1. Why you need to buy creamsilk? -I buy creamsilk to become my hair smooth. (bumili ako ng creamsilk para lumambot ang buhok ko.?) 2. Why you choose creamsilk over the other conditioner? -Because it is comfortable for my hair. (dahil kumportable sa buhok ko.) Information Gathering 1. Who influence you to use that product? -My Friends Influence me to use this products. (ang nag impluwesya sa akin para gumamit ng produktong ito ay ang mga kaibigan ko.) 2. How you get recognize the product? -through commercial and my friends encourage me to use the product.

(sa pamamagitan ng komersyal at pag eengganyo ng mga kaibigan.) Evaluation 1. Does this product suit for your needs? - yes of course. (oo naman.) 2. Do you try to use other product aside from creamsilk? -yes before but the products not suit for my hair. (Oo, pero yung produkto na ginamit ko hindi sanay ang buhok ko, kaya nag palit ako.)

Purchase Decision 1. What did you consider to buy the product? -The availability of the product, price, and quality. (malapit lang sa bahay at saka mura pa at maganda sa buhok.) Why you decide to purchase the product? -because of the quality of the product and the smell of the product is good. Satisfaction 1. Do you satisfy to the product you buy?Why? -Yes, absolutely, because it suit for my hair and when I use it I feel comfortable. (oo nman, dahil komportable ako sa buhok ko pag ginamit ko itong produkto. 2. How you rate the product?why? -it is good because the product satisfy my needs. (Maganda dahil napupunan ng produkto ang pangangailangan ko.)

Loyalty 1. Do you purchase again the product? Why? -yes, because the product is I always use it. (Oo, Dahil ito na ang palagi Kong ginagamit.) 2. If have an option do you buy another brand? -no (hindi)

Unmet/Underserved

The unmet and underserved is important to know in buying process of customer. Because in this you know what are the customer want and need to achieve for their need. And how to satisfy their need in every time they used the product. In my Subject case theres no unmet and underserved because my subject is already know the product she buy and the product she want to buy is available in the store. She satisfies to the product that she purchases in the store and she didnt look for another brand.
