This exam is to be completed according to the instructions given by your assessor. Listen carefully to these instructions. Time: You will be given a set amount of time to complete the exam. Explain the relationship between an individuals personal work goals and the organisations plans. >Personal work goals is the same of organization plans because its the plan that can help you to be successful person and to be a fortitude country. Personal work goals are gave you a determination to achieve goals you have.

What types of legislation could assist on determining an individuals responsibilities and accountabilities? >Legislation can be complex and even quite dull but it is all relevant and some of it will affect you directly when you gain employment in one of the departments or sectors of the industry. They include regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages, health regulations for the manufacture and sale of foods, occupational health and safety legislation for employees, specific building regulations for kitchens and food premises, equal employment opportunity and antidiscrimination legislation, and so on.

4. What types of documentation might an individual within an organisation use to identify responsibilities & accountabilities? One form of documentation that could assist on determining individual's responsibilities is a contract. is written contract.

5. What methods could be used to measure personal performance in the workplace? A daily report for every department and a monthly survey for each employees can be used as methods to measure personal performance in the workplace

6. Describe a range of work conditions and contingencies that could impact on personal performance? A personal health of employees is one of the common reason that affects their work condition if they are physically fit or not, mood is also a factor, if they are happy with their work together with their co-workers, if their family members are safe and healthy , if they are financially stable these are just some impact that affect conditions and contingencies

7. List the types of information that should be included in an effective personal work plan. Decide on the format. A work plan can be a table, chart or graph. As long as it summarizes the various aspects of the project in a cohesive manner, you can use whichever format you like. For instance, if you are using the table format, create headings for tasks, dates, persons assigned, estimated costs and the time frame allotted to each task. You shouldKeep the plan simple and realistic. Furthermore, those directly involved should be able to understand it easily. Consider the steps that must be taken to prepare for the project and to actually implement the project. Include actual hours or days, research tasks, administrative or other support tasks, seasonal changes and how they might affect work habits and travel. Specify the amount for each task, such as "unit cost" and "total cost," and make note of required resources.

Time management may be the best technique to prioritise work, we can use notebooks to put notes and schedules for tasks and meetings, a laptop or personal computer is a very powerful tool to use for researching for task assigned.

9. What initiatives could assist in achieving personal, team and organisational goals in the context of competing demands? Self fulfilment, work recognition and positive response from the market or people around you would be your key to competence. The more positive acknowledgement you receive the better the result of your project would be. 10. How could you use technology to assist with prioritisation and organisation? Technology includes machines and gadgets that will help you perform well in achieving your goals. A great example will be a computer or laptop. This will help you be more organise, competitive, knowledgeable in performing such tasks. This will not just give you additional information but will also be a tool or a storage for your important notes and projects 11. Laborsaving devices, such as cellular phones or computer hookups, often encourage us to cram too many activities into each day. Competing with others, whether in accomplishments, appearance, or possessions, is an avoidable source of stress. If you are always running late, sit down with a pencil and paper and see how you are actually allotting your time.
