Suite #2, Ogden, UT 84404 801-497-6655 -----SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATE OFFICE OF THE CLERK c/o WILLIAM K SUTER By: GAIL JOHNSON WASHINGTON ,DC 20543-0001 Dear Clerk of the Court April 20th,2012

Regarding your April 17th,2012 letter, I apologize for the typing error on page 1 of the Appendix which shows clearly an appeal was indeed made to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and that was DENIED, and is not Pending. That decision was made Dec. 27th,2011 and the citation of law is still good regarding State court decisions that do not end a case but nonetheless are effectively definitive with respect to the federal issue may qualify as final under 28 U.S.C. 1257 Cox Broadcasting Corp. v. Cohn 420 U.S. 469 (1975) as well as Rule 11 that may be applied in this case for the Courts consideration under the banner of U.S.C. My letter Dated April 12,2012 states to you that there are multiple states, the first which is listed is New Hampshire State Supreme Court. I hope this clears any misunderstanding up. The Georgia cases are listed in good faith showing petitioner is clearly trying to make the case that the U.S. Supreme Courts supervisory powers are needed because of the confusion taking place in the Country. In fact an Alabama Supreme Court Justices just recently declared the Obama eligibility case very fishy with Obama submitting his long form birth certificate in Georgia by his counsel to the Secretary of State, and admitting with his counsel in the New Jersey Administrative Court that the document was indeed a forgery. Of course this can all be argued and the States and the individuals have a right to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court for its Supervisory Powers, but this Obama eligibility case has before been denied by the U.S. Supreme Court on standing which herein Petitioner satisfies pursuant to the harm happening to myself in multiple states as a Candidate in the election of which I am appealing for Justice.

Please Sir, I have been all over this Country in multiple Courts pleading the Constitution. Will you please understand? On Petition page 1 of this petitioner is an account of Courts that are appealed and number 2 on that list clearly designates the Supreme Court of New Hampshire which you state I need to have a decision from in order to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. That indeed is satisfied Sir. Now may I please have a case number? SincerelyCody Robert Judy _______________________
