The Stryve CHRO Forum

Management of human resources in major corporations has never been more challenging or potentially opportunistic. Changing demographics, new employment patterns, and the Internet as an avenue to global expertise are transforming the process of talent supply. A recent survey of Fortune 500 CEOs revealed both that the level of satisfaction with HR effectiveness and efficiency is decreasing, and that CEOs want HR executives and operating models to be more strategic and aligned with the corporate business model. In other words, corporations need their CHROs to be increasingly effective business executives, not just functional managers. And this is what the CHRO Forum is about! The membership program for CHROs is not about becoming a better human capital manager it is about participating in an ongoing process with true peers to become a more knowledgeable business person and leader. The Stryve CHRO Forum is an ongoing professional development program for CHROs and their teams designed to improve their business acumen and influence. Through a series of intimate discussions with world-class business thought leaders, and with insights gained from best future practice research, members and their direct reports expand their business knowledge, sharpen their strategic perspective, and hone their leadership skills. Executive conferences also provide the CHRO with a vehicle to enhance relationships with business executive colleagues through joint attendance. Stryves acclaimed Outcome Project research process provides members with fresh insights and pragmatic management techniques with respect to emerging business issues and opportunities. The Stryve Leadership team has, for over 30 years, worked closely with its clients as the roles and responsibilities of CHROs have evolved, in many ways shaping that evolution. We invite you to explore membership in this exclusive member community.

stryve outcome Projects

One of Stryves responsibilities to members is to identify emerging issues, opportunities and management methods. In most cases, the focus lies at the intersection of people, process, and technology. We then explore how to address the challenges early, ahead of the curve, for maximum business advantage. Key to this process are the two annual Stryve Outcome Projects. These rapid-strike research projects develop future best practices through a time-tested methodology that has evolved many acclaimed breakthrough management practices. Each project brings together industry and academic experts, the Stryve research team, senior Stryve practitioners and, most importantly, client senior management to collaboratively delineate business challenges and anticipate how to meet them. Stryve Outcome Projects enable action through a judicious mix of fresh perspectives and innovative, pragmatic management practices. Work in progress is discussed on webcasts and in executive summaries at the Stryve Executive Forums and Senior Management Interchanges. Results are published online in searchable documents open for ongoing comment by Stryve program members. Recent projects include: Analytics and Collaboration Applications and Implications of Cloud-Enabled Mobility Capitalizing on Todays Technologically Talented Organization
