PA's are owned by 7 different franchise holders. BMPI will be talking to only one person Mr. Cris Caybot, who is authorized by the owners to negotiate their frequencies.(Marjeds Systems Inc is not related to this project) 2. All stations are not operational. To be constructed and commissioned upon agreement 3. Initial proposal will be; a. Mr. Caybot will construct a model Fm station, which includes a standard 1kW FM transmitter, and studio equipment for local broadcasting(console, mics, processor, etc). b. BMPI assures that after Mr. Caybot has completed the site, BMPI will rent the FM station. c. after completion of site, BMPI will check the transmitter performance as well as the coverage per area. d. if transmitter performance conforms to the expected outcome of BMPI, BMPI will rent the FM station and pay 1-year as advance rental. e. the same procedure will be applied to the rest of the FM stations nationwide. 3. Equipment rental costs P65,000.00 (negotiable) per month on a 24-hour basis. This includes 1kW FM transmitter, studio for local broadcasting (console,mics,processor,etc) 4.
