earth people invented astrophysical research me

thods, details became known and were also recognized for the first time in refer ence to the nature of comets. - Thus, it became increasingly clear that tail stars are actually just relative ly small bodies that, nevertheless, go through very dramatic changes, once they come into the vicinity of the Sun, and through its rays, the formation of the co mets tails results, even the actual feature or characteristic of the feather star s. - Thus, comets are among the small objects of our solar system. MOvement of COmets : BIlly: - In contrast to the planets, cometary structures usually move in very elongate d, elliptical orbits with eccentricities. - Thus, comets are with few sporadic exceptions celestial objects that always r eturn at periodic intervals; nevertheless, their orbital periods are very differ ent. - Long-period tail stars have orbital periods around our Sun of more than 200 y ears, while others as already mentioned by you and me require many millions of y ears for their return, whereby several hundred million years are not uncommon. - Opposing these are the short-period comets, which come into the vicinity of t he Sun and the Earth very frequently. - Various of these short-period comets were influenced by the masses of the SOL planets as well as by the mass of the Sun in such a way that they no longer rea ch any further than into the proximity of the orbit of the planet Jupiter, where they then make a reversal and begin their inner system journey anew. - In contrast to the planets themselves, which move in the so-called main plane of the solar system, there are all kinds of orbital inclinations with comets. SIze & COnstituents of COmets: Billy: - And it must also be said that the tail stars, in comparison to planets & moon s,are very small & low-mass celestial objects & that their diameters only range from a few hundred meters to about 70 kms - This is under normal conditions, when it doesn t concern a so-called giant or s uper giant, which can be the size of the Earth or even larger. - The actual core consists of rock, dust, and frozen water, as well as ammonia and methane, etc. - Cometary structures are only visible as a result of their tails, for if this wasn t the case, then one could not see them in dark space. - If an object comes into the vicinity of the Sun approximately, depending on i ts size, within 4 to 12 astronomical units then the gases of the comet evaporate and form its tail, which can be thousands, hundreds of thousands, or even hundr eds of millions of kilometers long, depending on the size and composition of the comet.

- Also, the diameter of the tail can be up to 100,000 kilometers and more. - A mixture of gas and dust, etc. allows the comet to appear as a vague, small spot reflecting in the sunlight; however, the gaseous components in the spectrum of the comet s coma also have their own luminosity. - If the comet comes closer and closer to the Sun, then the radiation pressure and the solar wind naturally become stronger and blow the dust and gas away from t he comet, whereby the coma or the tail of the comet forms, and indeed, opposite to the Sun, for the particle flow encounters the comet away from the central sta r. - In this way, it is also possible that despite the very low, intrinsic density of the comet and through its own luminous, gaseous components and through the r eflection of the sunlight, this begins to shine and becomes visible to the human eye. - What is still to be mentioned is that the tail components are stimulated to i llumination by the high-energy components of the solar radiation. - That is what I learned from Ptaah on my Great Journey. 9] EC

Contact Report 229, Monday, July 31, 1989 - Quetzal 'Scrape pictures', Nazca gods & Nazca people : Billy: - Once again, it concerns the "scrape pictures" [geoglyphs] of Nazca in Peru. - You explained it was the 6th of March, 1987, during the 216th Contact concerned an enormous religious and astronomical calendar and garden. that it

- I explained this to someone, from which, of course, new questions arose, whos e answers also interest me. - Can you tell me more about the scrape pictures, their purpose and constructio n, as well as about the Nazca gods and the Nazca people? Quetzal: 2. I d like to explain a few things: 3. Each one of the scrape pictures was portrayed by a non-interrupted, continuin g line. 4. For their construction drawing patterns were used which were transferred and enlarged onto the ground, until the desired size was reached. 5. The Nazcans were perfectly mastering the necessary mathematical calculating. 6. With ropes that were attached to standing poles that were held by people with revolving straps, an improvised circle was built which served to scrape the spo ts, that had already been marked, with tools. 7. The light sediment layer under the desert s surface was uncovered, and in this way the figures and lines were created.

