Preface
The practical training at the studying level of subjects like PRODUCTION AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT is helpful to build up the students ability and to get recognizable with factory environment and also to develop practical knowledge in the different areas of productions, machineries, production equipments, and production sector. Theoretical studies give enough background for carried development. But practical knowledge has equal contribution in the buildup carrier. We have visited IDMC LIMITED as part of the 5th module study for getting the practical knowledge of production sector. Which is Unit for the development and manufacture of dairy equipment in India as per again given instruction from guide. I have a great pleasure in presenting the report of such organization. As a whole, I have experienced that practical work is entirely different from the classroom learning. The working environment is far more different. The project report has really enhanced my knowledge about production work. I gain lots of knowledge from this project report. I hope this will also help me in future. Therefore with much enthusiasm and hope I am highly pleased to present my understanding of all the learning and practical exposure received during our visit at IDMC LTD.

COMPANY DETAILS
IDMC is the largest equipment manufacturing and project engineering company in India in the field of dairy, food, brewery, beverages, pharmaceutical and biotechnology and refrigeration industries. IDMC is located at Vithal Udyognagar near Anand in the state of Gujarat. It is about 400Km northeast to Mumbai and 1000 km southwest to Delhi.
