GREEK WEEK 2012: UNITED GREEKS OF AMERICA

SIGMA CHI Sigma Chi held their pledging ceremony for their 16 new members on Friday, March 2nd. Brett Moore was elected as President of the new colony. We welcome them and look forward to working with the newest member of the fraternity and sorority life community! SIGMA KAPPA Wednesday February 22nd- The Delta Upsilon Chapter of Sigma Kappa decided to go support the Bears at their last home game! We wore our Sigma Kappa Loves the Bears pullovers to show support and it was a wonderful sisterhood event! Friday February 24th - Sigma Kappa went to support one of our own members, Lindsay Unick, while she performed in the ICCA Midwest Quarterfinals with A Cub Bella. The ladies took first in the competition and we are all so proud of Lindsay! Monday February 27th - Sigma Kappa held a Bookworm Party. As a chapter we set high standards of excellence when it comes to our education and so we love to have these study parties for the chapter. Any chapter member is welcome to come and we meet for an hour or so in our house, have a snack, and all remain silent. This encourages us all to work hard toward our academic goals, as well as some nice sisterly bonding! ALPHA SIGMA ALPHA Alpha Sigma Alpha would just like to say thank you to all those who came out to Spaghetti Dinners this past week. It was great to have all of your support and because of you this event was a huge success! Also congratulations to our Spring class of 2012. We granted bids this past weekend to nine fantastic women and we look forward to getting to know each one of you even more!