8. The gigantic scrape figures desert ground that was scraped away ing gods that were revered by the Nazcans in those times.

were symboliz

9. At the same time, the scrape pictures were also an astronomical calendar and a huge astronomical garden, because the figures represented portrayals of the go ds who, according to the Nazca people s belief, were seen in the star pictures. 10. For the interpretations of the Nazca star pictures, animals and birds known to the people, and also geometric figures were used which were believed to be se en in the star constellations. 11. On the holy god day that was set at that day when day and night were of equa l length, the entire people were walking in long marches over the scrape picture s and honouring the gods, and they performed rituals and ceremonies to the honou r of their great and powerful gods. 12. In order to make their gods peaceful, lower human beings, like slaves, enemies and unwanted people etc. were sacrificed and killed in such a way that they were bound onto special altars, and a heavy wooden thorn or stone thorn was driven in to the forehead and the skull, and a cactus thorn was driven through the lips, t o shut up their mouth for all times and to silence them. 13. Those ceremonies were executed by the priests, who were prosperous life. holy men and who led a

14. The priests were also responsible for the performance of the holy rituals and ceremonies on the scrape pictures, that were permitted to walk on not only on th e holy god day, but at any other time and (was permitted. to be used for private cultic actions. 15. As a rule, the Nazcans were people with high skulls, which means that their skulls showed an exceptional long skull form, which was not of original origin. 16. This skull form was artificially produced; as long as the skull was still fo rmable, it was restricted and bound with grinded metallic, stony and wooden plat es, forcibly leading to a skull of long form and resulting in an oblong deformat ion. 17. This procedure was even started with newborns when they were one week old. 18. Everything was not an ideal of beauty, but a tribute to the gods, to give th em obsequious reverence. 19. Only those Nazcans were permitted to have and wear the oblong-skull-form who were of higher class, i.e. about 85 percent of the population. 20. The remaining 15 percent were lower people who had to perform slave duty and s imilar tasks, and who were looked upon as social misfits etc., and whose well-be ing or non-well-being and, therefore, their life was laying in the hands and wil l of the higher ones and especially of the priests. Mayans & their Extinction : Billy: - Then here s another question regarding the advanced culture of the Mayans and t heir extinction or downfall, respectively. - Can you report about this? I suppose that you have knowledge about the histor

y of the Mayans, don t you agree? Quetzal: 21. I have, in fact, occupied myself with it and know some things about these co ncerns, at least the things that are known to us in general. 22. The Mayas are Indian people and language families in southern Mesoamerica. 23. I have provided you with information about it before, but obviously you want to know more about it. 24. Here it goes: 25. Maya as a language exists in Southern and North-east Mexico, in Guatemala, H onduras and Belize with more than 2 million people who are speaking that languag e. 26. If spatial-cultural criteria are taken into account, there must be different iated between those people who live in scattered settlings in the woodland of th e tropical lowland, and those people in the colonial-Spanish oriented village co mmunities of the cool-temperate highlands. 27. The Yucatec belong to the first category and are living in the Mexican state s Yucatn, Quintana Roo and Campeche as well as Lakandons and Chorti, etc. 28. Cackquels, Quich and Tzutuhils are belonging to the second category. 29. Regarding the hierarchy of political offices it can be said that in the high regions there is a cult-brotherhood, while in the lowlands the organizational f orm is that of groups of relatives. 30. The (first. ones are pursuing a very intensive clearing through fire, whereb y beans, pumpkins and maize are the principal crops that are cultivated. 31. Those who are living in the forests are oriented towards extensive agricultu re. 32. The significant advanced culture of the Mayas developed since the year 2321 before Jmmanuel s birth, and it formed the actual traditional Maya religion into t he state religion. 33. Today's Maya-Indian Catholicism is riddled with elements of their old-custom ary, traditional religion. 34. The Mayas descendants of today are still venerating the old gods of their anc ient religion, which they elevate into a position of Christian saints. 35. Nevertheless, the doings of the distant descendents are still determined by host powers . 36. Shamanistic rituals regarding the healing of the sick, the sowing and oracle calendars still belong into the given order. 37. But if we view the time before Columbus, the following can be said: 38. In those times the Maya were the holders of very highly advanced culture who se heyday began about 300 years after Jmmanuel s birth and was lasting for about 4 60 years, before they because of climatic changes were befallen by draught catas trophes that wreaked havoc over the land and claimed 14,392,108 lives in only as g

