Master Thesis
Title A Proposed Covariate Dependent Mixture Transition Distribution (CDMTD) Model for Higher Order Markov Chains with Application Supervisor Professor M. Ataharul Isalm, Ph.D.
1/3
Description This research work introduces a covariate dependent mixture transition distribution model (CDMTD) for analyzing repeated measures data based on higher order Markov chains with two or more outcomes. The estimation procedure for the proposed model and the test for signicance of the estimated parameters are discussed. An application of the proposed model on the Health and Retirement Survey (HRS) data is presented.
