A recent Popular Science article cites a quotation from Tyler published on the Department of Defense "Armed with Science" blog: ...(M)y laboratory has engineered a novel technology which implements transcranial pulsed ultrasound to remotely and directly stimulate brain circuits without requiring surgery." Tyler told Wired.com's "Danger Room:" "The brain serves all the functions of your body, and if you know the neuroanatomy, then you can start to regulate each one of those functions. Because the microwave attack system can be precision-targeted to triangulate its multiple beams on unique individuals, this silent torture and impairment technology can and is being used by federal and local law enforcement to impose a regimen of extra-legal electromagnetic incarceration -- a "microwave ghetto" imposed upon citizens without benefit of due process under the law. Some scientists believe that scalar wave technology, if exploited for peaceful purposes, could provide a cheap and efficient solution to the world's energy demands. But the companies that hold the patents appear to be withholding the technology exclusively for military and national security applications. The scalar waves produced by the microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon (RFDE) are capable of carrying multiple subcarrier radio frequencies that affect human physiology, at variable power levels (or "amplitude"). In effect, the RFDE arms security forces with a "God machine" that can manipulate, disrupt, or destroy the biological processes that govern the functioning of human beings. The God machine can do even more than allow its military and security state operators to lord over the world's population. The Raytheon patent states that this weapon system can be used to alter, or eliminate, "undesirable atmospheric conditions." In other words, this scalar wave directed energy weapon system can manipulate the weather -- harnessing the world's climate, turning the weather into a potential military super-weapon. The old adage, "You can't change the weather," no longer is true. The covert installation of RFDE antennae everywhere across America explains the profusion of cell towers, and why so many towers are clustered so close together, from urban neighborhoods to expansive rural plains and farmlands. The cover story -- that these are just cell phone towers -- amounts to nothing less than a big government lie. Yet the system is inextricably and ominously linked to consumer cellular communications. It appears that a human target's own cell phone may serve as a covert targeting device for this attack system. Those who are marked for electromagnetic attack could be paying for a telecommunications service that enables their silent torture, impairment and potential injury. This cell tower attack network has been deployed under the cover of "national security," apparently as a means to instantly and covertly disable electronic devices that could be used as weapons by terrorists or hostile forces. The technology requires a continuous radar stream of microwave energy -- meaning that the entire population of the United States is being bathed in microwave emissions every minute of every hour of every day. Because the system has been built out only in recent years, no entity has studied the long-term health effects of having a stealth cell tower weapon system clustered in populated areas. Victims of this attack system maintain that silent assaults directed at a targeted individual can cause "induced dementia" -- symptoms that mimic Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive dysfunction, but which can dissipate when and if the attacks cease -- or if the "amplitude" of the microwave frequency is turned down by its clandestine government operatives.

"The idea is to make the 'target' look mentally ill or emotionally unstable, so that the person can be shunted into a mental hospital or otherwise marginalized and removed from society," says one alleged victim, who says that the silent attacks rendered him so weak, disoriented and fatigued that he was unable to work for a period of four years. This victim says he slowly regained his full cognitive abilities only after repeated visits to a local FBI office, where he pleaded with agents to intervene on his behalf. But he reports that the attacks have continued, causing chronic fatigue, extreme weakness and sharp sudden pain that he says amounts to torture. He also maintains that his local police chief appears to be aware of the covert attack system, but is powerless to stop the attacks. "What kept me going when the attacks were most severe, from the summer of 2004 and into 2008, was when I went down to the FBI and literally begged a young FBI agent to help me, and she looked me directly in the eye and said, 'I believe you.' "When she said that, it gave me the confidence to go public despite my fears that I'd be treated like some kind of a nut case. Now that the truth is getting out, I'm grateful to that young agent for giving me the faith to fight this." By the pervasive deployment of these weapons systems as a tool of torture and enslavement, the U.S. government is denying thousands of its citizens the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The U.S. government has enabled the "slow kill," torture, or impairment of thousands of its own people while cruelly stripping them of free will -- the very essence of what it is to be human.

