EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The current change evolving in the MBA education sector is such that it requires a structure to be in place and is important that students are offered the right set of colleges Depending on the interest/ aptitude/ paying capacity/preferred career paths/ functional choices. The IEIBS AKADEMIATM offers a MBA consulting program called as MBA- Prof TM. This Project on MBA-PROFTM is entirely an effort which would help IEIBS AKADEMIATM introduce the product in the market, thus having the Sales to different institute and Scale Up for the interested organisations or individuals. Our team was given the Mumbai area for this purpose where we had to attend various colleges explain them the concept of MBA-PROFTM. In order to do so, we firstly did some research work on internet and through other channels about the different colleges in different areas, and thus planned the visits according to the priorities. Scale up of MBA-PROFTM was also pitched to the people we met in the different institutes. We got a good response in the different colleges that we had visited. The experience was one of its kinds as we could actually get the feel of entering the market place and even pitching a product to the customers, thus cracking a deal.

INTRODUCTION
As business leaders try to navigate and rebuild economies savaged by the global meltdown, business schools around the world are rethinking leadership and how to train the next generation of managers in the midst of unprecedented challenges. It is not time to tweak what has been done before. It is a time for reinvention of management education. The reinvention may well be led by India, where explosive growth in demand for management training has opened the door to massive growth and innovation in the business school sector. Thus making the choice of Business school is often determined by where the student wants to work and how much he can afford to spend for his MBA. ABOUT MBA-PROFTM The main focus of MBA PROFTM is career of the students, thus making oneself a student centric organization in which we believe to be an underwriter of complete career. We provide career suggestions to the students who are confused in their career choices, based on their potentials and provide proper information regarding appropriate career sources. All this calls for a team of professionals in different areas to come together to develop proactive strategies for higher education to meet the future demands. A Strategy Planning Body and an Institution to design and develop futuristic courses for transferring them to the Universities and Colleges may be created. Designing courses with relevance to the future and developing the necessary manpower to deliver them is the main motive of MBA-PROFTM. The business school establishment in the West has been hamstrung by the popular rankings forcing institutions to look and act the same to fit the established concepts of what it means to be "top-tier," stifling innovation. Institutions should be encouraged and incentivized to focus on their strengths, and the ability of the student to get into those institutes. MBA-PROFTM tries to bridge the gap as far as providing guidance in approaching colleges and support services for making a successful application. OUR AIM: To provide overall development to the students. To provide different services Helps students in their career profile. To provide multiple career options in India and Abroad. To provide up to date information about current market scenario. Choices of B-School if choosing MBA as a career. Counselling sessions with students. Customization according to the needs and demand of the students.

LITERATURE REVIEW
VERITAS PREP Launched as a class project from Yale SOM in 2002, VERITAS Prep has now helped more applicants successfully apply to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, and other top MBA programs than any other GMAT preparation & MBA admissions consulting firm in the nation. The main reason for VERITAS success: word of mouth from ecstatic clients. Every VERITAS Prep Head Consultant has formerly served as an admissions representative at a top MBA program. Their experts can tell students precisely what each admissions committee is looking for in a successful candidate because they have evaluated thousands of applicants themselves for the most elite schools. They provide unlimited support to their students. They dont count hours. They have a coach to lead their students in every step of the way. Their consultant will tell their students exactly what to do and what not to do, and will be there to reassure them when students need it. They try to understand their students more closely. Their application form kit contains questions which allow the students to write about their goals and aim in life and also about their unique challenges in life. This approach is also followed by MBA-PROFTM by taking psychometric test on students. For each and every student they appoint a Head consultant who suits that student the best according to his likes, and the choice of his school. In addition to this they also have a school specialist who has attended the school before where the student wants to enrol in. Once this all is done the Head Consultant starts working with the student on his week points and they give proper guidance to the student.

The Courses offered are B.Com, BA, Bsc, BMS and BMM with a strength of more than 500 students. We met Dr. Shreedhar Shetti (Principal), to whom we explained the whole IEIBS Akademia and the MBA ProfTM, he was quite responsive to the things we told him. He at first thought that we are just trying to promote our college, but then when we properly told him about the details of MBA ProfTM, we understood it. He has given us a time schedule that has to be decided in the end of January.

Karamveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi (Earlier name Modern College, Vashi) was established in 1979 and is one of the most flourished branches of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara. Here we met Prof. K. G. Tapase, vice principal of the college, whom we explainedthe concept quickly, as he was busy. He listened to it, an agreed to give us any time that would also suit their timings, but also said that for any such activities, well have to pay Rs. 7,000/as their allocation fees.

