Academic Skills Workshop Finals Prep! Finals are quickly approaching. Are you ready? Prepare for final exams and papers with the help of students who have been through it before! Youll hear about ways to manage your time and effectively prioritize your study load from the ULCs Academic Coaches and Learning Assistants. Our goal is to have you leave this workshop with your own study plan for finals in place. This workshop will be offered twice; 60 75 minutes. NO RSVP required. Writing a Final Paper: Analyzing the Text to Develop Your Thesis Are you stuck on your final paper? Having a hard time developing a thesis or confused about analyzing the literature? This workshop is designed for students in literature-based courses (English, Texts & Ideas) who need to practice close reading skills to formally analyze a text to write a paper. You can apply the skills you learn to the text youre working with in order to develop your own thesis to write your final paper. This workshop will be offered four times. 45 minutes.