This classified weapons system functions in every community in America. Some local police officials know about it. Apparently, they have been sworn to secrecy on "national security" grounds. The mainstream media has its collective head in the sand, buying the government propaganda that a new generation of directed energy weapons is "less lethal" and thus "saves lives." That is another big lie. This covert torture matrix is every bit as heinous as the death machine of Nazi Germany -- perhaps even more so, because it is silent and invisible. Victims of these silent assaults also are subject to relentless "community stalking" harassment, vandalism and terroristic acts performed by government-enabled "community watch" and policing organizations that have been transmogrified by a secret multi-agency federal program into a vigilante American Gestapo. Victims also say they are subject to financial and career sabotage enabled by government agencies that have deemed them to be "dissidents" or undesirables -- or have slandered them as suspected criminals or "enemies of the state." You and other top officials also may be in the cross-hairs -- and this stealth technology, when applied using Pavlovian methodology, can even be used to covertly influence behavior and decision-making -- maybe even your own. Some victims of this stealth technology now use their cell phones and GPS units only when absolutely necessary, and remove the cell phone's battery to prevent the broadcast of their location coordinates. (Just turning off the unit does not suffice, since a cell phone's power can be turned on by remote control.) If neither a 3D infrared laser targeting device nor a "live" cell phone is available, the system still appears capable of delivering painful, disorienting or even disabling frequencies. It is believed that the government has equipped certain personnel -- either its own agents, or, some victims believe, local law enforcement or civilian vigilantes -- with portable laser-equipped devices that can "paint the target" from a distance. It is possible that some sworn officers may be under the impression that this technology is used merely for "through the wall surveillance," not to attack citizens they are sworn to protect. The literature also indicates that the microwave weapon system can engage the target by way of tiny RFID tags covertly placed in or on the target's possessions or clothing. These film-thin RFID tags are ubiquitous in everyday commerce, used for inventory tracking of many consumer products. "GPS-linked" video surveillance systems, in public areas or inside commercial establishments, also could be used to transmit targeting coordinates to government command centers. High-powered military satellites are believed to be capable of detecting ground-based tracking devices from low Earth orbit. IS PRESIDENT OBAMAA'TARGETED INDIVIDUAL' VICTIMIZED BY SILENT MICROWAVE/LASER 'DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS' ENTRAINMENT?

I do not raise this question lightly in this public forum. I am doing so because I fear the answer may be "yes." I wish I had access to close-up color photos of Obama from the time of his nomination until the present. I believe a close examination would reveal the sort of rapid onset moles, skin discolorations, straight-line laser-like scarring and bald streaks (from crown of his head down to behind his left ear), sores that do not quickly heal (such as the one under his left eye in the summer of 2008), prematurely graying hair, etc. that are consistent with silent exposure to microwave/laser attack. Early on, Obama and his staff complained publicly of constant lethargy while working in the White House -- extreme fatigue, not your normal tiredness. Kind of like the way many of us feel when we wake up, and throughout the day... the kind of "induced exhaustion" that can result from exposure to extreme low frequency microwave emissions. Politico.com even wrote a story about complaints of fatigue among White House employees. At the time, earlier this year, I posted to political blogs the suggestion that the President's aides commission field testing to determine if the White House was being dosed with EMF (electromagnetic fields). While I cannot prove it, I have seen (and experienced) enough empirical evidence to theorize that the President, and possibly the Vice President and perhaps other high Obama administration officials, could be covertly targeted for silent, Pavlovian-style entrainment and mild impairment -- by way of the same cell tower and satellite based weapons systems (and perhaps some portable gear) that are used to attack many of us (in the case of "targeted individuals," on the apparent command of fusion center operatives). Obama's own government is the entity that has developed and is proliferating these technologies (along with its defense contractors). My reporting and experience indicates that federal and even some local officials KNOW these weapons are being used on civilians. So it is doubtful that ANY government agency would seriously investigate these concerns. Are these weapons being used to influence the behavior and decision-making of key political leaders? I would not raise this question if I did not believe that evidence exists that raises the possibility. You'll see he has no interest in factual documentation of any of this, because this means pursuing an end to this. This is, after all, his "career". T make my position clear: o I speak as someone who is certain there is a program in parts of this country which equates to social cleansing, even eugenics, on people, including myself. It has historical roots in verifiable programs such as the DOJ's "operation weed and seed" which sought to rid communities of individuals deemed by so called steering committees as "undesirables" and claimed agency personnel could be dispatched to rid the areas of these people using "any means necessary". I believe after 9/11 neighborhood watch groups, encouraged by gov't programs like CitizenCorps and the like took on proactive roles and allowed ideologues to travel down a slippery slope and get to the point where just being different or having a lifestyle not up to their standards is enough to become an "undesirable". They cleaned up the neighborhoods but as they are on a "mission" such ideologues do not retire. It is important to realize each community is different and because you don't see it in yours, it isn't still happening elsewhere. Many of us report symptoms of a human controlled technology used upon us. None of us are sure what it is, though it appears consistent with radio frequency devices, some new, some very old technology. It may also be ultrasonic, infrasonic, low frequency, magnetic, we just don't know but we seek answers. We know the government is now actively developing millimeter wave technology (95ghz) for both weaponry and surveillance, so this is an active area of discussion. It is virtually impossible for the public to obtain detection equipment in that bandwidth. For my part I actively criticize individuals like Vic for presenting stories filled with ignorance, speculation and known falsehoods as fact, because if we're right and this is all real, credibility is an asset we can ill afford to risk on the way to a goal of ending it. Everyone knows if a person bullshytes you once, you can count on him doing it again. When we have our "day in court", so to speak, one bullsyhytter amongst us will be singled out and used to discredit the story we all tell. It is also foolish to fill personal accounts with speculatory analysis of global proportions, of what it might mean when goons on the street intimidate an individual. This gives ammunition to disbelievers to use that the person is merely suffering from persecutory delusions of grandeur, and it's rare to see a post of Vic's not be filled with such fantasy. TI's who stumble across the writings of a supposed "mainstream media journalist" will naturally believe he possesses inside knowledge and will adopt his imaginative accounts as their own factual beliefs. Since we cannot hope to improve our situation as individuals until we all advance as a group, I make no bones about doggedly criticizing the obvious attention whoring antics here. I do not question the existence of the "program". I believe we need to "keep it real" when describing it. While some believe "getting our story heard" is all we have to do, that "story" MUST be credible, not filled with false claims and thought to be the ranting of a lunatic. John in San Diego.

