I, MADIRAJU SRINIVASA RAO Pan no. AEKPR 2131 R have been a regular I.T. return filer for the last many years. My tax return for the assessment year 2009-10 was filed with addl. C.I.T. Range-6, WARD 6(1), 7th floor, D block, Income tax towers, AC guards, MASAB TANK, opp. Mahavir hospital, Hyderabad 500 074 with the then house address at Hyderabad. In the same return I have opted for refund to be deposited directly into my savings bank account no. 52003534807 with SBH ANANDNAGAR (Br) Hyderabad pin 500 004. BANK MICR Code 500004003.This account is still valid. I have since shifted to Bhilai, Chattisgarh state and have filed my return for the assessment year 2010-11 with I.T.O. ward-4, Bhilai (C.G.) on 2nd sept. 2010 with new house address as: MADIRAJU SRINIVASA RAO 56/6, 1ST floor, NEHRUNAGAR(East), BHILAI, CHATTISGARH, PIN 490 020. I understand from your website on line refund status that my refund cheque for the assessment year 2009-10, bearing

reference number CMPP 1708007 dt. August 18, 2010. Speed post ref. no. EY 210 755 355 IN was returned undelivered by the postal department as address is incorrect.
