INTRODUCTION OF AL HAJIRY
Al Hajiry Trading LLC started out as a modest steel fabrication facility in 1994 in the Wadi Kabir area of Muscat. Al Hajiry Trading has now become a well-known and valuable partner when providing mechanical services and products to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Drilling contractors and Oileld service companies have benetted from Al Hajirys experience in building specialised products for their services.

We manufacture for Drilling and Oileld services operations: Mobile accommodation units and rig site ofces Mud systems including installation of mud cleaning and degassing equipment. Electrical installations to zone specication. Pipe bins of various designs Catwalks, xed and foldable units including pipe racks. Complete substructures or modication work Refurbishing of drilling rigs, well pulling hoists and brine ltration units. Crude oil storage tanks with ltration units. High-pressure pipe work for Koomey units. Fabrication of mud labs. Skid-mounted diesel and water tanks.

NEW FABRICATION UNITS Al Hajiry Trading LLC now has two major fabrication plants in Wadi Kabir Muscat and Sohar Industrial Estate and has plans to open up a third fabrication unit in Nizwa, especially to serve the oil industry. Each unit will have a covered area of some 2,500 square meters and 25,000 square meters of lay-down and fabrication yard with the latest machinery and equipment including: Automatic blasting and airless gun painting 20mm rolling machine 2x10 tons overhead cranes Shearing machine up to 12mm Hydraulic press brake of 300 tons Angle section rolling machine Plasma cutting machines TIG, MIG welding Flux-cored arc welding machine Inner shield arc welding Stick arc welding machine Submerged arc welding machine Mobile crane of 30 tons

SOHAR WORKSHOP A fully enclosed shop with state-of-the-art machinery and tools, is capable of handling large structural works as well as pressure vessels. With our commitment to provide quality products, the shop facility is approved by ASME for pressure vessel construction requiring U and S stamps. We shall therefore be able to manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with ASME, Sec 1 and pressure piping in accordance with ASME B31.1 We will also get approval for use of the R stamp for repair and alteration of pressure retaining equipment by the National Board of Boilers & Pressure Vessel Inspectors in accordance with NBIC ANSI/NB-23.

MUD TANKS We can fabricate complete mud systems from 950 bbls to 4500 bbls with full mud handling, cleaning and degassing facilities installed, based on the requirements like mud weight and flow rate. Tank bodies are made of V-shaped corrugated sheet designed to carry the maximum mud weight required. DEGASSERS FRAC TANK

Poor Boy degasser 48, capable of processing 1.5 M3/min highly gas cut mud. Designed and installed in accordance with EP 89-1500, as per PDO specifications.

STORAGE TANKS

MOBILE CAMPS We offer turnkey mobile camps for the oil and gas and construction sectors. Our camps are all built to PDO specifications for use in a desert environment. All Al Hajiry camps are engineered for durability, comfort and practicality. With our own in-house carpentry, plumbing and electrical facilities, we can provide excellent after sale service if the customer requires camp modifications or repairs. Our advanced blasting and painting facility in Sohar, enclosed with special exhaust and recycling system is testimony to our environmental commitment.

The team at AHT makes every effort to ensure compliance with the QMS requirements and this is verified by periodic internal auditing, identification of non-conformities, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action and management reviews.
