Roppongi (六本木 roppongi?) is a district of Minato Ward, Tokyo, Japan, famous as
home to the rich Roppongi Hills area, an active night club scene, and a relatively
large presence of Western tourists and expatriates, though the vast majority of
visitors and residents are Japanese. It is in the southern portion of the circle
described by the Yamanote Line, south of Akasaka and north of Azabu.

property developm ents,located in the
R oppongidistrict of Tokyo.

C onstructed by building tycoon M inoru M ori,

the m ega-com plex incorporates office
space,apartm ents, shops,restaurants,
cafés,m ovie theaters,a m useum ,a hotel,a
m ajor TV studio,an outdoor am phitheater,
and a few parks.The centerpiece is the
54-story eponym ous M oriTow er. M ori's
stated vision w as to build an integrated
developm ent w here high-rise inner-urban
com m unities allow people to live,w ork,play,
and shop in proxim ity to elim inate com m uting tim e.H e argued this w ould increase
leisure tim e,quality of life,and benefit Japan's nationalcom petitiveness.Seventeen
years in the m aking,the com plex opened to the public on A pril 23,2003.

The Movie

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is a 2007 adventure film, the third in the
Pirates of the Caribbean films following The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) and
Dead Man's Chest (2006). At World's End is helmed by Gore Verbinski, director of
the previous films, and the cast includes returnees Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom,
Keira Knightley, Bill Nighy, Geoffrey Rush, Jack Davenport, Tom Hollander and
Naomie Harris. Chow Yun-Fat makes his first appearance in the franchise as Sao
Feng, one of the film's antagonists, as does Keith Richards as Jack Sparrow's father.
Disney opted to move the release date in English-speaking countries a day early to
May 24, 2007.