much as 150 years. 39. 1550 years after Jmmanuel s birth, the Maya culture found its total end throug h the Spanish conquests, whereby the conquerors committed terrible inhumaneness, murder, crimes of all kinds and cruelties without an end. 40. And all of this was done in the name of the Spanish royal house as well as i n the name of God and, therefore, in the name of the Christian religion. 41. Well, at that time there happened a spatial relocation of the cultural heyda y from the South to the North, what lead to the last end of the classical Maya c ulture. 42. That actual relocation and the actual reason for the downfall of the Maya cu lture can be traced back to earlier causes that were not within the power of the Spaniards. 43. Actually, forces of nature were responsible for the final fall, i.e. giganti c natural catastrophes through droughts, but also through epidemics, famine and wars. 44. The most powerful causes were three drought periods; back in the year 754 af ter Jmmanuel s birth the first one began, slowly developed and later after about 5 0 years became the first drought catastrophe that lasted about 10 years. 45. Because of the severity of that drought, famines spread over wide areas, whi ch claimed many deaths. 46. No longer in control because of hunger, children and old people were killed to serve as food, as had also been the case in the land of Egypt, when droughts and famines ruled. 47. There were only about 40 years after the great drought, when the land and th e people could recover somewhat, until another heavy drought covered the land an d when the same evil became the order of the day again, as had been the case dur ing the first drought. 48. This period of drought did not last as long as the first one, because after a little bit more than four years it ended. 49. But also during this drought many human beings died, and again human beings were killed and eaten, mainly children and old persons, as had been the case dur ing the first drought. 50. As the land was recovering very slowly after the first drought and did not b ecome fully usable for the cultivation of food, everything became even worse aft er the second drought. 51. That part of the d so the people were g years and decades, d for another nearly soil that was still usable brought forth even less food, an living in want and had to live frugally during the followin until a third drought period broke over the land that laste seven years.

52. And once again, as a last solution for the hungry people, they killed and at e their children and old people. 53. Finally this last great catastrophe led to the break-down of the advanced Ma ya culture and brought its final ruin. Methane Gas & Bermuda Triangle :

Billy: - Then I still have another question regarding CFCs. - Concerning this, you once told me that certain gases, which are stored under the bottom of the sea and which rise up, cause even greater damage to the ozone layer than CFCs. - Now, I no longer know what gas this was and out of what it arises. Quetzal: 54. It concerns methane gas, which is stored as methane hydrate under the sea. Billy: - At that time, you said that often enormous clouds of gas bubbles of this meth ane gas detach from the seabed, like, for example, in large masses in the Bermud a Triangle. -These gas bubbles then rise to the sea s surface, where they form huge whirlpool s, through which ships sink into the sea when they run into them, as the ships, due to the numerous gas bubbles in the water, are no longer carried by the water . - If the gas clouds then ascend over the sea and fly into airplanes, then the m ethane gas becomes ignited by the engines or nozzles, whereby tremendous explosi ons arise and tear the airplanes into the smallest pieces. - Is this right as such? Quetzal: 55. That is correct. Lightning -> Origin, Types & Protection : Billy: - But now, another question that also has reference to a natural phenomenon, na mely to lightning. - Although osphere and eral times, percent or most flashes of lightning shoot out into the outer layers of the atm partly even into the outermost layers and beyond that - as I saw sev when you took me far beyond the earthly atmospheric layers - about 5 so still shoot down to the ground and cause all sorts of disaster.

- And since there are more and more people as a result of overpopulation, more and more people are also hit by lightning, which usually has deadly consequences , with few exceptions. - Now, it is always said that lightning would hit the highest structures in eac h case because these would attract the lightning, so even trees, mountains, and buildings, etc. - Also, it is said that a person in the open can protect himself against lightn ing by lying down on the ground or by putting himself into a squatting position in such a way that he pulls his knees up to his chest.

- Thus, a person should offer the smallest attack area to the lightning. Does t his correspond to the facts, or is this an inane story, and are there actually d ifferent types of lightning, and how do these arise? Quetzal: 56. It is not correct, in terms of the fact that only high objects are hit by li ghtning, as it also isn t correct that a person cannot be struck by lightning if h e is lying on the ground or is in a squatting position. 57. It is true, however, that there are different types of lightning. 58. Thus, the following is to be explained: 59. When thunderstorms emerge, these take place in so-called thunderstorm cells, in which differently sized densities of space charge arise. 60. Once this concentration of space charge reaches a field strength that exhibi ts values of several hundred kV/m, which you can write as follows, as I have not ed it to you here 100 kV/m on the basis of ice particles or water droplets, then leading discharges or conducting discharges form the leading flashes of lightni ng, thereby causing a reaction that triggers a discharge of lightning sparks. 61. If the flashes of lightning go from cloud to cloud, then this is called clou d-to-cloud lightning. 62. This creates a balance between positively and negatively charged cloud cente rs or thunderstorm cells. 63. Then there is the cloud-to-space lightning, which shoots out, under certain circumstances, into space and discharges there. 64. Then, the two types of cloud-to-ground lightning and ground-to-cloud lightni ng are still to be mentioned. 65. Ground-to-cloud lightning is easily recognizable because it descends from th e clouds to the ground, and to be sure, with easily recognizable leading flashes of lightning which have many branches. 66. Leading lightning contains a so-called charge-tube, which descends to the gr ound and is filled with a negative charge of a cloud of the thunderstorm cell. 67. The negative cloud-to-ground lightning is the most frequently occurring ligh tning, apart from the cloud-to-cloud lightning and cloud-to-space lightning. 68. The positive cloud-to-ground lightning originates from the lower, positively charged area of the flash. 69. Positive cloud-to-ground lightning flashes, which originate from the upper, positively charged center, are relatively rare. 70. Such flashes of lightning occur almost exclusively at the end of a respectiv e active phase of a thunderstorm cell. 71. The positively charged center only builds up when the negatively charged cen ter is nullified. 72. Such a positive discharge results, then, through a single and very powerful lightning flash, which descends to the ground. 73. It is also to be noted that ground-to-cloud lightning flashes with branches

