MOTION TO VIDEO RECORD ALL HEARINGS, or IN THE ALTERNATIVE, AUDIO RECORD ALL HEARINGS

COMES NOW James Renwick Manship, Sr., Chaplain of the God and Country Foundation Amos 5:15 Project Hate evil and love the good. Remodel your Courts into True halls of Justice, as part of the Right for speedy and PUBLIC trials, do make this motion to record all hearings in which I am a party, or a summoned witness, or an attorney in fact using video equipment with high performance audio recording capability, even if the video window is masked, or alternatively, audio record all hearings in this matter for the following reasons: 1. I am a Pro Se litigant and as a homeless Disabled Veteran currently rated for receiving Disability Pension payments, but currently receiving none, so cannot afford an honest attorney. 2. I need accurate notes and a Court transcript in the event of an appeal from this proceeding. 3. The Special Prosecutor Report of 31 January anno domini 2012 by Eric Deel, Special Agent of the Virginia State Police and Diana Wheeler, Bar member, and elected servant of Orange County as Commonwealth Attorney, designated by Winchester Circuit Court Judge Jay Wetsel as Special Prosecutor revealed TWO FELONY MISREPRESENTATIONS by two regular Court Reporters, one of whom was committing adultery with the former Commonwealth Attorney, who is now in Federal Prison for Witness and Evidence Tampering, so establishes the critical need for any litigant to have their OWN separate digital recording as insurance of Truth. 4. I cannot afford a court reporter either, and cannot make accurate notes while attempting to defend myself from false charges, or prosecute government paid Child Abusers such as Arlington Deputy Sheriff Mendez-Ventura, and Arlington attorney Jason McCandless, in a court hearing. 5. I need the courts acknowledgement of my right to bring a recording device into the court house past the security screeners, who typically allow the elite class of Citizens called Bar members to enter with cell phones and other electronic devices, including digital recorders, but deny common folk Citizens even when serving in accord with Virginia Law as an Attorney in fact for another Citizen, or when serving as their own attorney, Pro Se (meaning for self). I assert my right as an individual reporter under STATUTE on ELECTRONIC RECORDING (VA Code 17.1-128). WHEREFORE, Chaplain Manship requests a judge of this Court sign the attached ORDER to allow the Grand Jury, the appeals Courts, and the Public to have record of the proceedings of this Court by allowing this Pro Se attorney to video or audio record all hearings in this matter.

IT HAVING COME to the attention of THE HONORABLE ________________

______________________________ that a legal proceeding was led in the Circuit Court of Arlington County involving Chaplain James Renwick Manship, Sr. as a litigant, plaintiff or defendant, or as a summoned witness, or as an attorney-in-fact under Virginia Code 26-72, and that given the deplorable reality of compromise of ethics in Courts of Virginia, including Arlington, regarding statements in Court by members of the Bar, Bar members Objections to presence of honest Court Reporters, and Felony Misrepresentations of some Court Reporters with close connections to the Courts; said judge being of the opinion that this Court is situated in respect to said causes as to render it improper for the judges or deputies of this Court to any way interfere with the Citizen Right to public trial and an honest record of that public trial using a digital recording device, video and audio [ ] (check), or audio [ ] (check, both apply if unchecked) doth now direct that such fact of Citizen James Renwick Manship, a Commissioned Officer of the United States government (Navy and Civil Air Patrol), be entered on record as fully entitled of the right to bring into the Court house digital recording equipment and to use them in the Court room where he is present, as an individual reporter under STATUTE on ELECTRONIC RECORDING (VA Code 17.1-128) and that the elected servant Sheriff of Arlington County be notified of this Order by the Clerk of this Court.
