RESUME

MAIN PROJECT : Design and Analysis of Supersonic Wind Tunnel Testing of Missiles. Organization :Defense Research and Development laboratory(DRDL Hyderabad) Missile configurations are designed to greater forces to meet the trajectory and performance requirements. Aerodynamic coefficients are normalized form of forces. Wind tunnel tests are conducted to determine aerodynamic coefficients. Supersonic wind tunnel these models are subjected to survive starting/stopping and running loads. The current project deals with developing a compressive system to design models. Model design involves starting/stopping load, running load, centroid, socket joint design and design of surfaces such as wings, deflection fling, tail furthermore it also involves design of deflection mechanism. An Excel based high interactive and user friendly system is to be designed which all the structural design of the models and evaluates its functional design , a user can define the desired design of the model with replacing the Input values in the program that gives the assessment over state-ofthe-art and considerations of missile design for future missiles. The project ends with testing of the system with the new upcoming design models and evaluates its performances. Tools Used : AUTOCAD , Microsoft Excel 2010 MINI PROJECT : Structural Design of Automobile Crash Test Rig. Organization : Gurunank engineering College This Project aims at the level of providing passenger safety system in case of accidents. To avoid this, protection system works on the principle of inflation. As part of the project a platform is designed over which both passenger safety system and the impact simulator (Which also designed) is positioned. A mechanism is also designed for actuating the impact simulator against the passenger safety system. Provision for enabling the seat with dummy to move in such a fashion in real case upon impact will also be provided. Structural analysis will be carried out using Finite Element Method (FEM) in order to ensure design adequacy. The outcome of the project is design of test rig using which Inflation system can be evaluated. Tools used : Solid Works, ANSYS 12.
ACHIEVEMENTS

Played state level volleyball tournament for under 14. Achieved first prize in quiz competition held in intermediate college. Organized as team leader for state level quiz competition held at school. Presented technical seminar on Recent advances in ductile cast iron production technology at AnuragEngineering College.
