Do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife: Smt. Sunitha P.S Aged 30 years D/o. Mr. Sadananda P. Address: Residing at Paniyala House, Kodialguthu East Main Road Bejai Post, Mangalore - 575004 As my true and lawful attorney to do any of the following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf. PREAMBLE WHEREAS my father Mr. B.Vasudeva is the absolute owner of the immovable property morefully described in the Schedule A here below and hereinafter referred to as Schedule A Property as he had acquired right, title and interest over the same by virtue of Deed of settlement dated: 06-04-1999 registered as Doc No. 1139 / 1999 in the office of Sub-Registrar of Uduma of Hosdurg Taluk of Kasargod District in the State of Kerala. AND WHEREAS, my mother Smt. Sulochana P.S is the absolute owner of the immovable property morefully described in the schedule B herebelow and hereinafter referred to as Schedule B Property, as she had acquired absolute and exclusive right over the same by virtue of Deed of Partition dated: 22-01-2005 Registered as Doc No. 257/2005 in the office of Sub-Registrar of Uduma of Hosdurg Taluk of Kasargod District in the State of Kerala. AND WHEREAS my father intends to gift Schedule A Property in my name exclusively and my mother intends to gift Schedule B Property in my as well as my wifes name jointly by way of executing Deed of Gift and get the same registered in accordance with law with a view to transfer right, title and interest together with possession thereof. However, as I am busy with my professional commitments, I am unable to personally go over to Uduma and personally attend to the legal/registration formalities in this regard. Hence, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Smt. Sunitha P.S as my true and lawful Attorney to do any of the following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf. Hence, this Deed of Special Power of Attorney. NOW, THEREFORE, THIS DEED OF SPA WITNESSETH AS HEREUNDER: 1. To sign, execute and accept the Deed of Gift to be executed by my father Mr. B Vasudeva and my mother Smt.Sulochana is respect of Schedule A and B Properties respectively, as more fully described hereunder and represent me before the registering authority in this regard and also present the document in addition to filing necessary applications, forms swearing in of affidavit and such other deeds and documents as may be required under the law for the purpose of completion of execution and registration of the Gift Deeds to the extent of accepting the same. 2. To do such other acts, deeds and things which are necessary for the execution and registration of the above referred Gift Deeds, which are going to be executed in respect of Schedule A and B Properties in my favour and also in favour of the attorney herein to the extent stated to supra, by my parents as referred to supra, as if I were personally

present for the complete and successfu conduct of above referred to acts, deeds, things and also matters incidental and connected therewith. 3. This is special power of attorney is exectuted for the aforementioned specific and special tasks and irrevocable until the completion of the same. This SPA gets revoked upon the completion of the above tasks. 4. I do hereby categorically undertake to ratify all above named acts, deed, things lawfully done by my said attorney by virtue of and on the strength of the powers conferred under this deed of GPA, as if by some have been done by me personally, and also that the same shall be binding on me unconditionally. Schedule A Property The immovable property situated in Paneyal Village of Hosdurg Taluk of Kasargod District in the State of Kerala and comprised in:Sl.No 1 2 Survey No. 120/1 120/2 Total = 0.25 Twenty five cents only Together with all mamool and easementary rights appurtenant thereto. Schedule B Property The immovable property situated in Paneyal Village of Hosdurg Taluk of Kasargod District in the State of Kerala and comprised in:Sl.No 1 Survey No. 115/2 Extent A.C 0.58 (Fifty Eight cents Only Extent A.C 0.20 0.05
