Consumer behavior refers to the selection, purchase and consumption of goods and services for the satisfaction of their wants. There are different processes involved in the consumer behavior. Initially the consumer tries to find what commodities he would like to consume, then he selects only those commodities that promise greater utility There are various factors which effect the consumer behavior, economic situation is one the personal factor which influence buying behavior, it is one of the tool of market segmentation, and here we will relate buying behavior with economical situation.

Need to understand
Why consumers make the purchases that they make? How economic situation affects consumer buying behavior? Opinion of various class of economical situation? Economical situation is a strong personal factor which affects the buying behavior of the consumer. People with low income level are very price sensitive where as the high income group are quality sensitive. If the income and savings of a customer is high then he will purchase more expensive products. On the other hand, a person

with low income and savings will purchase inexpensive products

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

This chapter describes the methodology of the study. This project is based on information collected from primary and secondary sources.