From what I understand such an application is as likely to become an antenna as anything else, and would thus be counterproductive. You know, Barry, it is easily verified that our government and various entities contracted by it has long been conducting research into such technologies as mind control with electronics and electrical signals, and directed energy weaponry. They make no bones of the fact they are trying to deploy some of these technologies but need to go through experiments with human subjects, and they have s sordid history of non consensual abuse of average citizens. Since the mere mention of "Tin Foil Hats" causes anything from amusement to contemptuous dismissal of complaints by purported subjects, which considering the

cruel, heinous nature of the possible criminal behaviour of those who would inflict this on the unsuspecting, making light of this is irresponsible at best, and certainly in poor taste. I razz Vic as many of his accounts seem purposely over the top. I know that someone is doing something similar to what he's claiming, someday it will come to light and what seems like a laughing matter today will be about as funny as laughing at numbers tattooed on the arm of an Israeli in the '50's. If you require more credible references than Vic has provided I will post some in the next day or two here. The info is out there.

T fellow Fixistas: o My repeated attempts today to post a comment here on the status of the health care reform legislation have been unsuccessful. The evidence strongly indicates that The Washington Post had nothing to do with the "held for blog owner" message I received each time I tried to post. (I am also blocked from the blog pages at ACLU.org, where I have posted many essays and commentaries in the past.) It appears that a rogue government surveillance program operated out of the Homeland Security- administered fusion center located in Newtown, PAis responsible for what I believe to be blatant and unconstitutional censorship. What words and opinions have triggered such an Orwellian response to my commentary? Here's why I say "Orwellian." Strange as it seems, the apparent censors allowed the posting to be published at http://poynter.org, in the "reporting and writing" blog section. The fact that the comment passed through the apparent censorship filter one one media site, and was rejected on The Washington Post's web site, says to me that a real-time censorship regime just showed its hand -- that there is absolutely no justification for this apparent censorship under any rationale whatsoever. If there were legitimate grounds for such censorship (and I frankly can't think of any), the censorship would be evenly applied. Having had many of the same experiences that are written on this site, I think "scrivener" is a perp. What amazes me is that there are so many people willing to harm innocents. We have seen this documented in history. I do not know if I will survive the attacks perpetrated on myself and my family, but I do know, my undying hate and disgust for those who would sell their souls and inflict injury on those who have done nothing but speak the truth. Thank God there are people strong enough to expose those malicious individuals who commit these crimes against humanity. I have a little time on my hands so I read your other postings that you sited. I'll repeat my first statement: I dare you to come up with one legitimate source for this nonsense. There is not a single source sited in all of your "work" as far as I saw. Hard to believe you were/are an investigative journalist when it appears that most of your findings or writings are based on your own personal ideas with no facts to back any of this up. T answer your comment; I do not o believe that the government would out itself for human rights violations, and I am not naive or part of the "cover-up". I was a vulnerable, attractive woman in northern california. I was married for many years, and extremely naive, as we had moved to california from Arkansas. My husband and i divorced, and that was the beginning of torture that is as dark as hell itself. I was

