Individual Targets 1. Actualize the SOP of finance.

Description Due to short time remaining, I feel not right to follow still the SOP and I with the financial team decide to neglected it to have cash out easier.

2. Makes all members understand the financial situation of Allegro Company.

Still, we are telling all of the financial condition to encourage the members spirit in order to pay bank loan.

In order to have the all members sell the personal seling target in order to pay loan, we decide to have them understand how dangerous our company condition is.

3. Makes sure
crosscheck the cash out with the transaction once a week.

This two weeks, we havent done the crosscheck.

This two weeks, we more focus to make strategy and calculation in order to pay banks loan because it was a critical moment.

4. Check and
motivate all finance members to do their responsible,

Each day, as usually I ask randomly about their job and I support and help them the best I can.

In this critical path, moral has an important part, so I always try to encourage my team to perform the best they can.

5. Help other division if there is something I can do.

In this two weeks, I havent done much in helping other division

I try to more focus on perform my jobdesc.

6. Makes strategy to pay CIMB Niaga loan no matter happens.

Our strategy is done well and finally, we will able to pay bank loan.

Finally, we can pay CIMB Niaga loan with very small cash remaining. Fortunately we have teamwork with vendor to make the new bag without the DP or any payment first until we can sell some.

7. Ask all members to fulfill their personal selling.

Along with controller, we asked all members every day about their personal selling and give deadline to them.

In this two weeks we act as debt collector who want to collect debt from all members because it is the only way to force all members to do personal selling and to pay bank loan.

8. Make final report In progress.

With bookkeeper and controller we try to collect all transaction evidence and try to compute all data by using accurate to get the income statement and balance sheet.

Other Note :

In this critical path, we act like a boat without his captain because the captain has already surrender about the situations the boat face and we feel lost there. Beside that the captains morale is decreasing very much cause all of our members including me myself feel a little dont care with the this IBE. I just try my best in this bad situation with other BOD and the rest members who still care about this company or maybe the result from IBE class.
