Job Responsibility: Team Leader:

o To handle at least 6 energy consultantsat any given point and responsible for the productivity of the members. o Train and monitor the performance of the energy consultants s on a regular basis

o To work with the new energy consultants more often to ensure they are groomed to the requirement. o To motivate the team by helping them, being around them and enable them to carry out the daily activities with more involvement and commitment. o To help the energy consultants close sales by being part of closure calls

o To do at least 4 client meetings in a day with the energy consultants s and also be actively involved in the morning combing exercise

Monitor and review the activities of the energy consultants s on a daily basis by validating the Report to the BM on a daily basis on the team performance / Attendance / prospects

o Ensure the energy consultants are giving a demo to the customers post the delivery of the system. o Customer complaints are recorded and passed on to the BM / HO for resolution.

Branch Manager: (the Driver of the Business)

o Responsible for maintaining the productivity of the Energy consultants / Team Leader o Ensure the assigned territory / area is duly covered and prospects are generated o Competition mapping within the territory / market intelligence o Timely submission of POs / payments / cash to the assigned authorities o Sending reports to the higher authorities on the status of prospects o Continuous training to the Energy consultants s and the Team Leaders to enhance the productivity levels o Employee Retention o Be involved in the teams morning combing exercise and also spend time in the evening with the clients for closures.

Positions Available:

Branch Managers: Fresh MBAs from leading institutes CTC offered 5 lacs Team Leaders: MBAs CTC offered 2.5 lacs Note: All the new joiners would be posted as Trainees for the first 3 months. 50% of the monthly CTC component would be paid as Stipend during this period. After successful completion of this training, they will be absorbed in the normal pay scale as mentioned above.
