How to use it
1. In the menu at the top in the Tools you should have solver it will not be installed
normally, you have to specifically install it
2. In the Raw Mat sheet from row 2 you will have the data, fill in the values for
Cost to Salt
3. The amino acids are on pro rato basis it changes as you change the protein %
4. Fill in the column C and D the maximum and minimum levels
5. Fill in the additives in column
6. Fill in the Overheads and Contingencies in columns S & Z
7. Fill in the cells in the G & coloumn, except for CP in G2 and H2, ME in G3 and H3, in the sheet LM and LM2
in the layer mash the ME is calculated fill in cells from h30 to 44
8. Click the solver to and ask it to solv till you get a feasable solution
9. From B2 to B41 it will alter the contents to achieve the formulation
10. In the Solver result it will say wether it was able to find a solution or not
If a solution is not found try to adjust the max min levels in the nutrients and ingredients till
a solution is found
11. Then round up the decimals.
