Section 13.5.3.7.4 Attendu que la loi sur lAccessibilit pour les personnes ayant un handicap est une politique de la province de lOntario; et Attendu que toutes personnes impliques dans lorganisation de la Semaine 101 sont lgalement mandate de recevoir une ducation portant sur la politique LAPHO et doivent tre formes sur la faon de mieux servir les personnes avec diverses habilets; ALORS, Il est rsolu que les sections suivantes soient ajoutes la Constitution de la FUO : 13.5.3.7.4 La formation des Guides 101 doit incorporer une formation daccessibilit dune dure de trente (30) minutes, sur la faon dinteragir avec les personnes ayant un handicap. La formation doit tre approuve et anim par le Centre des tudiants ayant un handicap.

Section 13.5.3.7.4 Whereas the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) is provincial legislation for the province of Ontario; and Whereas all individuals involved in the organization of 101 week are legally mandated to receive education concerning the AODA policy and to be trained in how to best serve individuals of varying abilities; THEREFORE, BIRT the following section be added to the SFUO Constitution: 13.5.3.7.4 The 101 Guide training program shall incorporate a thirty (30) minute accessibility training on how to interact with persons with disabilities approved and provided by the Centre for Students with Disabilities.
