Implementation strategy

Implementation strategy
MMRL will be implemented in the private sector
The Supreme Economic Council has approved private sector participation in the implementation of the MMRL Project The Council assigned responsibilities as follows:
Inter-ministerial Steering Committee to supervise implementation, chaired by the President of SRO SRO to be Executing Agency

The concessionaire will design, finance, build and operate the MMRL and will transfer it back to the Government after a preagreed duration Land required for the Project will be provided by the Government The Government will provide support to the Project to make it financially attractive to investors
