7.15-7.35pm & 9-9.20pm Victorian Walk Join Curator, Hilary Davidson, as she dresses for the pleasure garden ball, and reveals the elaborate fashions of Georgian London.

The Mask of Joy


All evening Various locations Dont miss Cupid and company as they roam the galleries. Just when you least expect it they will perform excerpts from The Mask of Joy, a new baroque and roll musical about love and deception in the pleasure gardens.

Lady Georgianna
7-7.30pm & 9-9.40pm Sackler Hall Strut your stuff to the unique repertoire of 18th century girlband, Lady Georgianna.

Georgian dancing
7.50-8.40pm Sackler Hall Learn how to own the ballroom Georgian style with the Covent Garden Minuet Company, and watch out for a 5 minute tutorial on the language of the fan the essential accessory for any Georgian Ball.

Love is
8.15-8.45pm & 9.10-9.40pm Pleasure gardens, Expanding City Enjoy poetry readings and talks about love and lust from some of the capitals most prominent gay writers, including the winner of this years Write Queer London competition.
