Vimal Flexsol Ltd is the partnership firm. Company has started its commercial activity after six days of its incorporation. This company is engaged in the production of PVC winding wires for submersible pump motor. PVC insulated wires for domestic and industrial purpose. Vimal group of a company also manufacture other products like vimal paint. Vimal minerals water. Vimal submersible pumps. Vimal capacitor etc.

Vimal flexsol Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1994 in Mehsana. The promoter of the vimal flexsol Ltd is valkeshbhai Patel and now he is director of the company. Vimal Flexsol Ltd is one of the units of Vimal groups in 1984, the ancillary item of pump like PVC winding wires three flat core cable, power and control cable were introduce in the market by forming a private Ltd. company which was subsequently converted in to a public Ltd. company under the name of vimal cable Ltd. As part of expansion and modernization in technical upgraduation they in corporated a new company under the name of Vimal flexsol Pvt. Ltd. In the year 1998. Company has started is commercial activity after six days of its incorporation. Vimal Flexsol Ltd. is also manufactured the flat cable wires. Company having its own copper drawing machine highly sophisticated computerzed world class wise drawing machine &sophisticated extrude machine.

1.5 BACKGROUD OF COMPENSATION PACKAGE


Compensation (transcendent function) finds its origins in the delineation of dynamics of the complex. In 1907 Carl Gustav Jung notes the pathogenic complex posses a quantum of libido which grants it a degree of autonomy that is opposed to conscious will. Though this dynamic has a pathological cast, it conveys the essence of what jung termed compensation; namely, the capacity of the unconscious to influence consciousness. Jung noted the ego identifies with a preferred set of adaptive strategies and thus tends to restrict the range of adaptive response and hamper individuation. In The importance of the unconscious in Psychopathology (1941), he introduced the idea, saying, The principal function of unconscious is to effect a compensation and to produce a balance. All extreme conscious tendencies are softened and tones down through a counter-impulse in the unconscious. (1914). this assertion ascribes a different role to unconscious dynamic i.e. one that is purposive and intelligent, and not restricted solely to wising.

In 1917, Jung expanded his notion of an intelligent unconscious further when he asserted the existence of a supraordinate unconscious as a common human inheritance, viewed as the source of compensatory activity. Later, Jung referred to compensation as an inherent self regulation in the psychic apparatus. Jungs assertion of an intelligent unconscious culminated in his concept of the self (1928), understood as the personalitys central organizing agency that instigated an guided individuation. Paired with concept of the self compensation was seen as the core process in realizing selfhood. Given this core value, Jung sought a means to maximize its efficiency and benefits. He termed this means the transcendent function described as a joining of the opposing tendencies of conscious and unconscious release that would produce a synthesis in the in form of a uniting symbol in order to release compensatory contents of the unconscious. Jung, noted the transcendent function facilitated a transition from one attitude to another and held the person skilled with understanding conscious and unconscious interaction and its symbolic products could accelerate individuation.

Three core flat Cables for submersible

For trouble free working, these PVC Flat Cables are just as important as winding wires are for the submersible pump motors. Vimal 3 Core Flat Cables are manufactured keeping in mind the severally difficult conditions in which they are required to operate. The individual flexible conductors are made from electrolytic grade bright copper. The wires are

drawn, annealed and bunched properly to ensure long life. Each of these three flexible copper conductors is insulated with a specially formulated PVC compound and the cores are laid-up in Flat Parallel Position. The outer sheath of the cable is made from a special grade of abrasion resistant PVC compound impervious to water, grease oil and flexible in nature. The PVC insulated copper conductor and PVC sheathed 3 Core Flat Cables are made similar to satisfy the requirements as per IS 694, Sequential meter marking is printed for users convenience to get correct length of cables. Vimal brand name and size of cable is embossed on the sheath.

PVC Insulated Electrical Wires We have brought a wide range of finest working PVC Insulated Electrical Wires. The wires are insulated with a Flame Retardant (FR) PVC compound, specially formulated and manufactured in house. This FR PVC compound has high Insulation resistance and dielectric strength. This FR PVC has high oxygen andtemperature index. These properties help in retricting the spread of fire, Insulation is applied over the conductor by the process of dual extrusion using state-of-theS.K.C.B.M.

handling of winding wire from manufacturing of coils to packing of pump. These wire are strictly passes through 'High voltage test' with latest computerised equipment in Vimal factory to avoid any critical problem while using. So customer does not required to carry out any test (except Meager Test) in all respects. Do not stack more that 4 coils otherwise, bottom coil is likely to get damaged due to upper coil weight. Always keep away winding wire from those things having sharp edges to avoid unintentional damage. Also avoid welding spark falling on winding wire while welding. It is sure that if a care has been taken during the use of winding wire, store time & inserting into stator slot it will be definately ensure your Submersible pump's performance & Trouble free shooting for long long time. To ensure proper jointing with three core flat cable with motor to avoided failure.

3.1 WAGES AND SALARY ADMINSTRATION


In vimal flexsol cable wages and salary administration lies in hands of HR Manager. Managing Director and HR manager decide the Wages and salary policies. Wages and salaries are fixed according to kind of work, responsibilities and talent required for the post. The effectiveness, talent, enthusiasm, knowledge and attitude of the employee are kept in mind for deciding the salary. Wages are given on daily and salaries are given on monthly basis. There are fewer fluctuations in wages because Wages almost are same. Wages lies between 100rs To 500rs. This is because in workers no talent is required except the assigned task. Therefore similarity can be noticed in case of wages. High fluctuation can be seen in salary. The salary starts from 1000rs. To 25000rs. The salaries are decided as per the post. It was noticed though a small survey that majority of employee and workers are satisfied enough with their

salary and wages. They also mentioned that they get their salaries and wages without any sort of delay. The overtimes made by employee are taken into consideration while giving him his salary. Overtimes is calculated on the basis of extra hours, Which are recorded at the time of overtime done.

Human resources is the important resources in management, thus it is necessary to keep the organization satisfied. Every organization provides different employees services so as to fulfill the hierarchy of social, economics, esteem, psychological and various other needs rather than fulfilling only financial need. YEARLY BONUS: The company provides the facility of giving yearly bonus to all the employees of the unit. This facilities all the employees to fulfill their need of getting the financial increase from their regular earning. Yearly bonus is given at the time of Diwali, so that employees can have a big celebration at the of festivals. The yearly bonus is decided as per the post of the employee. The company is giving one month salary to employee as their yearly bonus. Thus the yearly bonus given by the company starts from 1000rs.To25000rs. This yearly bonus is again supported by sweets and gifts from the company to all the employees. PENSION SCHEMES: The company provides the facility of pension schemes. This scheme is related with the securing of the future of employees. The pension is given after the retirement of the employee.