shoot up into the clouds, whereby leading flashes of lighting shoot up from the Earth from mountain tops, towers, and other tall buildings, etc. into the clouds . 74. With cloud-to-ground lightning, a cylindrical tube shoots down to the ground from the negatively charged center of the thundercloud, which is filled with th e cloud s charge. 75. In addition, the tube varies in its diameter and can exhibit several tens of meters. 76. Moreover, connected to it is a very thin and approximately one-centimeter th ick, highly ionized plasma core. 77. This leading flash of lightning shoots down to the ground in a jerky and zig zagging manner, and indeed, at a speed of about 300 kilometers per second. 78. The jerky pre-shootings of the leading flashes of lightning occur in steps o f several 20-meters, whereby the interim times of a step move to others within t he range of a microsecond. 79. Once the tip, the head of the leading flash of lightning, has reached a dist ance of between ten and several hundred meters, the electric field strength of t he objects that are stationary on the ground such as buildings, towers, and tree s, as well as mountain tops increases in such a way that the electrical stabilit y of the air is exceeded, and then, so-called catching discharges go out of the ob jects, and the head of the leading flash of lightning shoots toward and meets wi th these. 80. With this, the point of impact of the lightning on the ground is also determ ined, namely a mountain top, a tower or tree, some building, an animal or a huma n, out of which the catching discharge has gone. 81. This also explains that even a human being emits such catching discharges, b ut with him, the fact still remains that he generates electromagnetic vibrations through his brain, which reach several meters of expansion, which send out catc hing discharges, and which form very strong attraction points for the head of a leading flash of lightning. 82. Thus, it is also of no use if human beings remain lying down or in squatting positions in open areas when thunderstorms occur, which are associated with lig htning. 83. Real protection for human beings only occurs in caves or in enclosed buildin gs or in completely closed vehicles and aircraft, etc. 84. If the head of a leading flash of lightning and a catching discharge collide , then the catching discharge shoots into the leading lightning tube at about 10 0,000 kilometers per second and, within a few milliseconds, allows the stored ch arge of lightning to discharge to the ground or to the object, out of which the catching energy has gone. 85. This, then, is the moment when the actual lightning discharge becomes visibl e, which lights up very brightly and dazzles the eye. 86. The spark channel created by the leading flash of lightning is heated very s trongly, by what means the main flash reaches a temperature of several tens of t housands of degrees Celsius. 87. At the same time, the pressure of the flash rises to about 100 times the nor

mal atmospheric pressure and explodes, through which the crash of thunder arises . 88. Due to the sudden, main discharge of the leading lightning tube, a so-called surge current shoots, within milliseconds, into the object struck by lightning, namely a tree, a building or a tower, a mountain, a ship, airplane, automobile, animal, or person, etc. 89. The surge current of positive ground-to-cloud lightning has a similar course , but with its discharge from the upper positively charged center in the thunder cloud, the surge current usually lasts about 10 times longer than with cloud-toground lightning. 90. Positive cloud-to-ground lightning also transports in itself a much greater energy charge than what is the case with the negative surge current. 91. This is also the reason why positive cloud-to-ground lightning is much more dangerous than just negative cloud-to-ground lightning. 92. But that, dear friend, should suffice as an explanation. 93. In addition to this, there would actually be an entire course to explain in this regard. Jeremia's predictions Dates of the ancient and genuine prophets Jeremia, Jesaia, Elia and Henoch.
