Comparison of his previous and current designation: His previous job was easy and relaxing as compared to his current job. Because as an
assistant maniger he had to do specific tasks assigned to him but now he has to be quick and allrounder in each and every field.
The current designation has made him to make accurate and quick decisions. He has
learned the art of planning here which was not possible as an assistant manager.
The drawback of his current designation is that sometimes he has to act like a puppet of
the people working over him.
Still he gets the more and handsome amount of salary which has increased his interest to
succeed more in life.
