An American pharmaceutical company is looking for a FULL TIME programmer (185 hrs a month) who is VERY experienced in .NET + Java + SQL and can learn and master TeamDesk.net. 1. You must know English very well 2. You must have a 1-3mb/s Internet connection (we will share screens via Skype most of the day) 3. You must be willing to work 9-10 hours a day from 5am-2pm Florida time, 5 days a week 4. At the end of each working day you will send a report detailing: your daily hours, a summary of your accomplishments, impress us with your achievements, your plan for the next day 5. We work in an organized and ethical way, and so must you:

During your shift you must have a high work ethic and be concentrating only on this job, with no
interruptions (personal calls, e-mails, messages....)

One 25-minute break during the shift and few 5minute breaks in between to answer personal e-mails,
calls, etc. We do NOT allow you to respond to emails or IM during working hours. Why? Because of the interruption of your focus. You must be fully concentrated.

You are not permitted to take on projects, in any form, while working for us. You must stick to agreed-on working hours. We have almost no tolerance for excuses, and we appreciate you taking responsibility and improve to
better. We admit mistakes and move on while never repeating them again or similar.

Be organized with all files and correspondence, and work in a methodical systematic way. In the event you will not respect the above we will not respect paying you as agreed.
6. You must have a quiet office space at home so you will be able to concentrate.

The Pay in US$

Opening Bonus: immediate $35 once you finish the test and accepted for this position Month 1: $3.5/hr + bonuses = estimated $900 Months 2 - 4: $4/hr + bonuses = estimated $1,100 Bonus in the end of month 4: $150 Months 5 & 6: $4.5 + bonuses = estimated $1,250 Month 7-10: $4.75 + bonuses = estimated $1,400 Bonus in the end of month 8: $200 Month 11-12: $5 + bonuses = estimated $1,600 Bonus at the end of month 12: $300 Improvement: an annual budget of $300 to improve your internet and working conditions + Bonus for weekend hours: you may work on weekends and earn 20% more
You will be paid on the 8th of every month. You may request an advance payment during the month and only at the end of each project. You will be required to sign an IC/confidentiality agreement with us. If Roca Labs company will terminate this agreement while you were not lazy/inefficient or in default (all in the companys discretion) than If, for any reason, you get fired for not being inefficient, not complying with the rules stated above, not being honest or do not complete the full term of this agreement, you will be penalized as follows: no pay if you for failing to complete the first moth 3 weeks pay if you for fail to complete months 2-6 2 weeks pay if you for fail to complete months 7 or 11
