EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Education is the most important element in human personality. Education is the knowledge of putting one's potentials to maximum use. The purpose of Education is to change an empty mind into enrich with knowledge. (Malcolm Forbes) In these days inflation rate is very high. A poor father can not afford his son education in private school and government schools are failed to provide better education. Government high school No.1 Ghakhar were providing better education services and giving output in the form of boards position in the previous decades. In these days position of the Govt. H/S NO.1 Ghakhar is declining day by day so the problem is how to sustain the position of government high school No.1 Ghakhar. We approached this problem with help of literature review. Mean, what literature told us about this problem. We also quote an article according to our problem. The technique we have also discussed this problem with senior management of school including some teacher and selected students. They told us about the deficiencies of their school. After we discussed this problem with our expert (Professor) and give details through formal and structure questionnaire. We have developed the questionnaire form and fill it from the teachers and the students. Both the teachers and the staff has different point of view. Students said the school needs some changes the school is running with old traditions; the management of school is not following the new innovative techniques to run the school. We selected that the most important factor which can improve the institution that are teacher training, If management provide better training to the teachers like how to deliver a lecture to the students, teacher methodology, teacher conversation style and his behavior towards the students, the student will give good and efficient result in the form of good position of the students in the board examination. Qualification of teacher is also the important factor for the school. If he is highly qualified, he knows the tricks and strategies that how to maintain the position of the students, reputation of the school. If the teachers are available at the school timing the student can not face difficulty in any matter. If the

monthly report of the students sent to the students home so the parents are aware what their children are doing in the school.
