ORDER
In this complaint Ms. McDonald alleges that Judge Duffey is biased and
prejudiced against Pro Sc litigants, made untruthful statements designed to
discredit her, allowed perjury and the use of forged papers because of past
relationship with defendants, improperly dismissed case No. 08-CV·01971, and
made decisions on evidence which only a jury should have been allowed to
make.
The allegations of this Complaint are "directly related to the merits of a
decision or procedural ruling" or " are based on allegations lacking sufficient
evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred" or both. Therefore,
DISMISSED, /l /Jr-~r;;tt.
