Technology
Catalysair is a patented process which improves dramatically the combustion of thermal plants. The system produces a specific catalytic gaseous mixture which is injected at a precise dose in the primary air. This mixture will favour an oxygen/carbon reaction, allowing thus to produce more energy from a given quantity of fuel.

This technology, tested in 2009 by BUREAU VERITAS, allows significant fuel savings (from 5% to 10% depending on the type of thermal plants and fired fuels), a reduction of maintenance costs as well as a decrease of certain pollutant emissions. This plug and play system does not require hardly any transformation of the customer plant.

No customer investment immediate saving

Catalysair is proposed as a complete service offering: engineering, equipment supply and installation, refilling of specific catalyst product, real-time supervision and maintenance. The customer does not face any investment and its saving is immediate. The work load of the technical teams is nearly not impacted.

Market
Catalysair main commercial references are in Europe and a strong sales campaign is currently developing, especially in Asia. The targeted market includes all plants using boilers or industrial furnaces from 10 MW to 500 MW: Processing industries, such as chemical industry, paper, lime, cement, food-processing industry, Thermal power plants Incineration plants Urban/district heating

Fuels which are subject to optimization are: heavy fuel oil, coal or biomass (the system is not performing with gas).