deliberately targeted for some pretty ugly stuff, and i'm going to share it with you and your readers. It started with basic gang stalking/gaslighting techniques. I didnt know what was happening to me - only that something was horrifically wrong. I started getting sick, and would wake up in the morning hurting in places i shouldnt be hurting. I realize now that i was being drugged, and my cognitive function began to decline rapidly. Since i was in a divorce, going thru a forced bankrtupcy and have fibromyalgia, I just "explained" what was happening to me and the symptoms as just part of being under extreme stress. I knew i was being followed and harassed, and I knew it was because I had dated someone that wasnt who he said he was. People were in and out of my home and wanted me to know it. They would do silly things that made me hesitant to report them to the police. I realize now that what was happening was a very sophisticated psychological assault that I had no defense against. While they were keeping me worried about being followed and harassed by a latino gang, they were doing horrific things to my body. I was drugged, raped and tortured repeatedly. They used electronic harassment very effectively, and I am continually hurt through the utilization of this technology. I am a researcher by nature. It is interesting that most of the neuroscience research is all done in california. People in authority and power are utilizing this technology in the use of sex trafficking and revenge. It's a BIG BUSINESS. Please not that a very large percentage of people that are victims of electronic harassment and gang stalking ARE SINGLE ATTRACTIVE WOMEN. YES, they DO attack men, but typically it's because it's revege based. As you know, the war on terror makes it possible for terrible abuses of power. All anyone has to do that is in authority is see a woman they want, and they can produce enough evidence to get surveillance on them. So, then the woman becomes their entertainment. I had surveillance everywhere - my bathroom, bedroom, car, etc. The thing is that my harassers WANTED me to know i was being watched. I was totally unaware of what was happening at the time (now i'm not), but they would follow me around grinning and leering at me after i made love with my boyfriend. One night i had sex with my boyfriend in lingerie, and I had two young men pass me and say, "next time she f*cks tim, maybe she will show us her tits". I then began to have dreams. Dreams with lots of sex and swirling colors. Dreams i recognize now were drug induced. I would wake up KNOWING my mind had been messed with. I'd hear music, and I even woke myself up one time by totally emptying my can of mace into my own eyes. The pain woke me up enough to let me know that i was in bed naked (i didnt sleep like that), and as i "woke up" i saw and heard men laughing at me. I was so drugged though, I went back under quickly. I "forgot" that incident and it wasnt until later when I had been safe that my memories began to come back. I also realized that I had considerable sexual knowlege that I hadnt learned. What I mean is that i was a virgin when I got married, and had that one partner for 14 years. Our sex life sucked, so I had no way of obtaining that knowlege. I then started having dreams. Sometimes i'd wake up with someone on top of me, then "forget" about it. These men are drugging women, training them sexually and then using them. They get a real kick out of it because between the drugs and neurolingual processing, women don't remember. That coupled with the trauma of the sexual torture keeps their minds from engaging. Here's the real sick stuff: There are injectable implants called bions. They, in theory, can be injected into paralyzed victims to do a number of things. They can help with incontinence or uncontrolled bowels. They help with sexual issues. Stronger forms of the bion can stimulate muscles that are damaged. But these sick bastards are putting them in women's bodies for purposes of torture. They can force our bodies into orgasm. They can keep us from having bowel movements or from urinating. OR they can make us pee on ourselves and deficate on ourselves. They use these threats to ensure compliance. So, the bad guys are picking out women and violating us in more ways than your sickest nightmare can imagine. This shit is real people. I read on a website where someone said that "lies are only necessary to cover up small and lesser evil. Incredulity covers up the big ones." I knew something was happening. I'd wake up with terrible tastes in my mouth (use your imagination). I was so damned confused I couldnt put two and two together. I was so frightened. I got a bodyguard for the last 3 weeks i was in california, and I found out later that he was THROWN INTO JAIL. When i moved here to northwest arkansas, I started being harassed by little old ladies and men. Everywhere i went i would have them say, "you disguest me", or shake their fingers at me. I'm a victim of electronic harassment constantly. Any guesses where these sick people put the electronic shocks? I had a man pull out a remote device, look at me, theatrically pushed a button, and my nipples and vagina had electronic shock in it. The old bastards get a thrill out of hurting me like this. They have been told i'm some sort of a criminal, pedophile or terrorist. Any time i go to major events where there are lots of people, I've had friends that were with me say, god why are people grinning and glaring at us? THIS IS THE TRUTH. Any time there is technology, it's gonna be used by bad people. Usually the good people just don't want to get involved, OR they enjoy the thrill of the witch hunt. Right now, I'm pretty disgusted with my fellow man.

I am a quick reader, but it's also easy to read the same thing over and over again. Also, the only thing I implied in my first post is that you are omitting any factual basis for your arguments (still waiting for the sources or any hard facts whatsoever....well played in trying not to answer the first question I posed). I am so highly entertained with your delusions about this massive national/local government conspiracy that I look forward to both reading and commenting on your fictional rants.

Just because you "say so" does not make your claims factual. If you were truly a credible journalist, you would cite all sources (easily more than 3) from where you pull your "facts".I don't know you. I don't know if you are an honest person. I don't know if you are delusional. But I can tell you this, without corroboration of your claims and/or stories, you credibility is at best, questionable and at worst, non-existent.Where are the verifiable facts? Where are the scientists who will back your claims? Where are the "whistleblowers" from within who can back you up?Aconspiracy this wide and this deep would include literally thousands, if not tens of thousands of people (the perpetrators - not victims) - given this, how can anyone take you seriously if you cannot find even 1 reputable, credible person who is willing to speak in the open?
