REGULATION FORM
We, the undersigned, oblige ourselves to comply with the rules and regulations here stated by the organizers of the EYP Romania Regional Selection Sessions 2012: 1. Participants will accept and conform to any rule or guidance that the organizers or chairs give through-out the session. 2. The chair persons will be responding for their committees activities, conform to the rules of the session. 3. The Romania Regional Selection Session is a working session and thus a serious and decent behavior is expected at all times. Fellow delegates, journalists, chairs and organizers will be treated with respect. During the whole session, a respectful and decent language will be used, participants have to be sensitive to ethnic, cultural, religious, gender and sexual diversity. 4. All participants must follow the program and attend all EYP activities (Teambuilding, Committee Work, General Assembly or other group activities). 5. Every participant has been informed of the required dress-code and thus is expected to dress appropriately and tidy to each event. 6. Leaving the group without first consulting with the organizers or chairs is forbidden. 7. Trips, shifts, parties will be done with the group as mentioned in the program. 8. Participants will comply with the sleep hours and rules established by the hotel/chalet and mentioned in the program. 9. Parties, noisy activities in the rooms or simply the presence of other EYPers not accommodated in the respective hotel is strictly forbidden (except the common activities mentioned in the program). 10. Non-EYPers (such as local friends etc.) are not to be brought in the hotel or group. 11. Room arrangements are to be respected by all participants. One shall not switch places under no circumstances. Rooms have to be kept clean. Organisers have the right to check rooms at any moment (including night hours) in order to observe situations. 12. In case of damages caused to the hotel/villa, participants will be charged accordingly. 13. Socialising activities, games and discussions are only to take place when organised by the orga-team. 14. The use of alcohol and smoking is prohibited during working hours and inside rooms or hotel, and is permitted only within reasonable limits during free time. 15. Stupefying, hallucinogen substances of any kind are strictly forbidden. 16. Underage participants (under 18 years) are not allowed to drink alcohol.

17. Participants are fully responsible for eventual accidents caused by their lack of caution. In case of such unfortunate events, EYP Romania will not be held responsible. 18. Depending on the gravity of the situation, EYP Romania has the authority to send the participant home on first rule breaking, at their own expense and will let his parents/legal guardian know about his exclusion from the Regional Selection Session. In such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded, and the participant will be excluded from EYP.

In case of violation of this regulation form, the undersigned will be taken fully accountable for their actions.