Datta Meghe College of Engineering, Airoli Initially they started with nominal intake of 120 students, today having an intake of 510 students each year. With the struggle and hard work of the students, the enthusiastic guidance from the teachers and the blessings of the management, today they have several students appearing in the merit list and more than 68 students name appearing in the distinction list of Mumbai University. Being an engineering college having their exams, Mr. Sameer, the Training and placement officer of the college entertained us. He agreed to what we had to say abt the management education and the programs that we offer, to such an extent that he quoted MBA ProfTM as a Mall for MBA education. He said that we would be able to get an appointment at the end of January.

F.G.Naik Junior College - Koparkhairne F.G. Naik college is situated in the heart of Koparkhairne, and very close to the IEIBS AKADEMIA campus. We explained the concept of MBA ProfTM to him, he was very happy that we give such in-depth guidance to the students who wish to persue MBA. This college had students who even did not know anything about MBA, so a seminar was conducted. A total of 120 students turned out for the seminar. They listened to us with patience and a lot of them even came for a personal interection. R.K Talreja College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Ulhasnagar: In the year 1961, the trust started Ulhasnagar Girls College, the first college in the entire Konkan region, which was renamed as R.K.Talreja College in the year 1967. This is one of the very renowned college in Ulhasnagar area. The strength of 3rd Year students of the college is about 500+ students of all streams. We met the Vice Principal of this college, Prof. N.S. Vagarya, we told him about our program and initially he was very confused regarding our program and he shooted us lot of questions and finally at a later stage we were able to convince him about our program. He asked us to mail him all the details of the program so that he can talk to his management. He was positive of conducting a seminar, but still waiting for their response.

CHM College Ulhasnagar : This college was established in the year 1965 with only 250 students and now has transformed into one of the largest Colleges of the University of Mumbai with enrolment of more than 11000 students Here we directly met Mrs. Bhavana Motwani, Principal of this college. We explained her all about MBA Prof, she seems to be interested but she told us to come in the month of july and do the seminar. Before that we have to mail her the details of our programme and then she will revert back. The strength of the college for third year students is around 400-500 students.

Stani Memorial College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mansarovar, Jaipur : This college was established i n 1998 with all the three courses of Arts, commerce and science. This is situated in the city of jaipur near Mansarovar area.
15

Here I met Dr. Seema Sharma, Placement Co-Ordinator of this college. After hearing about MBA Prof she was very much interested in conducting the seminar but strength of the students was a concern as all were bust with their final exams and Placements preparations. She said that she will be putting the brochure on the notice board.

St. Wilfred College, Mansarovar, Jaipur: For over 12 years Wilfred's has provided students with opportunities to discover higher education and quality learning. The courses run by this college are B.com, B.A & B.B.A. Here i met Mrs, Mani Bhatia, Senior Professor who seems to be interested and asked us to contact her in 1-2 days. Then afterwards she gave us the reference of Mr. Rakesh Roshan, Training Placement Officer. He is ready for the seminar in the fourth week of January but here also strength of the students is a concern. He was initially ready for the seminar in the second week but then he had to change his plans as various companies were visiting their campus for Final placements of third year students.

Government College of Girls, Dausa, Jaipur / Government College of Boys, Dausa, Jaipur This college is situated 60 Km from Jaipur in Dausa Dist. Its a government college where the capacity of the students for the degree course is very less, i.e 130 for all the BA & B.Com section for each college. I had a talk to Dr. Suman Pandey, A N.S.S Officer of this college. I gave her the reference of Dr. Urmil Talwar, who was also a retired N.S.S Officer whom i had a talk earlier. She is ready to conduct a seminar for the students but says that she can arrange for maximum 100 students for the seminar including second year and third year for both the colleges. Hence she has called us to meet us in the month of January and decide for the rest.

Logical Tutorials, Thane ( Sales and Scale Up) Logical Tutorials is a situated in Thane area having an intake of more than 600 students for the B.Com coaching. The head of this institute Mr. Abhijeet is very much attached to the students and does his best for them. Interacting with him was really good, as the it went for a very long time and even we could learn a lot from hs experience. He has agreed to arrange a seminar for his classes, and also he said that he would like to meet the head of our Organisation in order to get more knowledge about our business plan.

18

CONCLUSION The Pragmatic Leadership Development Program was of utmost importance to us as we got to learn the intricacies of a sales job. The approach that we had taken was such that we could cover a lot of colleges in the Mumabi area. A first had experience in the industry made us learn a lot. According to us the initial stage, of introduction would be a time where MBA ProfTM needs to be tweaked to the requirements of the institutes, for e.g. pitching of MBA ProfTM in engineering colleges need to be devised in such a manner that GMAT/ GRE guidance needs to be highlighted. But a brilliant concept in the market which can literally savour the students needs.
