Customers may choose from benchmark cohorts based on bed size, region, organization type and scope. A web-based dashboard allows users to view immediate results, monitor performance trends and conduct in-depth, diagnostic analyses in minutes through comparisons to benchmarks of their choosing.
Seamless Delivery
McKesson Quality eMeasures is the only prerequisite to participate in the Quality Benchmarks Collaborative service. For current McKesson Quality eMeasures customers, access to the service begins with a simple subscription form. Your account manager will help you set up a benchmarking account, and business advisors will help you establish appropriate comparison populations. For McKesson Performance Analytics users, an outcomesbased scorecard is deployed using the benchmarks data. McKesson will provide consultative services to facilitate the use of the benchmarks and the outcomes analysis delivered in the McKesson Performance Analytics solution. For customers not using the McKesson Quality eMeasures solution, our services team will help you establish data access so that your measures can be submitted to the Collaborative.
