WHY they do everything to MAKE you a legal "person" a.k.a.

"fiction" because a f iction is "INFERIOR" to the creator or said fiction and that'd be the "STATE OF"

The real question is what "state " is this "state of" really in?

Answer: Corporate state which as we know is "a dead entity" a "fiction".

Corporations ALWAYS have a HEAD, a CEO a PRESIDENT and so the "executive" rules without question of right or wrong.

Now being that we are under executive rule, is it any real wonder why the courts are doing what they do?

We are under a bankruptcy, period and LAW can only be had by people like you and me that remind them that the world doesn't JUST run on money, debt, credit, cha rges etc..but law.

The "legal" is simply the device, mechanism to determine "corporate" liability o f IT'S persons.

So always the WIN on our part is to NOT be a corporate "person" but a living man and as you say IF they are going to make us or "attach" to us the commercial pe rson, then your absolutely 100% right....we take that sucker and tell him to shu t the hell up and then WE speak as living men.

We ALSO do not USE the commercial person in our name, and THEN we have no liabil ity...in....LAW :)

It is a right of law to be lawful, it is merely a privileged() to be legal and b e a "person".

Consider: Corporation: "a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single p erson although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with vario us rights and duties including the capacity of succession "

I disagree. It is NOT authorized by LAW for IF it transgresses the "unalienable rights" that "precede' the Constitution" which is a document that merely "confir ms" on paper our preordained rights that came before IT'S construction, then it

cannot (The corporation) be in LAW it is ONLY ..LAW, WHEN we agree to be under, in, of "IT'S" ..."charter".

Corporations operate on a CHARTER only. This is where I think we will find more in our journey...yessir I really do

Corporation is also defined as "a group of traders" ( a.k.a.-Pirates) -oras a "municipal organization.

MUNICIPAL: of or relating to the internal affairs of a major political unit

POLITICAL:: of or relating to government..by policy

So the authority is by "policy" and it is established by "charter" that governs those who are "lawfully" (though not by Constitutional protections but by (contr acts of debtor & creditor-law merchant ) obligated by those who "legally" agree :)

But what is the root of "corporation"..glad you asked..

"Latin corporation (stem of corporti) guild"

It is a guild.Which is traditionally ?? Guild: an organization of persons with related interests, goals, etc., especiall y one formed for mutual aid or protection. 2. any of various medieval associations, as of merchants or artisans, (merchants =pirates)

But this root goes a bit farther back ( and they damn well know it)

Origin:before 1000; Middle English gild(e) Does that not sound like U.S> policy???? rotfl...lmbo

But wait it gets better... Guild: replacing Old English gegyld guild; akin to German Geld money, Gothic -"" ""gild tax""""" ( now we see the reason for taxes which is PAYING to be a PART o f ( incorporated into) the GUILD)

Guild: Craft of artisans.(witchcraft basically..and you thought it was only reli gious)

Artisan: a person skilled in an applied art; a crafts-person. Origin: 153040;

Craft: noun 1.an art, trade, or occupation requiring special skill, especially m anual skill: the craft of a """""mason"""""".

Origin: From German-Kraft ( macaroni anyone) meaning..? Strength or force.

ALSO... craft (krft) n 1. 2. skill or ability, esp in handiwork skill in deception and trickery; guile; cunning

But wait, there IS more...lol

Craft O.E. (old elnglish) crft "power, strength, might, force" from P.Gmc. *krab-/*kraf -. Sense shifted to "skill, art" (via a notion of "mental power"), which led to the n. meaning of "trade."

Trade: 1. the act or process of buying, selling, or exchanging commodities, at e ither wholesale or retail, within a country or between countries: domestic trade ; foreign trade.2. purchase or business deal.

3.an exchange of items, usually ""without payment of money""

Trade=merchants, pirate, privateers, using force with their "craft-mentally and their craft-/ships" making everyone pay a tax to be a part of their guild by for ce.

But wait.. Craft: Origin: 130050; 154050 for def. 4; Middle English: course, ""path, track ""

Obama/Bush: "We're gonna stay the course.." (Sound familiar??) As they "tread on" everyone for the guild they are in...commerce.

Trade: late 14c., "path, track, course of action,"

Synonym: mercantile adj 1.of or pertaining to merchants or trade; commercial. (Ori gin: 163545;

Commercial: Word Origin & History 1680s, "pertaining to trade," from commerce + -al (1). Meaning "paid for by adve rtisements"

Why YES there IS more..lol

Word Origin & History advertisement mid-15c., "written statement calling attention to" something, "public notice" (o f anything, but often of a sale); from Fr. avertissement, from stem of avertir ( see advertise). Meaning "public notice"

Your getting all of this right??lol """Everything they do is PUBLIC NOTICE...that THEY are gonna TREAD/Trade with or without your consent, with or without money and tax you as "being/a being" invo lved in their Craft/kraft.-guild..for profit.""

From advert: Origin: 13751425; late Middle English a(d)verten

You/we/ .....ARE........ PAYING. THAT ...IS...the NOTICE. Buahahahahahah

Advert=attention to, ok so?? Attention: noun 1.the act or faculty of attending, especially by directing the mi nd to an object.

attention late 14c., "giving heed," from L. attentionem 1 : the act or state of attending (They make you attend)

Heed: Origin: before 900; Middle English heden, Old English hdan; cognate with German hten to gu ard, protect; akin to hood ( hoodlums)

hood : A covering for the head by cloak or coat. -ora native English suffix denoting state, condition, character, nature, etc., or a body of persons of a particular character or class, formerly used in the fo rmation of nouns: childhood; likelihood; knighthood; priesthood. ( again the Gui ld or Craft) Origin: Middle English -hode, -hod, Old English -hd (cognate with German -heit), special use of hd condition, state, order, quality, rank

I would add: military-"be strong, be vigilant."."Pay attention boy", said the d rill Sgt...lol Because your a part of our guild. -hood "state or condition of being," from O.E. -had "condition, position," cognate wit h Ger. -heit, Du. -heid,

They are the head HOODS and you are their hoodlums.. Robinhood: robbing the hood or with a hood Neighborhood: people of the HOOD. ( the guild)

Hoodlum: Most likely German for "good for nothing:.."haderlump" Better known as gangster or thug.

gangstern a member of an organized gang of criminals, esp one who resorts to violence Origin: 130050; Middle English; Old English gang, gong manner of going, way, passage;

"Bush :your either with us or with the terrorists.: My way or the highway mentality=gang mentality=mob rule =democracy.Remember: Adv ertisement is advert or to draw attention TO and by force...

Word Origin & History gang O.E. gong "a going, journey, way, passage," and O.N. gangr "a group of men, a se t," both from P.Gmc. *gangaz (noun of action related to *gangan "to go"), from P IE base *ghengh- "to step"

The sense evolution(of) is probably via (a)meaning "a set of articles that are u sually taken together in going," especially a set of tools used on the same job. By 1620s this had been extended in nautical speech to mean "a company of workmen ," and by 1630s the word was being used, with disapproving overtones, for "any band of persons traveling together."

Pirate: a criminal who takes property belonging to someone else with the intenti on of keeping it or selling it.

Pirate: pirate - someone who robs at sea or plunders the land from the sea witho ut having a commission from any sovereign nation

pirate - someone who robs at sea or plunders the land from the sea without havin g a commission from any sovereign nation.
