Grassroots content allows students to learn with professional speakers in a secure, fun loving environment. They will build their communication skills and also will have invaluable cultural experiences along the way. At Grassroots learners emerge able to communicate their ideas as they are provided with an ideal environment where in group discussions and interactions take place. Our Spoken English course will include: Basic Grammar, Concept, Letter & E Mail writing, E-mail Etiquettes, Language & manners, Language Presentations, Vocabulary and its effective usage. Core Activities: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Spoken English, Vocabulary on Mobile, Group Discussion, Grammar, vocabulary, Pronunciation, Punctuations.

Personality Development:

The application of the realisation in personal and professional life enhances performance. Personality Development Module reinforces the grid concepts through intense experiences. Vivek Khambete
Mr. Vivek Khambete has over 7 years of teaching experience during which he has actively participated and taken the lead in the Academic Planning, Designing the course curriculum, Identifying and providing solutions to the Communications and business Communication problems faced in the Industry. He has also participated in organizing seminars, workshops and other event management programmes by inviting the top brass from the corporate world. He has been a great help to a lot of industries by training their staff members right from Clerical to Managerial to the Management level. The Spoken English programs and other junior management programs that he has organized have benefitted managers, supervisors, front-liners and staff from various industries. He has extensive experience in the training of trainers and has a dynamic approach towards his creative methodologies. The focus of this is experiential learning. He is currently involved in helping some large organizations implement small group activities to change the culture and make organization more focused on customer service, quality and productivity. He also conducts programs in Leadership Development for executives and senior managers. He has been the brain behind the inception and has been actively involved in the growth story of Grassroots.

Rajgopal Iyer
Mr. Rajgopal Iyer is a well respected and a highly skilled trainer with over three years of experience in learning and development. He is committed to providing his students the best training programmes that inspire and give another opportunity to learn. Over the years he has developed a friendly instruction style which has proven quite effective in motivating participants and leaving its marks on the individuals who have attended his courses. Tanvi Sarpotdar
Tanvi Sarpotdar has a unique background; belonging to the family who has devoted four generations into Film making and Acting she is an extremely emphatic person who is dedicated to facilitate people in improving their lives. She takes pride in her training and believes that people sometimes limit their own progress by building barriers and self-defeating prophecies and she enjoys assisting them to successfully overcome them. Active participation in charity and humanitarian institutes has given her an edge towards public speaking and communication. Apart from the administrative and project management responsibilities she has also been involved with psychological counselling for teenagers as well as the faculties of reputable institutions.

Maulik Shah
An enterprising business management student with high GPA, Maulik Shah has an extensive experience of working and designing projects for many companies. He brings another facet to the world of Grassroots through performance based organization management with his extensive experience in the Event Management World. Having capped responsibilities like Centre head for Fergusson Colleges NIEM (National Institute of Event Management) and as a Marketing manager in other companies like Aryan Entertainment, 360 Degrees A Benet & Coleman Group venture, JARO Education, Future Education Limited he with his extensive experience in Event Management brings a practical facilitating style with a broad range of management training experience, allied to his personal enthusiasm and sense of humour. Through his extremely participative and interactive programmes he leads people to develop advanced sales, communication techniques and management strategies, resulting in their personal growth. He is an excellent project manager for setting up new businesses in the region and several young companies have benefitted from his business insights.

There would be a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 18 students per batch as discussed. Notes would be provided on all the subjects and topics that would be covered in the training program. The students shall attend the class regularly and maintain punctuality during the course. A sum of Rupees 3000/- would be charged per student for the program. 50 % Advance has to be paid by the Company before the course commences. The cheque has to be in the name of GRASSROOTS and is subject to realisation.
