Motivation in Markfed

Human nature Can be very simple, get very complex too. In understanding & appreciation of this of this is a perquisite to effective employee motivation in the workplace & therefore effective management & leadership. The job of the managers in the workplace is to get things done through employees. To do this the managers should be able to motivate employees. But thats easier said than done. Markfed Vanaspati Allied Industries to motivate plant workers 7 educate them positive attitude & moral character, Markfed also believes that through motivation of employees they can increase profits 7 they would be able to to create more because without motivation they could not desire work of the employees. Motivation techniques are usually used to motivate employee these are of two types mainly monetary motivation which includes incentives, profit sharing etc. non-monetary includes gifts, trips & praise etc, so Markfed Vanaspati & Allied Industries have techniques to motivate all their employees & working in their factory. Markfed believes that motivation is the way of success for every company, so it is necessary that whatever motivational techniques youre used for your employees that should be fair & used a proper manner.

Importance of Motivation in Markfed Markfed Vanaspati & Allied Industries is a manufacturing plant in which 120 their our employees & workers 80 contra for workers work so its very necessary to control & motivation all these employees as we know that Markfed is co-operation sector & under Govt. so every employee & worker have. Job security due to which they might be careless for their work, so it is very necessary for them to motivate their employees time MARKFED believes that both types of motivation is necessary to use I positive motivation because it is necessary to encourage their employees & workers through praise & some gift but it is also very necessary to punish them for their mistake so that they cannot repeat those mistakes henceforth. So suspend them for sometimes or to cut same amount of their salary & wages etc. so motivation has a great importance for Markfed for their their smooth flow of production & get hearted co-operation of their employees & workers.

Motivation ways in Markfed Markfed Vanaspati & Allied industires have been using some veotinational wages to motivate their employee. These are following: Wages & Salaries: Markfed uses to give fare wages & salaries, allowance like durance allowance, provident funds, uniform allowances. Job security: As we all know that Markfed is co-operate sector which works under Govt. so every employee have a job security which is also an important factor to motivate employees. Loans: Loans are also provides for its workers & employees who works more than 5 year in their company like education loan, home loans for construction & repair etc. Gifts: Gifts are also provided by Markfed to all is workers to motivate them like Diwali gifts & some more gifts are provided for technical dept workers. Medical Facilities: Medical facilities are also provided by them to take care of their workers like ESI scheme or salaries range from 100 to 1000. Markfed has appointed a doctor for monthly check up of their workers & they also give kali vansi (T.A.V.) injection that is free of cost.

Motivational techniques used in Markfed

Motivational techniques are used by every company in todays competitive are whether its monetary techniques or non-monetary techniques they all are using these motivational techniques so that they boost the potential & laden power of their employees 7 workers because human resources is an important asset for every company key for every successful company so it is very make their good relations & tries to make good management & maintain it so like others companies Markfed has been also using these techniques they mostly uses monetary motivational techniques: Non-Monetary techniques: 1. Non-monetary techniques includes a they used to Diwali gifts & same as gifts their technical dept workers. 2. Training: Training is necessary for every person so that they can confidently & no type Markfed used to given on the job training to their employees.

Monetary techniques:

1. Production Incentive Scheme: Markfed Vanaspati & Allied Industries is a manufacturing plant so for daily production so have their standards to produce 50 ton but is any workers produces more than 50 ton than use to give than continues. 2. Bounce: these are paid to those wages & salaries are between 2500 to 3500 but not paid workers. 3. Ex-Garcia: It is given whom that salary get exceeds from 3500 then its limit can be 20% or 25% etc. Company will declare it is given according financial year.

Conclusion
So, through, Data analysis & interpretation are the important part of project through which I have concluded that in Markfed mostly motivation level among all employees are high but there are some employees have low motivational level & Markfed uses only monetary ways to motivate their employees & Non-monetary ways are very used in Markfed. Markfed should make proper contact with their employees so that they can know which employees so that they can know which employees are satisfied & which are not satisfied & find reasons for it. So Markfed needs to have some improvements to increase the motivational level of employees also because in Markfed they do not give promotion but mostly employees needs promotion. Instead of giving them routine tasks they should give them creative works also so that they cannot feel bore because non-monetary ways equal to low cost so they should also use these non-monetary ways to encourage & to maintain the motivation level of employees.
