Successfully worked on engineering projects, controlling them in terms of time, cost and quality. Thereby ensuring that project tasks are correctly interpreted, planned, and delivered to the customer specification. Able to ensure that all processes existing and newly introduced are in compliance with Local Government Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. WORK EXPERIENCE Coventry Flight Engineering Company Coventry AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER June 2008 - Present Working on Aerospace structures, using Classical, Automated, Boundary and Finite element methods for stress analysis, in a predominantly office based environment. Duties:

Working on aircraft components and support equipment. Reporting on Landing Gear Structure. Liaising with subcontractors to meet time scales and stay within budget. Creating technical documentation like procedures, quality plans, process maps. Involved in working on research and development. Liaison with regulatory authorities and customers as required. Working in a safe manner in order to satisfy Health and Safety legislation. Auditing of internal processes and activities.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Experience of working on braking and Steering Control Systems.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure as part of a team. Understanding of fatigue and crack growth analysis of metallic structures. A good aptitude in understanding complex mechanical and or avionics systems. Some Aero Engine assembly and dis-assembly experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Actively supporting and promoting continuous improvement. An ability to manage multiple tasks. Possessing the drive to follow tasks through to a successful outcome. Able to work to an agreed time scale. Continuously developing engineering expertise and experience whilst working on projects.
