Omniac Education – Albuquerque, NM / Phoenix, AZ
• Omniac Education prepares high school students in New Mexico and Arizona for college through a variety
of programs including academic tutoring, test preparation, and college consulting.
• Founded Omniac Education in 2007 following the death of Alan Posich, owner of Educational Consulting
and Tutoring Services. Retained over 90% of the staff and client base through a managed transition.
• Grew revenue to nearly $250,000 in 2008 from a capital investment of less than $1,500 in January 2007.
Currently Omniac is the largest privately held educational consulting firm in the state of New Mexico
• Supervised daily operation for courses and tutorial in Arizona and New Mexico that aided over 3,000
students in 2008 to prepare to for a four year university post-high school. Managed a staff of 20+ teachers
and admins that were selected, hired, and trained through in-house training materials and programs.

Director of Test Preparation (April 2006 – January 2007)


Education Consulting and Testing Services – Albuquerque, NM
• Generated needed Test Preparation materials during 2006 and carried them forward to Omniac upon the
death of ECTS’s owner, Alan Posich.
• Grew tutoring revenue from $50,000 in 2005 to nearly $100,000 in 2006 by adding new programs, training
additional tutors, and increasing referrals through an organized marketing plan.

The Princeton Review - Tempe, AZ
• The Princeton Review prepares students to take standardized exams such as the SAT, ACT, LSAT, and
MCAT by offering a wide variety of courses and tutoring programs throughout the country.
• Supervised daily operations for courses in Arizona that served over 1,000 students in 2005. Managed a
staff of 50+ teachers utilizing student evaluations to monitor course quality and student success.
• Grew tutoring revenue from $130,000 in 2004 to $260,000 in 2005 by motivating tutors to improve quality
and increase referrals. Arizona tutoring led the nation in quality in 2005 by internal metrics.
• Designed quality controls that resulted in Arizona placing #2 in the nation in quality overall for 2005.
