I believe that the below mentioned goals act as a roadmap for me to follow the path of success, happiness and satisfaction Short term goals (these have been designed for 3 months time frame) Objectives: Goals 1. To increase my CGPA over 8.0 Plan Time left 4 weeks from today Total subjects: 8 Everyday preparation for exams: 2 hrs Preparation of Presentations, assignments: 1 hr (if there are none then this time will be added for preparation) Weekend: preparation for CBA exam -3 hours (if there are none then this time will be added for preparation) 2. Increase participation in extracurricular activities Plan Make use of opportunities in the form of fests, competitions, etc ( in college) 3. To crack the Common PO Bank entrance test Time left from today: 90 days 1 hr every day for various sections like aptitude, reasoning, data comparison, computer skills, general knowledge 4. To acquire mastery in playing the piano Allotted 1 hr everyday where I go to a music school every day for lessons and practice sessions To improve my CGPA Increase participation in extracurricular activities To crack the Common PO Bank entrance test To acquire mastery in playing the piano

Long term goals -Towards myself Strive for wholesome development and overcome inefficiencies through introspection and feedback from people around me. Would want to see myself as a financial analyst in an MNC Want to gain knowledge of music, art, literature, and also involve in outdoor and indoor sport activities Participate in community development, charitable activities

-Towards friends Mingle with diverse background and mindset Keep in contact with old friends by meeting them personally, telephone, internet etc Attend social gathering

-Towards Family Staying close to them wherever possible Taking care of them Helping them with chores Heeding to their advise Attending to their needs Many more

To achieve my personal goals -I have to acquire an MBA Degree in Finance (with lots of functional expertise) -Acquire additional certificate courses (like SAP, NSE-BSE certified finance related courses) -Read newspapers regularly -Spend adequate time to gain knowledge of music, art, literature, and also involve in at least 1 outdoor and indoor sport activities and participate in community development, charitable activities To achieve my friends and family goals -Socialize with people of diverse background; keep in touch with old friends -Attend to family needs and spending quality time with family members
